They filled my acrylics and didn't remove 2 nails that had fungus on them and they got infected!!! They made my nails a matte color and didn't even dry them all the way i had to go back a couple days later because they were smashed in and messed up cause they don't dry them or have the correct equipment to do nails!! read more

A friend recommended this salon. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my pedicure and manicure so was a bit hesitant. I'm glad I tried them. Mine and my husbands new go to spot for pedicures! We recently moved out to La Habra and have been on a hunt for a new place to get pedicures. The couple here are both super friendly and were very attentive to detail. They were very careful on making sure our nails were cut perfectly, removed our cuticles, and especially when removing our callus they took their time & made sure EVERYTHING was scrubbed off. This salon is the cleanest salon I've seen in a long time! They do prefer if you make an appointment. We can't wait to come back! read more

The first time I heard my dip would last and would be guaranteed to not chip or be fixed without charge I had to check it out for myself! Not only did my dip last longer than 10 days, but it was a month and I got my second dip! I added a pedicure today as well! La Habra's hidden gem nail studio! Looking for a new salon. Went for a pedicure. $25 regular pedi $5 callus remover. Price not bad. However it's not clean. The towels are dirty, stained and worn (rough). I was cut and she tried to cover it up even though I felt it and I can see the blood flowing out. The filing was crooked. The paint job was messy and clear coat was dull. I did a Saturday walk in and was instantly given a seat with Crystal. Not only did she start my service off with a bottled water but she was super attentive to what I hoped for. I was wanting short nails but a full set. Most places struggle when I ask for short nails. Not here. She gave exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. Everything that I saw was clean and wonderful. They had two tvs and many pedicure chairs too. A full set with gel came to $45. I will totally be going back. read more

Personally coming into La Habra not knowing where I can get my pedicure done was a downfall but this nail salon is such a delight. I called to see how long the wait was for and he said 20 minutes but as soon as I got here they sat me in a spa chair and started attending me right away! They're nice and so friendly. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.

While I was trying to explain my sensitivity, someone walked into the salon and the nail tech seemed more focused on seeing who had come in. She actually told me to hush while I was talking so she could pay attention to who walked in, which I thought was rude and unprofessional. She then continued with my manicure and ended up nicking my finger badly enough that I started bleeding. I was already frustrated because this was exactly what I had been trying to warn her about. Then she was rough again and nicked me a second time. At that point, I was irritated and uncomfortable. She was trying to stop the bleeding, but she also seemed upset about the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand that small cuts can sometimes happen during a manicure, but I specifically tried to communicate beforehand that my fingers are sensitive and felt like I wasn't given the chance to properly explain that. Overall, I just wish she had listened to me from the beginning and been more attentive. I've never had this issue at Cheri Nail Bar in Fullerton because they actually listen when I tell them about my sensitivity and take the extra care needed.
