Horrible place they had a really bad attitude it's dirty in there. They were rude and slammed the shoes on the counter . The lady had an issue with us coming in a little bit before close and was talking bad about it and making faces so I told her that if it was an issue we could leave and she ignored me and walked away . white old lady gave us an ugly look after coming in 1 hour or 2 before closing. she definitely had an issue with us coming late, she was so rude while my niece was around me and my family. they slammed the shoes on the table in front our faces with attitude. i don't recommend this places at all they have so much attitude and they're so rude. i would have rather gone to another bowling alley and spent money there and had a nice time than being there and just have a bunch of attitude. read more

Told my daughter it was $5.25 a game, and a shoe rental. Well she already owns her own shoes, and then told her she had to pay by the hour instead. How fucking ridiculous. Why would you mention a per game rate, and them tell her only by the hour is available. When I call to confront the manager she cussed me out, which I will tell you now...I did give the same love back! However I will let you all know too, I will be reporting the facility to USBC, because NO child should be talked to or treated the way she was! I will be getting a hold of the GM asap, and hope that the manager gets what she deserves, and that's not a hand shake. Customer service is a big part of society, and as far as I'm concerned, she deserves a big old kick in the rear end, and a job where she is not in any authoritative position! We take a group of special needs adults frequently and they bend over backwards to accommodate our group. We love going to Diamond Lanes.

Has always been my favorite in the area! Clean, updated just enough for the modern times but yet still retains that "classic" bowling alley feel. I love that they still offer pricing that's not ONLY by minutes or by the hours. They give you a variety an I appreciate that. I take the kids here frequently and the staff has always been great and they lanes well oiled. Keep it up Diamond Lanes! read more

Lane kept messing up and they wouldn't give us more time to finish our game. They wasted our time and we're slow at fixing the lane. read more

After waiting approximately 25 minutes for a Lane, I finally got a chance to Bowl. It was a decent experience however the price per game here is a little on the steep side. read more

Bowling here was okay. Service was horrible. We waited 28 minutes for nachos and funnel fries, in which should take about 6 minutes in total. What frustrates me, is that there was no one else before us. Also, the food was at room temperature as if it were sitting out for several minutes! I do not recommend the concession. read more

We walk in thinking awesome no mask requirement because everyone bowling was unmasked. Only to get to the counter and be told we couldn't be helped because we weren't wearing mask. Apparently this is the new stupid. We can play all we want without one but have to wear one in order to pay so we can bowl. Ridiculous!! I guess Covid picks and choses which part of the bowling alley it attacks. Not the lanes only the main floor. read more

This place is okay. But what really makes it a dump is the service! We are here today for the special olympics. We sat in front of the concession stand. As we were waiting for our family member to bowl (minding our own business), suddenly the old man with the thick white mustache from the concession stand yelled at us that our taco villa bag wasn't allowed because outside food/drinks weren't. We explained to him 3 TIMES, that we ate it on the way over here and that it just had our left over napkins and trash in it. He continued to tell us we NEEDED to GET IT OUT OF HERE (yelling). We said "it's just napkins?" He came out and confronted us (rather too aggressively and too close, might I add) telling (well, demanding) us to give it to him. We gave it to him and he said "well why is it so heavy?!" We told him yet again (4th time this time) that it's just napkins and trash (from both the restaurant and the concession stand) and to take a look. He goes "yeah right" and walks away with it. Then continues to tell his employees loudly how "people just want to do whatever they want." We asked him how everyone else had bags and food/drinks from outdoors but he wasn't telling them anything. The family on our left had drinks from Starbucks, the people on our right had McDonald's. There were tons of other tables with other food and drink items from other places, yet he refused to tell THEM something. He wasn't only rude to us, a man went up to him to ask for quarters cause their soda machines were broke so he wanted to get a drink from the vending machine. The old man said "What are going to use it for?!" All rude. I suggest, teaching the employees how to have proper customer service. I would hate to know if he was rude to any other people considering this day was for special olympics! Never coming back here again. Totally ruined this place for us and our family and friends that had to witness this! HORRIBLE man. read more

We had a wonderful family fun night of bowling. The staff was friendly, place was clean and lots of people. Parking lot was full but we found a spot fast. Enjoyed bowling and eating here for a few hours! Highly recommend! read more

Horrible service. We paid to bowl and put bumpers well apparently since we're not children we can't have bumpers they took them off and watched us the whole time to make sure we didn't put them back on! Astro bowl is the place to go. read more

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I've been going to Diamond Lanes since I first moved here about 12 years ago. My family and I come here a lot especially in the last several months. Every time we come here, my wife always asks for a child's ball because of the surgery she had on her bowling shoulder which prevents her from holding a really heavy ball. The last several months we have come here, every employee has always been real accommodating and granted my wife's request to allow her to use a child's ball until tonight when this rogue manager rudely tells my wife "I'm not going to do that. Sorry!" Even after my wife told the manager about her bad shoulder. Really? You call that good customer service? Not only that, we handed her two coupons for free games each person plus shoes. As soon as we handed them to her, I noticed that she looked pissed that we weren't paying. Well lady, that's not our fault. You see, the last time we were there (literally a couple of weeks ago), our lane broke down (6 frames into the first game....no joke) because the pins kept falling out of place anytime they were reset and lowered into the lane. It took over an hour to fix it and we sat there the whole time watching. It was during our son's 17th birthday party and we didn't even get to play let alone finish our game. We couldn't stay there forever because we had other plans for our son's birthday. However, whoever helped us was nice enough to give us free game coupons that we used tonight. As far as I'm concerned, Diamond Lanes owes us and we did rightfully pay for those games. So, that's strike 1. But because this rogue manager talked to my wife the way she did tonight, that's strike 2. We won't be coming back to Diamond Lanes anytime soon. You don't tell my wife she can't have a child's ball especially when you rudely say to her "I'm not going to do that. Sorry!" And especially when everybody else up there has taken the time to accommodate her in the past. Especially when she tells you the medical reasons why she needs a child's ball. For you to also tell me that you have to be a certain age to use a child's ball and that's been your policy for the last 7 years is complete BS. If that's the case, then why hasn't that been consistently enforced every single time we have come this year? You don't all of a sudden deny my wife's request when y'all have inconsistently enforced it over the last several months. Bye bye Diamond Lanes and hello Astro Bowl!!!! read more

Diamond Lanes is clean and well maintained with attentive and courteous staff. Their equipment, shoes and house balls are clean, modern and not abused. Price point is good, much less expensive than Bowlero, so you can take the whole family and not have to take out a home equity loan or sell the children to have a good time, so that in itself deserves a bonus star. read more
