Gel builder on my broken nails & cateye color French tips + little hearts on ring finger

Found this place with my husband spontaneously during vday weekend (Monday) and decided to treat ourselves to pedis + fix my broken gel nails. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, I appreciated their opinions and care, I could definitely tell how devoted they were to sanitation and how detailed their work is. The shop is a really modern vibe and it's clean overall. I greatly appreciated the two women who helped us, one I didn't get her name but the woman who helped me was Lana & she was phenomenal. I had an old gel French set with my real nails and they were so brittle that most of them were breaking; she recommended the gel builder to strengthen the nail and change the design to a rose cateye French tip! I loved the look and she offered to add a heart to the ring fingers, so cute! Highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting Vegas area. Coming from Orange County California, this nail show reminds me of home due to their hospitality and quality care. Every manicurist and staff is so friendly and care about what you want, which makes it mor special!

No star. Today, I went in for a gel pedicure with a walk-in. I had to wait a long time, but they were busy, so I understood. After the wait, I chose the VIP service, which was priced at $90, and my nail technician, Chi Truong, began my service. After she applied the color, I noticed that she had skipped several spots, so I requested her to fill in those areas. She did correct it while I was receiving the service. However, I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like the staff was speaking about me, possibly calling me picky. To feel more at ease, I requested them to speak in English to me. The male owner intervened in my conversation with the nail technician and escalated the situation by telling me to stop acting classy and to "stop being shi*." He then asked me when I came to America, and I replied that I was born here, but I also speak a second language, just like him. He reacted negatively, saying that if I went to a Chinese restaurant, they would all speak Chinese, and he didn't care about that, so I shouldn't care either. He told me not to return to the salon. And I noticed everyone who was working at this salon was speaking good English. I was still in the middle of my service, which was not even half finished. I was angry at his poor attitude and terrible customer service. I considered leaving but realized they would still charge me the full price, so I decided to stay until the end. Despite that, the owner, Hung Nguyen, continued to verbally abuse me. At the end of the service, I attempted to pay with my credit card, but they requested my driver's license. I initially thought I didn't have it, which led to more verbal abuse from them. I tried to pay via Zelle, but it didn't work, so I asked my friend to help with the Zelle payment. While trying to find my ID, I eventually located it and showed it to them, but they began to write down my driver's license number. I took my ID back and refused to provide it again, leading to an argument. And they are started to harass me after seeing my Hawaii driver's license that why you are a stupid bitch. it was around 6 PM. I asked them to proceed with the payment, but they accused me of having a fake ID and trying to scam them. Our argument escalated, prompting me to call the police. As soon as I called the police, my nail tech hid her license, so I thought she was unlicensed. Unfortunately, they did not arrive for three hours, during which I was harassed by two employees, including the owner. They verbally abused me, making comments about where I am from, and incorrectly assumed I was Chinese and a bad person and scammer. They even threatened to post about me on Facebook or social media. Throughout the three hours, I felt trapped inside the salon, with two people blocking the exit and one employee remaining inside. I wasn't attempting to leave without paying I was the one who called the police. While waiting, I was left in a hot store with no AC, feeling dehydrated and exhausted from their bullying, which felt torturous. They teased me, saying they could wait all day for the police while the owner went to go food and share with employees and eat in front of me. I even turned on to speaker while I called the police so they could hear. Finally, when the police arrived, I explained the situation. I felt it was illegal to write down your driver's license for no reason In Nevada and a police officer said it was legal I wanted to correct so I requested to call the supervisor. It seems anyone can take down your driver's license number that is what the supervisor said, is it true? I disagreed with it, but I ended up paying in full for my poor service with 3 hours of harassment. Additionally, I was issued a trespassing charge for no valid reason by Owner. I was disappointed about the police too that I wasn't protected at all (customer) vs a business owner. The business owner told the police that they wanted to document driver's license numbers because there had been many issues with customers not paying or canceling payments, which does not justify their discrimination. They were talking bad about past customers that many prostitutes and crazy ladies out there do not end up paying. I am just an innocent customer who walked into hell today. I chose this place just because it was close to my house. This was one of the most nightmare experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I have been a customer at nail salons for over 20 years in my life and have never encountered such discrimination and racism. Please consider carefully where you choose to receive beauty services. I came home after 10 pm. I do regret that I went to the wrong place without people's reviews I see lots of discrimination comments and racist about this place. Yes, I walked into hell today. I'm still confused as to why I ended up getting trespassing. I never refused to pay or attempt to leave without paying I was cooperative from the beginning.

I had a walk in visit to Paris Nails while on vacation and I love my nails and even more so that they were affordable! I paid $40 for a french gel manicure, and my manicurist did a great job even though my nails were ridiculously short and hard to work with. I forgot to get her name but she repeatedly asked for feedback throughout the process and was very gentle and thorough with cleaning the cuticle and applying the white tips. She also gave me recommendations for styles in accordance with my nail length and shape. Definitely will stop by here again next time I'm on the Strip!

I really needed my pedicure fix while in Vegas (especially with my ingrown) I tried 4 different spas that were opened but all got turned down. I finally called Paris Nails and they were super attentive and accepted my walk in immediately. My toes are happy and I am happy! Thank you guys!!!!!

I come in to the shop today to get my toes fixed (which were horrendous) i ask the manager if he's able to help me he the responds "he's busy , can't help me " while he proceeds to look at his phone and laugh Maybe if i was a different complexion i would've actually been treated like my time was worth it. The sad part is i am a costumer that spends lots of money here and vien is one of my favorites but after today i feel beyond disrespected and I'm not sure i will be back , I'll update this a when i found a better salon , and to the manager please do better thx

I had a fairly great experience. My nail tech was Ms. Kim Tran, she was direct and efficient. She is from Vietnam but lived in Hawaii for many years then moved to Vegas with her family. She is a hard & efficient worker. I asked for advice & her support to confirm a design / color coordination, however, she highly objected to support my request because of past experiences of clients ( at the end of the session ) don't like her color choice and have left her feeling poor. But, all in all in the end she helped me with a few color choices once I was set on the design. The location is just out of the strip; perfect for a quick can ride. You can walk but be prepared to go over the freeway & cross a handful of streets; but it's doable. The price was average just under HI prices so I got a good deal. The company does knock off a few dollars if you pay in cash, so keep that in mind. They take appointments, and with an appointment, I only waited for a few minutes. All in all, the nail tech I worked with was efficient & did a great job. I will definitely go back again. I would keep in mind English is their second language, and like most nail salons they communicate in their own tongu

My cousin and I came in for a last minute nail sesh before her birthday. There was only person when we walked in so we were lucky and taken right raway. I haven't had a manicure for ages. I always come to this spot for my pedicures. I live in Summerlin. I drive 25-30mins just to have these amazing people to hook me up. They have always been kind. They treat me like a King & whomever is with me. They get treated like royalty as well. The shop is ALWAYS clean. Good lights & amazing pedicure chairs to relax in. Definitely try their VIP pedicure & while your at it. Get a manicure men;) I recommend this spot of your next self care service! read more

I picked a color which wasn't the color that I wanted because I wanted a lavender color to match the purple glitter that I picked instead, I got pinkand the application was just horrendous. It was all over my skin. There wasn't coverage and topcoat was just sloppy. Also it was a rushed service as soon as the guy was done he left... I recommend this place if you go to any of the girls, one of the male managers was trying to redo my nails, but it was kind of pointless because we were already almost done at the same time, and I wasn't gonna sit in the chair for another 45 minutes when I was already upset with the first job. Ewwww. DON'T GO HERE!!! Nasty energy people. My wife's words/review below. I'm a serious Yelper and rely on yelp community to make my purchase decisions. I got charge 85$ for a regular plain acrylic pointy . Aint that to pricy thats almost paying to 100 dollar . Ridiculous. And the lady took almost 2 hours when i said im in a hurry and she keep talking to her co worker and was so rough on my hand It says 55$ only for that and extra 5$ when you want long nails Bad service. I was just denied service at Paris Nails because I had my service dog, Maggie, with me. The Owner told me that I need a paper certificate to prove she is a service dog, which is illegal. The Owner argued with me saying that I needed a paper to prove Maggie is my service animal. This is illegal and this business should be enlightened on the rules governing service animals, as well as ADA. Updated review... Not the same place I remember from a year ago. Seems like the prices shot way up. It was also a turn off that some of the regular clients were rude and inappropriate. So we paid $50 for a pedicure and manicure. No combo price and no guy's discount for not getting color or polish or any of that. For two pedicures and our nails it was about 250. My boyfriend said his pedicure was good but the massage was super "delicate" for him. Reported his nails were good. My full set came out lumpy and pointed upwards which is super annoying, but due to us being there for a couple hours already I was just ready to leave. Great! Walked in on a Saturday around 2:30PM and they took me and my dad in immediately. I got a gel mani for $25, which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. Normally I've paid $30-35 at other salons. The service was very professional and was probably done in under an hour. I was watching Britain's Got Talent on the TV the whole time. The one thing about their service that differs from other salons is that they use a drill on your nail beds. I was not used to it & it wasn't the most pleasant feeling but it was nbd. If you look like you got money, they will over charge you. Yes Henry is watching what type of car, & jewelry you have. This was, without hesitation, the BEST pedicure I have ever had! First, the two women that worked on my friend and I were super friendly, funny, and have incredible pedi SKILLS! Everything started as usual, except the massage chairs worked really well, and the foot soaking section was lined with a disposable liner. Nice! Along the way, I discovered that these particular chairs also had a special piece that pulled out to elevate and rest your foot, which made a huge difference in terms of scrubbing and massage. This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.

I then asked the difference between two services because they sounded very similar on the menu. She explained it, but then added, "That one is more expensive." Maybe it wasn't intended that way, but the comment felt unnecessary after my husband and I had already spent a good amount on services. I understand this is a high-end salon, and maybe these kinds of charges or questions are normal for their regular clientele, but personally it came across a bit judgmental and uncomfortable. At that point, I simply asked if they could remove what had already been started (just one nail on one finger), because I no longer wanted my nails done. I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to sit through the appointment feeling like I had to prove I could afford to be there. I actually left crying because of how judged the interaction made me feel. Maybe I'm just a tired-looking mom trying to treat herself, but being made to feel judged for asking simple questions really changed the experience for me.

When i entered, i was given a metal bucket filled with ice a chilled towel and some oranges in a plastic bag (?!) Come to find out a lot of these standard things that are in spas aren't put out here....in addition there was no bottled water and you had to have the attendant pour water into a plastic cup for you every time, there were no individually wrapped combs or brushes, just the used ones in the creepy blue solution with hairs still stuck in it. The Shower heads here were the saving grace, they were awesome, but the peeling paint in the shower's ceiling and the loose and grimy bath gel pumps within the shower took away from it. Between the 2 hot tubs was a loud TV blaring sports....if they dimmed the lights and pumped in tranquil spa music instead it'd have a totally new feel. I'm glad i only paid a $10 entry fee, but with a little more attention to detail and simple things done to change the ambiance it'd be better. It just felt like i went to a public Recreation center to shower.

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

Amazing customer service. This was my first time going to any salon in Las Vegas. I called and made an appointment just as everything was opening up after covid. Every safety precaution was taken. I was not allowed inside until my appointment time, which was perfectly okay with me. In addition to cleaning throughly after every client, there was someone wiping down stations every few minutes. I got a pedicure and a full set. Although in very near the area, I will be making this my regular salon. Henry was my nail tech. Wonderful communication skills and a great conversationalist. I can't remember the last that did my feet. But she was so good I tipped her $20. Wonderful, wonderful experience all around. read more

July -4-2026 I visited Paris nail salon for a pedicure, and unfortunately, I had very disappointed experience. My nail tech was Kim. Assistant me provide poor service and displayed an unprofessional attitude. After giving me the menu, I selected service #2(without gel) She appeared unhappy with my choice and even make a disrespectful comment to her coworkers, implying that I could not afford the service. Throughout the appointment, her work was careless. The Masage was rough and uncomfortable. At the end of the service, she asked me to give a personal Zelle for tip, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I write this review for the owner and anyone to know because I went here for a pedicure. i chose the vip service which was priced at $90 dollars , my nail technician was lily she's very bad service and all, I know she do fast and she go to next customers . I go many nail salons do for my pedicure many times I never had pay for pedicure $90 just for a wash with water and painting the toenails only 30 minutes service. Legit no massages or anything else. If this was an actual good service by lily, you would get stuff for buying VIP. if you come here, do not pick lily. If I could, I would pick 0 stars. read more

I absolutely love this place. The owner especially does an excellent job (see attached). All I do is show him a picture of what I want and he does just that. The girls in there are welcoming and friendly as well which I appreciate. I get a mani/pedi at least once a month there and I'm never disappointed. It gets quite busy sometimes so I usually call to make an appointment. An example of great service was I broke my just done nail the other day and I came in got it repaired right away no charge. Paris Nails and Lashes has a very good price! Regular pedicures started at $35 and up. the first time I take my mom went here, did a pedicure and had the best experience. I highly recommend my mom service, Amy, to anyone wanting the best and kindest experience. She was very friendly and did a great job making my mom feet clean. Disappointing Pedicure Experience - Poor Communication "I went in for a pedicure and was really looking forward to relaxing, but the experience was super disappointing. When I tried to communicate that I had an ingrown toenail, the technician seemed to not understand me, even when I pointed it out. They basically ignored me, which was really frustrating. I love Paris Nails and Lashes. Great location at West 4429 Flamingo Great price, and staff are super friendly with peaceful ambience. I enjoyed my pedicure massage as well with my conversation. My service was Amy, and I would like to say that she's VERY good at what she does. She is meticulous as she cleans and removes cuticles.
