Went in for waxing service and manicure. Nail tech suggested gel x. I decided sure ,why not? She stated she would do my cuticles etc. She did somewhat and on one finger and cut me. The application of the gel was pretty bad . I left to eat lunch and noticed more issues. Lots of product buildup under my nails as well as lack of product where it should be and rough edges.I called and went back 30 minutes later to have another nail tech fix the issues. I ended up going to Sally's beauty supply next to them to purchase a file and buffer since the issues still were not fixed. Save your money, $106.00 for services. read more

I have been to some great nail salons but this one is TOP TIER, and hands down the best one I have ever been too. Everyone is so kind from the man who answered the phone, to Cindy who did my hands and Lynn who did my feet. They were so sweet and did a great job! They play relaxing music and then for my pedicure (#4) they poured so much oil on my feet.. felt like royalty. Oh and they offered me cold water or a soda! A few things I've experienced recently at this nail shop - they will push you to do a different pedicure than the one you selected. As for the management, not sure if it has changed but the vibe isn't the same nor is the quality of their services. I'll have to think 5 times before going back. Not to mention, they only care about talking to one another and not the customers. read more

I called at 9:30 for a pedicure at 10. I asked for Tammy because of her reviews- glad I did. When I first walked in I said I had an appointment with Tammy I was asked to sit in a chair. However, I felt like I was being judged by all the ladies there because I asked for Tammy. After a few minutes Tammy arrived with a liner for the bowl. I didn't get anything special, I think they call it P4 with gel polish which an added $13. Tammy made sure to pay extra attention to the heels when for the callous removal. Worst pedicure I have ever had. This lady did not scrub my feet. A pedicure includes the scrubbing of the feet with some kind of harder sponge or pumice sponge... period. Excellent COVID protocols. I made an appointment and they saw me as soon as I stepped in. Great attention. Very clean place. They use brand new disposable tools with each customer (pedicure). I am VERY picky with my hand nails and want them as natural as possible. Romeo did an amazing job following every single one of my requests and making sure I was happy with the final result. I also got a pedicure, which was supposed to include a 9 min massage. The lady who did my pedicure saw that my legs and feel are swollen (pregnancy) and she did an almost 20 min massage for no extra charge. The owner is very nice and attentive. Payment accepted is cash, Venmo or Zelle. My Venmo did not work and they were very patient and helpful with me downloading and setting up Zelle. Easy and fast payment. I'm embarrassed to be in public with my nails like this!! This is by far the WORST gel set I've ever had done! I don't know the guys name but he was at table #3, super rude, didn't even say hi or introduce himself when he walked to the table, he was too busy staring at his phone, I should have know then to walk away. I asked for short and square shape, he did a horrible job, I had to direct him which he was irritated about. My nails are thick, they weren't even straight and when I asked him to fix it he got was filing my nail but looking at the front door...???! He did no cuticle pushing or cleanup. When I told the guy at the front he said they don't do any cuticle cleaning with a gel set and no place in the area does it either ..I've been to pretty much every nail salon in this area and EVERY PLACE has cleaned my cuticles with a fresh set. He said he'll "suggest it" to the owner and he also looked like he could care less when I told him my nail tech was rude. I've never walked out of a nail shop with freshly done nails and STILL have hangnails and dry cuticles. Don't even get me started on the horrible polish job. Second time, made an appt and was seated right away with water going while they finished other clients. My pedicure wasn't the best paint job. No clean up around the edges. Worst pedicure ever!!! I timed the lady. When I didn't want the 8 dollar callus remover she was so mad. She took 12 minutes to do entire pedicure. Massage was no massage. Slapped lotion on my feet. Didn't clean the polish off toes.....used her nail to clean it off. Was slamming stuff around. 26 dollar for basically painting my toes. Don't waste your money. Go a few more streets down on Bradley and Newport. When I told the manager about the service he didn't care and still charged me. Not a trustworthy place. Tools were not cleaned either. read more
