Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills is a few minutes away. Overall it is an amazing location as you basically don't need a car to get around. The building is fully secure and the guards walk around everywhere. As a renter I think it is an excellent option and I have never had any issues there. Moving in obviously you need to do it during daytime hours as it is a condominium but other than that I am very happy being in the building. The swimming pool and Tennis Courts are beautiful and overall it is a nice community of people there.

We have a lot of common areas & facilities as well as valet service, security, concierge, etc... I personally don't live at my condo but I always ask my tenant if she is happy with the way the mgmt. is keeping up the common areas and she is definitely happy with everything. I do meet with my fellow board members often and we go over the financials which are provided to us by the management, as well as our budget & management report in general. Everything is always precise and informative. It is difficult to find a good management company; these guys were referred to us by our building attorney. We got lucky and I also give my board members a lot of credit as well. The success of an HOA is not only the management company; the board also has to be proactive with some issues & must make time to communicate with the management team in order to be able to make the right decisions!

Kyle has knowledge and experience and he does respond to our emails and calls in a timely manner. He likes to complete tasks in a reasonable time and that is a welcome change. Comuneo is still in its growing stage, but I feel it, and Kyle and Jeffer his assistant, are moving in the right direction. Property management is a detailed, fast-paced job and Kyle has helped us to complete projects that our last manager ignored.

At a minimum, you would expect a property management company to handle basic maintenance issues in common areas. Instead, the problem has just been ignored. Our HOA will be meeting soon and I sincerely hope we reconsider our management arrangement. If this is how small issues are handled, it doesn't inspire confidence in how larger responsibilities are being managed. Very disappointing.
