Conrad, our technician was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, personable and displayed exceptional work ethics. It took Conrad two visits to repair our elevator. One visit to patiently diagnose and one return visit to install the repaired software (which had to sent out to a third party). Our elevator was repaired within weeks when the installer couldn't diagnose the problem for months AND for a fraction of the cost of a new elevator, which was the solution that was offered by several other companies. All in all, a top notch trustworthy team focused on customer service, quality work that deserves your business

More concerning, when an elevator malfunctions, customers can face weeks-long delays before a technician arrives to address the problem. What is most troubling is the impression that maintaining existing equipment and ensuring customer safety have become secondary priorities. Rather than providing prompt, reliable service, the company appears far more focused on selling new installations and upgrades. For a business entrusted with something as essential as elevator safety, that is deeply disappointing. I can no longer recommend their services.

One of the elevator doors has been locked shut, which is completely unacceptable--especially for equipment meant to provide accessibility. What makes this even more frustrating is that it is taking three days for Arrow Lift to return and fix a problem caused by their own error. As of now, the door remains locked, creating an ongoing accessibility issue. Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Everyone I have spoken with has been condescending, dismissive, and uninterested in taking responsibility or correcting the mistake. The manager, Kelsey, in particular, was rude and condescending and has no business speaking to customers in the manner that she did--especially when Arrow Lift is clearly at fault. If you are in need of a wheelchair lift, residential elevator, or any accessibility equipment, I strongly urge you to choose a different company. Reliability, accountability, and basic customer respect are severely lacking here.

It was traumatic every time. Arrow Lift fixed us right up! From estimate to installation was 2 days. No kidding. I wish we could have afforded a curved one as even two steps for her are terrible. They did the job and left, but because they wound the cables incorrectly the counterweight hit the ground. They put tenants in danger, and refused to repair their own faulty work because they "don't warranty work without a contract." Do not trust these people. They will charge you for shoddy work, put people in danger, and refuse to take accountability for their own mistakes.
