The other two, brothers Tom & Emanuel were good. No grout for the key bathroom they were hired to re-grout & replace one broken tile. The lead GroutGuy, Peter, left the house to go find grout @ hardware store & 65 minutes later returned with-No Grout! He could not find the right color beige (Haystack) grout. Wow....this is surreal! As it turned out, I told him I had what is a "discontinued " sandstone grout" I preferred he not use. He went ahead & mixed the grout in a bucket right in my entry to my living room, leaving behind a cloud of messy sandstone all over my hardwood floors & furniture. Did he clean up his mess? No!! After almost 6 hours the lead Grout guy, Peter, had completely overlooked key areas in the bathroom to grout & seemed confused about the job. Turns out he's new to the company, to be fair. I had some extra tile, fortunately, to replace a broken piece & don't you know, he cracked that tile; mis-seated the toilet, now @ an angle & when I foolishly paid them for a botched job I called the Franchise owner, Mark, to ask he send over a competent, trained GroutGuy to fix the mess left behind. Then he covered it with sand and said don't brush it away for 48 hrs. Now I realize he covered with sand so I wouldn't be outraged with red grout! He made a mess that's worse than seeing cracks. Stay away from this business. Dishonest businessman and workmanship is the worse I've ever seen. You've been warned!

Israel (owner) responded to my request promptly, came by the same day, and provided us with a quote. He and his team (Pedro and Jesus) were responsive to questions, punctual, and extremely hard working. I like their electronic scheduling system as you know who is coming and when. They took care to keep other areas of the house and deck covered and I didn't have to do much clean up after they were finished which I really appreciated. The people Israel brought to put in the countertops were excellent. I was going to have Granite Expo do it at first because the price was a little less but 100% happy I changed my mind because I know the install would not have been done as well. I will have a section of the house closed off for any odors that might trigger asthma. I am not so concerned now because my asthma is usually triggered by dust and not odor and they have told me that it would be a minimum amount of dust. I will continue to work with this company and I will hire a Cleaning Crew to do a thorough cleaning of the bathroom counters etc after they have done the work ... therefore, I am changing my review based on this communication to a five star for the additional Customer Service I received. After the job is done, I will update once more with the quality of work, which I am sure will be above average. I've been trying to update things in my 25-year old house recently (new roof, new fridge, new…read moremicrowave,...). The grout and silicone caulk in the main bathroom shower had been deteriorating for too long. It was pretty bad so I reached out to The Grout Doctor. I set up an appointment and Mac (a great guy by the way) came over a few days ago. He has over 20 years of experience and it showed. He went far beyond what I was expecting. Not only did he replace the moldy silicone all around the shower and replace all the cracked moldy grout, he completely cleaned the shower walls and floor with a razor. I never realized how much soap scum could build up even with fairly regular cleanings using a bathroom surface cleaner. Everything looks better than I expected it to look. I highly recommend giving them a call and let them work their magic. The shower now looks like it did decades ago.
