I went in for a basic pedicure today--no color, nothing fancy. Somehow I walked out $50 poorer like I had just received a luxury spa treatment. Apparently, my $50 got me a 3-minute foot massage because there was no real scrub, barely any pedicure, and definitely no "wow" factor. I didn't even get a complimentary drink! At least give me some water for that price. My big toes have been hurting, so I asked if they could check in between them--not asking them to perform surgery or remove an ingrown toe, just LOOK and see if that might be the problem. The response was basically, "Nope, you'll have to go to the hospital." Sir... I asked for a pedicure, not a medical procedure! At this point, finding a really GOOD nail salon that actually takes their time feels like finding a unicorn. $50 for a pedicure that felt like a quick foot rub? Wanted to love this place, especially because my first experience was great. The gentleman who did my original acrylic full set did a great job, and I paid $70 plus tip. I came back for a fill on the exact same set and was charged $65 -- only $5 less than a full set. It also felt like no one wanted to do my nails because they weren't Gel-X. The nail tech literally stopped during filing when I told her they were acrylic. She hurt me multiple times, never asked what length I wanted, and missed an entire section of glitter while painting. What really bothered me was how my daughter was treated. When we walked in, I said I wanted her nails painted too. Several employees were sitting around, yet she was ignored. We even had multiple conversations in front of the nail techs about what she wanted, and no one acknowledged her. I finally had to ask again before someone did her nails. I'm so glad I found this place! The owner owns 3 suites. Envious nail bar, the next spot (I forgot the name) does facials, waxing and massages and the indoor playground so you can get your services done while your kids play. My daughter and I got pedicures and she got a manicure. They have complimentary drinks and great customer service. The only thing I'd wish is for them to have a kids chair because my daughter had a hard time reaching the foot spa in an adult chair. This is my new favorite place I would highly recommend them! My niece took me in June for a polish change, pedi and head spa experience. I had a regular shop that I go to in my city which is fine 45 minutes north of her so we were mostly going to experience the head spa that has been so heavily put out there on social media these days and decided to book the rest because this is her go to salon on a monthly basis. Everybody there was upbeat and friendly and welcomed me as their guest as soon as we walked in. They get you seated immediately. They offer you something to drink in which the choices are a lot! The place is beautifully decorated, and very modern and clean. It's a very roomy taking up several sweets in the shopping center, different areas for different services they offer. The head, Spa was one of the most amazing relaxing things I've done in ages. There's been so much hype about them. I almost didn't fall for it, but it's really true that ring of water the way it feels on your head the facial massage they give you the head massage. It was absolutely fabulous and much more affordable than I would've ever dreamed. After that, we had our hair shampooed blow dried and styled again much cheaper than I would've ever dreamed. They did a wonderful job that was optional because we were going out that night. We then had our pedicures and I had a polish change on my gel ex nails. I was lucky enough to be put with a young lady named Treenie very very up on all the styles all the painting, cats size chrome anything you'd want designs stuff that my own nail shop could not do. I just went back there a few days ago which would've been a month later from my first visit I had her takeoff my existing gel, X nails, and do a whole new set because I was sick and tired of them constantly breaking and falling off from the lady that I've been loyal to for 10 years so they look fantastic and I'm sure they will last until my fill can't wait for my next month out there to visit so we go again!!! read more

My daughter surprised me with a CBD manicure and pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. The massage was amazing, honestly probably the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. The salon itself was very clean and beautifully decorated, which made the experience even better. My daughter brought in a picture of the nail design she wanted, and they absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail and skill really showed. The only small negative is that the towels they used were stained, which is something they may want to address. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this nail salon and will be back again! read more

From the moment I sat in the pedicure chair until I left, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I was assigned to Lee. I typically enjoy having a male technician, but unfortunately, this was not a good experience. He never introduced himself, which immediately felt unprofessional. I had to ask for his name. I brought a high-end foot balm because I've been dealing with very dry, cracked, and painful heels due to being on my feet so much. This product has been a lifesaver for me. I clearly showed it to him and asked that he use it specifically on my feet, as labeled. I also provided a separate cream for my legs and explained the difference. He never used the foot balm on my feet, nor did he massage them at all. This was especially disappointing because the foot massage is the main reason I get pedicures. Otherwise, I would simply come in for a trim and polish. Additionally, his use of cuticle nippers was concerning. He nipped and pulled at the skin in a way that was both painful and not in line with proper State Board standards. As a Licensed Cosmetologist of 48 years who still works part-time in senior salons, I am very familiar with proper techniques and regulations. Lastly, the nail polish application was poor--lumpy and messy. Instead of correcting it properly, he used nippers to remove a clump and then painted over it. There are far better, more professional ways to fix polish issues. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and raised concerns about his training and licensing. I understand that the technician makes all the difference, and unfortunately, this was not a good one. I will be trying a different salon in hopes of finding someone who is skilled, friendly, gentle, and provides the quality foot massage and polish I expect. read more

We called ahead for appointments for 7 people. Staff appeared surprised. Sat 4 of us, had 3 people waiting. Then completely ignored one of us. No service was provided. They advertise a complementary beverage, which we were never offered, and when asked was ignored several times. The technicians were good for pedicures. The AC is on low and it's hot. Unfortunately I paid extra for callous removal and the lady only put it on for like 20 seconds and then started scrubbing my feet but it need a to be in longer to work properly. I was referred by a friend who goes to get her pedicures done there. Upon arriving I loved the cleanliness , vibe/music, bar set up but it ended there. As I waited to be seem, I posted a story on ig and immediately got negative responses regarding the quality of their work. My appt started. Vee was my tech. I told her, "I don't like long and skinny, I like wide at the bottom and pointed on top". I also mentioned, I don't want thick bulky 1st picture was the shape I wanted and the 2nd was the style/color. I thought this was going to be straightforward and achievable. Right away I was informed I had to get a new full set if I wanted to do ombré'. I agreed even though I only needed a fill. She began the 1st set. They were thin, skinny, and narrow. She had to take them off and start all over. Second set wasn't much of a difference. I showed her the 1st picture again. She couldn't file the shape. Christy the manager had to come and take over. I was trying to make small talk with Christy, but it was apparent that she was bothered as she ignored me. She was rushing and was rough. Meanwhile, her client patiently waited and was friendly. Christy got closer than Vee, but the encounter was uncomfortable Christy asked if I liked them and I responded replied "it's better". I told her I liked her clients shape. Some of my nails came out close to what I wanted .The 3rd picture is what I ended up with. As I paid, the receptionist Candace who approachable and welcoming asked if I liked them and I said I wasn't happy but they tried. I was honest and thought they would make it right being it was my 1st visit. I responded to everyone asking how they did. I was advised to call and talk to Christy. They saw what I saw. I called back today and Christy declined to fix them. She said I told her I loved them. I never said I loved them. Anyone who knows me know I am honest about what I like. Color was off, nails are different shapes and sizes, and the professionalism/quality was not there. I really wanted to support a business in Lake Elsinore, but this is not the place. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER I called you prior to posting a review. I gave you the opportunity to hear my concerns. You said you would not make any changes to my nails. Honestly I wasn't impressed with this place. At first glance it seemed like a really cute nail salon that offers drinks and playground for the kids to play however the service was not what I expected. I believe Nancy did my nails, she was very quick to finish and she was very nice however she didn't pay attention to the length difference of my nails. She finished my nails and sent me off with my receipt however when I looked at the nails I told her that they were not even. The only time she actually noticed they were off was when I told her at the END and the manger had the audacity to say I should've told her I wanted them even??!?. WHAT???I've never had to tell a tech to make my nails even I don't think it's something you should have to request. Nancy never even compared my hands to make sure the length matched until I told her as well. The manager continued to respond that I needed to tell my tech at the next salon I visit the same. I'm sorry but I've never had a technician that wasn't competent enough to measure or see the unevenness. My sister also waited for someone to do her nails as she had requested a manicure and pedicure however no one ever showed the whole hour we were there. Customer service is EXCELLENT and INTENTIONAL! Ownership is wonderful! Greetings immediately upon entry and super welcomingly, which I imagine you'd think, "that should be standard". However, the above and beyond happened within 3 minutes of sitting down. Owner came and offered me a drink... Not just a water, but multiple options of beverage options! Then about 10 minutes into the Pedicure, the same owner came over and turned on the massage chair for me as he saw me relax into the comfort of the chair. Then 15 minutes later, with the relaxing pedicure by Andy, the owner noticed I began falling asleep in the chair. He came over and reclined my chair. I opened my eyes and he smiled and said "I'd hate for you to fall forward." And he was surely right, cause my head was going to start bobbing shortly. Then another 20 minutes later, his wife, the other owner looked over at me and just the simple nod, smile and thumbs up - checking to make sure I am still good and comfortable! This was INTENTIONAL service to make sure your clients are taken care of! Won my business and my reccommedations with ONE VISIT, easy as that! Soon as you walk in, it's good energy only .The music's always on point (whoever's in charge of that playlist, I see you ), the place is clean, and the vibe just feels right.
