Easy to make an appointment days in advance. I received a pedicure while my sister also got a pedi/mani combo. They let me stay in the chair to relax while my sister was working on her nails. Plenty of colors to choose from (too many!!) How does one decide? Was not too busy on a weekend and they graciously took in walk-in appointments. Make sure to have them add tip before running card, or you will need to use 3rd party tipping app. read more

Service was rushed and not through as requested. Mani was cut and filed crooked on hands and too much cuticle was cut to a painful level. Cuticle push on pedi was poor. Polish on nails was not fully covered. Will not go back. Will say the price was lower than some other places. Guess you get what you pay for. Nice atmosphere. read more

Clean, nice staff and a great polish collection. It's conveniently located by my house. Great area, dispensary, coffee, ramen all in the center. Call ahead, they usually fill up quickly. I've been going here since highschool. I don't always get my toes done but I love coming here for the mood changing colors! I haven't seen many shops offer that so the concept was new to me at least. I always come here when visiting from New York City given the quality and level of friendliness. Unfortunately, this last time I had an experience that wasn't great. For context, I was in town visiting my grandmother on hospice care and always make sure I'm extra nice to people in Vegas instead of my New York ways that can be off putting outside of the city. I asked for a gel mani and pedi, went to the bathroom and came out to find they moved me to a chair and asked me wait. The technician arrived to work only 10 minutes later. She was impatient with me after I shared I was visiting family and wasn't a prospect of being a regular customer. I had to ask her repeatedly to fix the giant bubbles on my nails (photos included of after) from the manicure. When the person doing my manicure moved me to the pedicure station, I asked her follow up questions about my nails and she snapped at me twice. I also present to be much younger than I am so maybe she thought it was okay to speak to me like that...? Given my concerted effort to be nice, smile and talk in a friendly tone - the response was not warranted. The pedicure was very nice and a good finished product. I will not be returning here and have told other NYC friends that I've referred to this place to not stop by. Moral of the story: don't be rude to people from New York that go out of their to be kind to you - when their grandmother is dying - especially is providing two awkwardly, thick bubble nails in a gel manicure. Also, this entire experience took over 2.5 hours so I was expecting quality for the time it took out of my day with family. read more

I think this is my new favorite nail salon. I usually go wherever is convenient at the time but I work so close to here that I find myself always coming back. The ladies here are all really nice and always do a wonderful job. I've met with the owner herself, and she is super knowledgeable and extremely nice. I love love LOVE my nails! Chau's was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad she led me here. I needed to get my nails done for prom, but I didn't want to go to the last place I was at. The old place I went to charged $50 for powder and one color, but it wasn't worth it. At Chau's, I paid $55 for a full set with glitter-and I love my nails now! I recommend seeing Mimi, she's amazing at what she does. She seems to take her job very seriously. I will definitely be coming back soon. read more

I live all the way in Henderson and there are a ton of nail shops between my house and Chau's Nail & Spa BUT they always do a great job and are very consistent. I've seen Ellie and Mimi and they are both great. They take their time and can do any design that you ask them to. My nails usually last at least 3-4 weeks then time for another fill. Let me add their pedicures are worth it too. Make sure to book an appointment ahead because their busy too! read more

Let me start off with I love how clean they are! Have to wash your hands when you walk in, there is plexiglass between you and the nail tech (Elly)! I seen them clean up after every pedicure. Everyone had a mask on, which is great!! I'll be going back for sure. I needed a new salon since my old one closed due to COVID. And I am happy I found this place. I lived by here for so long and never knew it was a nail salon until I found Elly on IG and seen she worked at chaus! My nails are amazing she is so good and shaping and she listens! I really can't say enough about the nail techs in this shop! ! My pedicure experience has been delightful, and that has been at least 5 times now! My friend is a regular here and highly recommended I try this place out and I am so glad I did! With so many nail salons in the Southwest part of Las Vegas you have to try them out to see what each place offers. I loved coming here not only for the convenient location but also the friendly staff and the affordable prices. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure.There are places I have overpaid and left unhappy. Usually I would easily spend over $80 before tip because all the extra add-one or something they do not tell you upfront. I spent less than that for what I wanted. Mimi was great and took the time to make sure everything looked good. She is detailed and wanted to make sure I was happy. I was in desperate need of some pampering and she made feel great. I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.

Even though I ordered the exact same pedicure, each technician performed it differently, and it never felt quite like my first visit. On my fifth visit, I happened to get Nina again, and it reminded me why I fell in love with this treatment in the first place. She did every step just as I remembered, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. My only feedback is the inconsistency. The Milk & Honey Pedicure seems to vary depending on who's performing it. Since each pedicure includes specific treatments, I think it's important for every technician to perform the service consistently rather than interpret it differently. If you're booking the Milk & Honey Pedicure, I highly recommend requesting Nina. She has been consistently excellent with this treatment, and it's easily my favorite because my legs and feet stay incredibly soft for days afterward. The other technicians may be fantastic with other pedicure options--I just haven't tried those yet. If every one of my visits had been with Nina, this would easily be a 5-star review. Because my experiences varied so much from technician to technician, I'm giving it 4 stars instead. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I went ahead with a pedicure, which was just okay--nothing special, but not terrible either. I'm giving two stars mainly because the technician who did my nails was decent. At checkout, a woman (possibly the owner's wife) was incredibly rude and insisted there was no discount, even saying the man didn't know what he was talking about. What made it worse was that he didn't step in or clarify anything when I mentioned what he had told me. When I politely questioned it, she accused me of already having been there before--which is completely untrue. That was honestly shocking. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit.

The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.
