As soon as I walk in a man and a lady are just standing there talking and laughing and they instantly look at me and say "oh we're closed" even though the door is wide open and then they're just sitting there kicking the shit. I just stand there with a blank face cuz I'm like...really.. it's damn near 30min till close time and yall are literally doing nothing. Lady says.. "well do you know what you need?" Cuz she knew I was like wtf.. so that was her attempt to help me, but I was returning something.. I knew it was gana be an issue so I just turn around and walked out.. they literally walked right behind me and closed the door n locked it. Stood there n watch me go to my car. You think they would help me when there's still 30 minutes to the store closes and there's nobody in there. It's not like they're busy. I'm the only customer in there. Before bringing it in, I asked the cashier if it was okay since I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to purchase a few items. The cashier said it was fine. A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not public embarrassment over a situation that could have been handled with a simple conversation. Ty

This Home Depot seems newer than the ones closer to me which is neat. The layout is completely different too with more fancier sheds on the outside and the entrance being sort of in a corner than the standard rectangular ones I'm used to. Many more self check outs too which is nice. Workers were helpful and seemed like they were having a good time at work since they were sing song chanting the calls for when they're driving a fork lift and such.
