So when my car was stolen I called them to come change my locks. He came checked out the locks and said he would get back to me. I Calle four days later and he said he needed to get back to me. Ray did an excellent job making a duplicate key for my vehicle. After meeting him for my appointment, there was an issue with making a key and he was unable to do so. Upon further research, Ray discovered a special key needed to be used which he did not have in stock. Ray ordered this key and we arranged an appointment the following week. Ray did not charge me for this special key that he had to order and still charged me the initial price that he had first quoted me. Ray was then able to make the key within 5 minutes. All I can say is WOW!! Excellent Service!!! My tenants called me that their front door lock broke. I called Diamond Locksmith and within an hour Marco was at the house. It wasn't a simple fix. He needed to purchase a deadbolt lock. The finish of the original lock was not necessarily common. Being the weekend I was concerned that a replacement might be challenging to find. After buying a used car that came with only one key and hoping to get my neighbor's brother who's a locksmith to help out, it ended up taking too long and I figured I'd just pay for the service. I checked three locksmiths in the area about programming the immobilizer for 2 new car keys and not only did Ray have great Yelp reviews, he also quoted the best price of the 3 places I checked with. He was super quick to respond on his business Facebook chat and then we took communications over to text messages. He met me at my house the next day and ran into some security issues with the tablet which he was trying to register my news keys. I was all worried but he rolled with it, and pulled a bigger device out of his van and was able to work around the security/communications issues the other tablet was having. He charged me the price that he originally quoted. We were both rocking covid masks the whole time. Great experience. I would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat.
