Wonder Nails has been my go to spot for about a year. They do such a good job on my pedicures. I've only has pedicures here but my daughter has gotten her nails done and they do a great job as well. I love the vibe. The employees are always helpful and kind. Every now and again I treat myself to one of their highest packaged pedicures and it is so worth it! The salon is always bright and clean and they play music . Massages are nice and relaxing. read more

Dat is seriously amazing! I showed him an inspiration photo, and he somehow made my nails look even better than the picture. Another perfect manicure and pedicare with the nicest group of nail techs and customers. I always love my time there. Not only do they have an amazing following but it feels like family. There were three ladies that came in and said that they have tried every single nail salon in the Menefee, Murrieta, Temecula & Wildomar and they always come back to Wonder Nail, Murrieta because they get the best service. My husband and I were on our way to Stater Brothers when we decided to stop into Wonder Nails. They were very accommodating to us, even though we did not have an appointment. We were sat down within minutes and were able to sit together in the pedicure chairs. We had an amazing experience getting the Volcano Spa pedicure. Both Donna and Wendy did an amazing job. The first couple of times I went there I was pleased and that's why I went back... when I came in with a picture of and ombré design I wanted the man assured me he could do it I left with the thickest, ugliest set of nails I have ever had, was told by everyone I should have never paid but me being the way I am I felt bad and paid anyway even tho I was clearly unhappy and embarrassed by my nails and I had a wedding to attend the next day Added pictures of what I asked for vs what I got read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The man was rough and kept cutting my skin instead of my cuticle. I told him it hurt and I was clearly uncomfortable but he just kept going. I was already almost finished and I was in a hurry got work, so I just stayed. They overexposed my nails now I have brown dots all over my "all white" nails. I came back here because they were good. I brought my granddaughters in for pedicures a few weeks ago and while the nails were fine, one of the employees spoke loudly the whole visit about politics. Everyone has a right to their own opinion but I don't go to a nail salon to listen to a political diatribe and I will never again go there. I have many choices in this area and this was a huge turnoff to all 3 of us. read more

This is the only place I trust to do my nails! And the only place you should trust to do yours! The owner is literally the best! Super funny always does a perfect job! I've never had any complaints! The customer service is nothing but great! I'm always laughing when I'm there. All the staff is so kind and is never rude or disrespectful. People who come to this shop know what a great environment it is to be there. They always take care of me! And I was referred to come here by a friend, and I've never left! I know im a difficult customer lol especially with appointments and designs. They still pull through! I literally referred all of my family and friends! I couldn't be happier to find this place! Dat is awesome. My first time going here and he did what I asked which was a French tip ombré. Came out looking really clean. He was meticulous with his work and was in no rush. You can tell he takes his time with all his clients. I'm very happy with the end result. Also, I noticed they had an assortment of gel colors to choose from. I think pushing 100-200. There are many WONDER NAILS when you search on Yelp..there is one location in TEMECULA, FOUNTAIN VALLEY, AND WILDOMAR... I had my nails done today. This was the closest place to me at the time. When I arrived at 9:30am there was 4 technicians working on 3 customers. I was asked "what you need honey" at told to "wait lil bit". Then I waited for about 20 minutes. Nancy ( I did have a really bad time trying to understand her, so I just googled what I wanted and showed her... short round tip, full set) began gluing the tips to my nails, cutting the nails to length and applying the acrylic. The acrylic was being applied very thick and very sloppy. Then she went back to her previous customer, stated she would be right back (She wasn't). About 8 minutes later Tony (another technician) asked me to move to another station and he then took over. Again I showed him the picture, he said ok and got to work. He took a long time taking all the extra acrylic out from under my nails and from the sides not to mention using the drill to file them down from the top. Once he finished it was fine. I'm glad he took over, I'm not sure if nancy does a good job... but she did start off in a hurry and using much more acrylic than needed. Also language is a big, big barrier... I feel like some of the previous reviews must have been caused by the language barrier. I did not understand anything I was being told and would have to ask them to repeat everything multiple times...I can see that some get irritated, I was not trying to be rude but I honestly did not understand. I did notice that this was the case with every customer. read more

I needed to do my nails, I was passing by here and I decided to go in and try this place because it was the closest thing at the time, the place is not very clean or organized, they should pay attention to that, but the girl who served me was fine since I arrived. I got that I liked the prices also reasonable what I really didn't like is the guy I don't know if he is the owner or manager is something strange because he spent all his time answering the phone and only said pure nonsense things if he doesn't want to answer the phone it would be better because it looks bad that he does that by insulting and talking badly about the people who call and are doing their job it does not make a good impression, he also spoke badly about people from another country I felt a little racist and discriminated against Latino people and people who comes to this country from another country he looks Asian so I don't think he really knows a white man should be careful what he speaks it's not good because people can feel discriminated against for being from another country and also yells when he speaks I think He wants to get people's attention but he doesn't hear the boy is attractive so he should take advantage of that for good and attract more customers. I don't know if I return to this place I didn't feel very comfortable. And his work has really made me better good luck guys!! read more

I decided to give this place a second chance only because I was given a nail certificate. The nail tech was really nice but I was so disappointed with my nails, she didn't cut my cuticles all the way. The gel polish was patchy.. I left crying that's how bad my nails looked. Two techs worked on me simultaneously, yet both failed completely: Pedicure: The tech filed my toenails completely unevenly. The French tips were crooked, the massage was nonexistent, and they spent the whole time distracted, cleaning up around them without even setting a timer. Manicure: The tech appeared hungover or intoxicated--sweating, sniffling, and smelling strongly of alcohol. They rushed through filing, leaving every nail a different shape and size. When the French tips turned out sloppy, they actually blamed the shape of my fingers. After watching them get visibly frustrated while rushing through the paint job, I gave up trying to correct him. I paid $130, left in tears, and immediately had to go to another salon to have everything completely redone. Do not waste your time or money here.

A beautiful salon been going there for over four years love the business, and the customer service is great. Dat is my nail tech. And he doesn't an amazing job and they do awesome pedicures really nice and the prices are good. Highly recommended and I'm even an experienced 40 year nail tech myself which I don't care for doing my nails that's why I go to Dat. read more

Getting pampered at this salon is my little treat, and they never disappoint. Flower and Kim always make me feel absolutely gorgeous. Despite my ingrown toenails and thin nails, they manage to make them look flawless every single time. Plus, the entire team at the salon is incredibly skilled. read more

The acrylic powder used immediately burned my nail beds to the point I cringed in pain every time the brush touched my nails. The nails themselves were ridiculously thick and not at all symmetrical and the french tips went nearly halfway down my nail despite me showing a reference photo multiple times. Moreover, the nail tech painted the tips on my entire right hand before realizing she used regular polish instead of gel. She wiped it off leaving polish on my hands and rushed to finish my nails so she could move on to another client. The price was very reasonable compared to other salons (I paid $50) but I would rather pay more to have a comfortable experience with quality products that don't set my hands on fire.

Thrilled to have found Letting Go in early March when Lorraine put me on a waiting list and got me in on a Friday when another customer cancelled. Perfect timing, too, because it was just a few days prior to me and my mother putting ourselves on "house arrest" because of the C-Virus scare. Although Lorraine is a "nail artist," I told her I only wanted something similar to what I have been doing a long time; purple base with glitter. I asked her, don't you have samples you can show me from a bottle? She says, "We don't do it that way here. I custom-make your gel colour and glitter to your specifications." I showed her some pix of my nails from the other salon, and she used that as a starting point. Now that I trust her implicitly, I will likely let her come up with her own purple colour and glitter ideas next time. It is nearly a month since I had the work done and only ONE nail is starting to chip so far. I hope I can hold out until my house arrest is over, like another month, by clipping the nails carefully. This is a small intimate salon, not crowded with people since is appointment only. Unlike most other salons, the technicians are not rushing, so plan extra time for this type of quality. Also, be prepared to pay more money here than at an assembly line salon, but it is worth every penny of it. (My last nail shop couldn't even get the colours straight cuz the samples were often in the wrong spot with the wrong number). That can't happen here because there are no samples with numbers! I can't wait to go back for my hands and feet, hopefully by late May!
