I had went in for a fill for gel x and the guy that did my nails said that they couldn't do fills for gel x nails which i've never heard before but ok, and then i should him the picture of the nails i wanted and he said yeah i can do that, so he takes off my nails and puts on a new set and then proceeds to literally CUT me like 2 different times and then he does the base color and it's literally a pink color it looked genuinely horrendous and said that he doesn't have the nude color because that's only for "acrylic nails" obviously it looked like shit so i told him to change the color to white nicely and he seemed to get super upset and proceeded to cut me 2 more times while filing fingers. the nails turned out okay but it was not what i wanted so i'm very upset and disappointed also the price was crazy for something so simple, just seemed super rushed and unprofessional and the shaping was also not good every hand looks different. don't recommend read more

First time here for any service; I got a pedicure. I can say it was an underwhelming salon. There were only three people working so I waited 30 minutes soaking my feet until someone got to me. It was going fine until the end when the polish was curing under the gel lamp, the guy left to go outside to take a few drags off a cigarette and came back to finish up without washing his hands. i came it at 11:30 with my daughter this morning.. i asked for 2 fullsets & 1 pedicure.. i left with 1 fullset & a pedicure.. they kept putting more people ahead of me and making me wait so i decided to not get fullset done with them.. i went to look at my pedicure & half of my nails are missing paint & are cricked & chipped & i had not even left the salon. then when i showed the lady she proceeded to ask me to wait again to fix them but i had already been there 2 1/2 hrs .. i couldnt wait.. & she only offered me a 6$ refund to remove to paint & give me a refund i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who wants nails that last.. the service was unbelievable & i just dont think i should of paid 50$ for this. read more

I showed them pictures of French and they said they could do it but these are the worst french tips I've ever seen I filed down my fingernails when I got home but I hate these and I won't be going back I saw them let a lady walk away from the table with WET gel polish.. didn't even let her cure under the lamp and they only noticed because she got polish on the chairs My friend went in trying to get a design and the lady fought with her and said she couldn't do it, so unless basic nails are your vibe then I wouldn't go here lol. The toes look alright to me, but my goal was to have them match the French fingernails I was hoping for. On a Friday they only had 4 techs working so they rushed. I asked them not to cut my cuticles but they did anyway (anxiety for dirty tools lol) Oh also, I didn't ask how much my hands and nails would be, but I ended up paying $100 flat for a full set with gel polish and a gel pedicure read more

This is my go to nail salon. I wear acrylics once in a blue moon but I have gotten 3 different sets and they achieved each design and shape with no issues. My nails were sometimes over due for a fill and people would still compliment how pretty they looked. I will never go back to this salon! Their work is very good but they do not respect your time at all. I made an appointment for 11am for 2 pedicures and 1 full set. I got there at 10:57 and informed them I was there for my appointment. V told me to have a seat in the pedicure chair so I did. There was 3 other walk ins waiting and when Danny and V got done with the clients they had they started working on the walk in. That was very unprofessional in my opinion considering I had an appointment. Anyways I wait because there's only 3 workers so I get it no big deal. Megan gets done with her client and is going to start the 3rd walk in but the lady said no it's ok we're gonna come back another day you guys are busy. Megan then started my pedicure at 12:30!!! I know it's my fault for staying an hour an a half after my appointment time like I said they're short staffed so I was being understanding. I even bought all 3 of them Starbucks. V gets done with the set she was doing and moves onto the next walks pedicure in instead of starting my moms pedicure so I was getting a little impatient. They start my moms pedicure at 12:57 and my mom wanted a French manicure with dark pink instead of the natural pink but V said she couldn't do that unless my mom paid $40 instead of $27 which didn't make sense to me but my mom said ok. I showed Megan a picture of how I wanted my nails and she gave me a price and started doing my acrylic. It was suppose to be ombré on three fingers but instead she did all clear acrylic so I asked her about it and she said no that she can't do the ombré but it's still going to be the same price. They're still really pretty just not what I asked for. There was other people that also were waiting for over an hour that had appointments also. We finally get done at 3 o'clock! Thats 4 hours after I had my appointment for so I informed them of that asking if they could take at least $10 off and they said no so I paid $150 for 2 basic pedicures and an acrylic full set that wasn't what we asked for. Although my appointment ended up being 2 hours for a pedi and a gel manicure I just could not be upset. Everyone was friendly, nice and Meghan is really good at what she does. Very detailed. My daughter for prom wanted her nails done for the first time. Long story short, I literally picked a shop that had decent reviews, was open on a Sunday and close. My kid said the pedicure lady was nice, but the finger nail lady/tech was short patience, low key rude and ROUGH which is evident by 2 cuts on her cuticles. Now mistakes happen but when you hear "ouch you cut me" maybe that's your first clue to ease up but NOOOOO she cut her again. Then when my daughter wouldn't do what she asked fast enough she would get obviously frustrated and began talking about her in her language. Now the language is not a crime, but geesh can you at least play it off or wait til the customer leaves to talk about them with a negative tone or frustration. I wasn't there and my husband dropped her off so he was sitting in the car and didn't see any of this either or we would've stepped in immediately. Better yet I bet her attitude would've been more tamed had an adult been there with her. My daughter did speak up l, she's 17, but her voice was ignored. I called and complained and the tech that answered the phone apologized and the owner called back and apologized. He did at first try to say "language barrier" I politely reminded him it's not the different language spoken at all, it's the tone and the obvious irritation. I told him customers pay too much money nowadays for nails to receive poor customer service ESPECIALLY a first time customer and first time nail wearer. He was nice and apologetic but the experience was ruined so we won't be back. I have a sizeable following on social media because of the work I do so if they ask I will be honest and that's unfortunate. Better customer service could've gained him new customers. Now on the up side, she's pleased with the way her nails came out and let me repeat the woman who did her pedicure was "gentle and very nice" according to my kid. My kid got a pedicure and medium full set coffin shape. Make good customer service consistent. read more
