I went to get my eyelashes done. Yes. The lady was fast. I mean she was done in 15 min tops. BUT.... My eyelashes started coming off the next day. I had to go in in one week because one eye was basically gone and the other was half off. I got charged 65 dollars for a one week Refill. And still the eyelashes started coming off the same day, literally when I drove home and pulled up to my place and eyelash come off, they were uneven, and the weren't facing the same. One was more cat eye and the other was more natural, it made me look like I had a lady eye. I understand time is money. But this was ridiculous, she should take more time in doing the eyelashes instead of rushing customers out the door. read more

Came back to update my review. After my concern, Vivian reached out to me personally & asked me how she can help me better the lash experience. I should've kept in mind that it was my first time getting it so I should be more attentive of what's going on. Instead, I did the honest mistake & lashing out on her & the service that was done for me. Though I was a little upset I couldn't have the nice eyelashes for my birthday, I'm glad that Vivian was able to kindly take care of the situation & explained to me to be a little bit more open about how I felt before I left. She knows what shes doing & she's trying her best. The first time I went was for nails. This was my first time ever doing GelX nails in my life. I always got acrylic done but I prefer the GelX instead after this. Went in to get my brows done and decided to get my lashes done too - was quoted 75.00 was charged 90.00 asked for long and wispy was showed a picture and told I know what you like. 15 min later I had two caterpillars on my eyelids. She asked how I like it ...I said I didn't. Asked her if I could take them off - she said no I would have to wait two weeks so I wouldn't ruin my real lashes. She then charges me more than she quoted me ...why I paid I have no idea ...but she seen I was upset and offered for me to come back in two weeks to take them off and do them over for free. She said she never had someone leave who didn't like her work- so today I show up 2 weeks later and she says she can do them over for a fee - I advised her of what she said - she said she could pull them off with tweezers or she could use the remover but that would cost me . And i waited too long - that I can't come back two weeks later if I didn't like it i should have came back sooner - i told her you told me to come back in 2 weeks! Mind you I'm sitting next to a lady who got her lashes done on Saturday and came back cause her lashes / eyes were infected! Long story short don't go here - shop owner does what she wants charges what she wants and does not keep her word - did not make it right - said her customers are her witnesses - I had never seen those ladies in my life . Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by coming back- thinking I would get the look I wanted from the beginning - that she would honor her word - I was wrong - needless to say I would never go back nor recommend ! My mother and sister went there today, let me start by saying they don't know what they are doing if they don't know how todo ombre nails just say so, my mother went there for a fill to this place she usually goes somewhere else but it was closed. They did a horrible job and charged her a ridiculous amount of $48 for a Darn F&$ken Fill!!! Its upsetting. And it's not about the money like the owner try to brush off my review with that lame excuse or the excuse of having to remove the powder ombre to be clear it was not a gel ombre. If my Mom would have been happy with her nails I would not of come here to make this review plain and simple. I googled and found this place and I checked out Vivian's Instagram page and I noticed she had 22,000 followers and her lashes looked beautiful so I thought well I'll call and see if she's available for a walk in to my surprise she was, mind you I had called seven different places to try to get a same day appointment and then we're available. So back to Vivian and her 22,000 followers on her Instagram I thought I would give her a try so I can went to her salon and to my surprise again not one person in her salon she got my eyelashes done in less than 20 minutes I was impressed I told her that my eyelashes felt pokey and they kind of hurt so she rechecked them and said everything looked fine, Long story short I ended up having to remove them the same day I got them because I was in so much pain from her negligence I started to inspect my eyelashes and realized that in her less than 20 minute job that she did on me she did not apply The lash to each individual eyelash of mine she applied it to many eyelashes and not only that she also glued lashes to my eyelid this is unacceptable work and I will go to the fullest extent I have pictures and witnesses and the lashes that were taken off for proof! I suggest every person go somewhere else I hate to continue to rant about this but this was just the icing on the cake from the rudeness I received from her enclosed are going to be some pictures of my friends nails that she had done in the salon and how Vivian does not take pride in her work and it only took her about 15 minutes to do these nails I don't even want to get started on that! Unprofessional and unacceptable!!! A perfect example of someone that doesn't care about how there work looks so sloppy! She wanted white nails because the black didn't look good with her skin tone and instead of removing the black nail polish she just painted over with white so that's the underneath of her nails with the black it's awful and Vivian let her leave like that I'm disgusted!!! I've added two photos of my eyes you can Google to compare what a botched eyelash extension job looks like and you can see what I'm talking about Especially when I say those lashes are glued to my eyelid and also not individually placed onto my lash those are placed onto bunches of my lashes not individually glued! And honestly I don't need to hear what you have to say back Vivian you and you're rude ass comments back to people that Judge you sloppy half ass work! Called ahead for appointments for 3 people. When we got there the owner, who was very nice and friendly, however was the only one there. She worked on all 3 of us going back and forth. She told us that they were short staffed but other workers would be coming in soon. Then another customers walks in asking for eyelash extensions. She started helping her while she was still working on all 3 of us. Least to say we did not get the full service we deserved. We were there for over an hour and no other workers showed up. I only wished she would have been honest with us when I first called. I would have made it for another time or other arrangements with her. We paid regular price. read more

I got them done here and had to get them removed same day. I don't review often and usually only do positive reviews but I am so disappointed in how my nails turned out and I feel like I was robbed. I had been here twice before for pedicures only. Today I went in for a full set and pedi. The pedi was decent, the foot massage was probably the highlight. They used the tub liners which I like but she didn't ask how long I wanted my nails before cutting and she cut them down to the quick! So short sorta ugly. My full set however turned out terrible! Originally I was going with a standard color full set nothing fancy but saw the chrome and asked what the extra charge would be. The owner said "don't worry I'll take care of it for you" (I should have been a little more specific but figured that meant she was waving that upgraded cost because She wanted my returning business for fills‍). I started with the owner she glued on the nail tips but then A gentleman that works there applied the acrylic (all over the place btw) then I was swapped back to the owner. Always hate when more than one person does one service because then who do you tip or do you have to tip more? At one point the owner started adding an extra design to my already crazy chrome nails without asking me and I hated it. Had to ask her to remove it which is unvingi. The acrylic is all over my cuticles, the polish is bumpy and uneven AND all over my cuticles. This is the worst full set I have ever had. Super disappointed as this was the first full set I have had on in two years. Oh yeah and she took care of me alright... 2 1/2 hours and $88 later I'm extremely bummed and sitting on my couch picking acrylic off my knuckles. I won't be back. Update* pictures 4 days later. Haven't done any hard labor of major cleaning. So chipped and cuticles still a mess. :(( read more

just walked in for a mani pedi and the experience was sooo bizarre. although she was friendly, i don't feel that the actual service was great. my hands and feet don't feel clean the way they normally do after a mani pedi. they used an actual cheese grater as callous remover. it feels like all that was done was nail polish. she said she didn't charge for me the design, but $60 for the service that i received seemed extremely over priced. i wouldn't mind paying the extra dollars for better service... will definitely not be returning. read more
