My husband, Steve, & I purchased diamond earrings & a diamond pendant w/ chain from Diamond House in 2011. At the time, we purchased what our budget allowed, & now it was time for an upgrade. On Monday, May 6, 2019, we took our original appraisal & receipt & met with the owner, Gabby. We had a thorough discussion & explained I wanted larger earrings, that were more similar in style, color, & quality to the diamond pendant. We asked them to make a ring out of stones we had and add a couple. They were wonderful in person and were helpful but the manufacture was entirely unacceptable. We paid them $900 and ate that cost as we had to have a local jeweler with contacts have the job done correctly. The experience I had at Diamond House could not have been have been any better. I worked with a few different employees here and they were all great but I worked with Susan and Richard (the in house jeweler) more than anyone else. I was in the market for an engagement ring and wasn't really sure what style diamond or ring I was looking for. I had done some homework on my own researching but when I began shopping at Diamond House they went over everything with me to make sure I had all the info I needed to make a good decision: carat, color certificates etc. They actually had competitive if not better prices than a lot of the other stores I checked out but the difference was the time they patiently spent with me. She kept me in the loop via text during the week as they were bringing in some stones for me to look at.
