I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future.
