Found this place with my husband spontaneously during vday weekend (Monday) and decided to treat ourselves to pedis + fix my broken gel nails. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, I appreciated their opinions and care, I could definitely tell how devoted they were to sanitation and how detailed their work is. The shop is a really modern vibe and it's clean overall. I greatly appreciated the two women who helped us, one I didn't get her name but the woman who helped me was Lana & she was phenomenal. I had an old gel French set with my real nails and they were so brittle that most of them were breaking; she recommended the gel builder to strengthen the nail and change the design to a rose cateye French tip! I loved the look and she offered to add a heart to the ring fingers, so cute! Highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting Vegas area. No star. Today, I went in for a gel pedicure with a walk-in. I had to wait a long time, but they were busy, so I understood. After the wait, I chose the VIP service, which was priced at $90, and my nail technician, Chi Truong, began my service. After she applied the color, I noticed that she had skipped several spots, so I requested her to fill in those areas. She did correct it while I was receiving the service. However, I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like the staff was speaking about me, possibly calling me picky. To feel more at ease, I requested them to speak in English to me. The male owner intervened in my conversation with the nail technician and escalated the situation by telling me to stop acting classy and to "stop being shi*." He then asked me when I came to America, and I replied that I was born here, but I also speak a second language, just like him. He reacted negatively, saying that if I went to a Chinese restaurant, they would all speak Chinese, and he didn't care about that, so I shouldn't care either. He told me not to return to the salon. And I noticed everyone who was working at this salon was speaking good English. I was still in the middle of my service, which was not even half finished. I was angry at his poor attitude and terrible customer service. I considered leaving but realized they would still charge me the full price, so I decided to stay until the end. Despite that, the owner, Hung Nguyen, continued to verbally abuse me. At the end of the service, I attempted to pay with my credit card, but they requested my driver's license. I initially thought I didn't have it, which led to more verbal abuse from them. I tried to pay via Zelle, but it didn't work, so I asked my friend to help with the Zelle payment. While trying to find my ID, I eventually located it and showed it to them, but they began to write down my driver's license number. I took my ID back and refused to provide it again, leading to an argument. And they are started to harass me after seeing my Hawaii driver's license that why you are a stupid bitch. it was around 6 PM. I asked them to proceed with the payment, but they accused me of having a fake ID and trying to scam them. Our argument escalated, prompting me to call the police. As soon as I called the police, my nail tech hid her license, so I thought she was unlicensed. Unfortunately, they did not arrive for three hours, during which I was harassed by two employees, including the owner. They verbally abused me, making comments about where I am from, and incorrectly assumed I was Chinese and a bad person and scammer. They even threatened to post about me on Facebook or social media. Throughout the three hours, I felt trapped inside the salon, with two people blocking the exit and one employee remaining inside. I wasn't attempting to leave without paying I was the one who called the police. While waiting, I was left in a hot store with no AC, feeling dehydrated and exhausted from their bullying, which felt torturous. They teased me, saying they could wait all day for the police while the owner went to go food and share with employees and eat in front of me. I even turned on to speaker while I called the police so they could hear. Finally, when the police arrived, I explained the situation. I felt it was illegal to write down your driver's license for no reason In Nevada and a police officer said it was legal I wanted to correct so I requested to call the supervisor. It seems anyone can take down your driver's license number that is what the supervisor said, is it true? I disagreed with it, but I ended up paying in full for my poor service with 3 hours of harassment. Additionally, I was issued a trespassing charge for no valid reason by Owner. I was disappointed about the police too that I wasn't protected at all (customer) vs a business owner. The business owner told the police that they wanted to document driver's license numbers because there had been many issues with customers not paying or canceling payments, which does not justify their discrimination. They were talking bad about past customers that many prostitutes and crazy ladies out there do not end up paying. I am just an innocent customer who walked into hell today. I chose this place just because it was close to my house. This was one of the most nightmare experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I have been a customer at nail salons for over 20 years in my life and have never encountered such discrimination and racism. Please consider carefully where you choose to receive beauty services. I came home after 10 pm. I do regret that I went to the wrong place without people's reviews I see lots of discrimination comments and racist about this place. Yes, I walked into hell today. I'm still confused as to why I ended up getting trespassing. I never refused to pay or attempt to leave without paying I was cooperative from the beginning. read more

I paid $40 for a french gel manicure, and my manicurist did a great job even though my nails were ridiculously short and hard to work with. I forgot to get her name but she repeatedly asked for feedback throughout the process and was very gentle and thorough with cleaning the cuticle and applying the white tips. I had a fairly great experience. My nail tech was Ms. Kim Tran, she was direct and efficient. She is from Vietnam but lived in Hawaii for many years then moved to Vegas with her family. She is a hard & efficient worker. I asked for advice & her support to confirm a design / color coordination, however, she highly objected to support my request because of past experiences of clients ( at the end of the session ) don't like her color choice and have left her feeling poor. But, all in all in the end she helped me with a few color choices once I was set on the design. The location is just out of the strip; perfect for a quick can ride. You can walk but be prepared to go over the freeway & cross a handful of streets; but it's doable. The price was average just under HI prices so I got a good deal. The company does knock off a few dollars if you pay in cash, so keep that in mind. They take appointments, and with an appointment, I only waited for a few minutes. All in all, the nail tech I worked with was efficient & did a great job. I will definitely go back again. I was already struggling to get my nails done since I am a nail technician myself but because all my sisters were getting their nails done, I wanted to feel included and join them... anyways long story short I can't remember the guys name who did my nails he filed them soaked them off and I mentioned to him what I do nails for a living. I picked a color which wasn't the color that I wanted because I wanted a lavender color to match the purple glitter that I picked instead, I got pinkand the application was just horrendous. It was all over my skin. There wasn't coverage and topcoat was just sloppy. Also it was a rushed service as soon as the guy was done he left... I recommend this place if you go to any of the girls, one of the male managers was trying to redo my nails, but it was kind of pointless because we were already almost done at the same time, and I wasn't gonna sit in the chair for another 45 minutes when I was already upset with the first job. I was just denied service at Paris Nails because I had my service dog, Maggie, with me. The Owner told me that I need a paper certificate to prove she is a service dog, which is illegal. The Owner argued with me saying that I needed a paper to prove Maggie is my service animal. This is illegal and this business should be enlightened on the rules governing service animals, as well as ADA. Considering their complete lack of understanding of the laws, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere especially if you have a disability (seizures) as I do. read more

Great! Walked in on a Saturday around 2:30PM and they took me and my dad in immediately. I got a gel mani for $25, which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. Normally I've paid $30-35 at other salons. The service was very professional and was probably done in under an hour. I was watching Britain's Got Talent on the TV the whole time. The one thing about their service that differs from other salons is that they use a drill on your nail beds. I was not used to it & it wasn't the most pleasant feeling but it was nbd.
