I've been here so many times and after this I can no longer return. I stopped in with my mom on 9/4/24 for a pedicure and the woman that helped me was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, she had a tool along with the cuticle cutters and was going really far under my nails, way more than I'm used to. Got a sharp pain for a millisecond and then it was fine (so I thought). The service is finished, we pay, and leave. I notice when I get home the area is a little tender but I figure it's nothing. Fast forward to today and my whole cuticle is swollen, so incredibly painful, and full of pus. I cleaned the wound as best as I can but I'm definitely going to the doctor tomorrow to ensure there's no infection. The same thing happened to my sister with her pedicure when I took her here a few months ago and I should have listened to her. I thought nothing like this would ever happen to me. It was an easy mistake on the nail techs part but there is nothing that could bring me back to this salon after this experience.

Pleasantly suprised! I made an early morning appt. for the Sunday before Labor day, no problem getting an appt., booked on Saturday. Its pretty close to home so there's another plus. Only a few other customers in at that early hour besides myself. Helen was my nail tech and she was great, I would ask for her again. She did exactly like I wanted and she was very thorough with getting the polish on clean and smooth. It is now 16 days later and they still look fantastic (and I'm rough with my nails). Price is pretty on par with most salons. It was clean and friendly. I definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Since moving back to Las Vegas, finding a QUALITY Nail Salon that would be able to accommodate Walk-In clients and deliver beautiful results close to my house was a must with the lack of humidity here. Upon entering Glamour Nails, I was greeted promptly, taken to a seat right away, and handed a huge array of nail color samples to choose from. Lee was my nail tech. She was extremely friendly, professional, and ensured I was satisfied throughout the process. I highly recommend seeing her for your next set!

Decided to try a new nail salon since I needed to get a pedicure for a wedding I am attending. I went at 12pm on a Saturday and there was no wait time, but there were a ton of people there. I chose the deluxe gel pedicure. Helen did a great job, the massage was great, and I had a fun conversation with her. I definitely will be back again!

The picture doesn't do justice but I'm so happy! My nails grow fast and Lee was awesome! The staff here is personal, remembers you, and makes you feel comfortable! Scheduling: I called for a walk-in to check the wait time on a Sunday afternoon and was able to quickly get helped within 5 minutes of calling. Shape: Quin was a perfectionist and ensured that both nails were shaped accurately and similarly. I appreciated that she consistently checked the overall nail shape and curvature throughout the entire process. Color: She helped find the exact color I wanted from a photo reference! Also, she was very efficient with the entire process and used two UV blocks to quickly paint my nails. Great overall experience!

The quality of service you'll receive depends greatly on the nail technician you see. My first visit was great... gel manicure, attention to detail was very good, and it felt like a $45 manicure. The last visit for the same service with a different tech was totally different. It was rushed, and uncomfortable. The cuticle trimming was painful, the instruments weren't sterilized, and overall it felt really passive aggressive. That's what I'd expect from a low rent $25 manicure job at a hole in the wall salon. Bottom line - if you find a tech you like there, request them by name for future appointments. UPDATE: My mani started chipping after two days, and I had full peeling within a week. read more

I had an appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes when I arrived. My pedicure started and another 10 minutes in my mom's hasn't started. So I reminded them we had an appointment and a woman came over and started my mom's pedicure. During my pedicure they offered a manicure which I reminded them we also had an appointment for. It was an older man doing my pedicure who also started my manicure. I wanted a simple French tip witch chrome. The guy doing my manicure showed me my hand to check them before putting them in the gel light and they were so lumpy looking, looked grown out already and the lines were not straight. He said it was my fingers fault. I asked for them to take them off as I had already been there 2 hours. They filed them down and wouldn't let me leave. They had someone else leave their client to come over and do my nails. Upon leaving after being there a total of 3 hours.. they charged my mom full price. Insane. I felt like a hostage at one point with so many people standing over me trying to convince me stay. Do not come here. read more

We have moved to this area and was new in this side of town so I'm looking for a place that could be my potential go to nail salon. I called and booked for a pedicure and was given a time to arrive. As I arrived, I was greeted And I was taken to my spa pedicure chair to get my service done. My nail tech seem to be in a hurry to finish up my service. She did not massage my feet. She clearly clean the nails, but did not cut the sides and everything seem to be in a rush. When she went to get the hot towel, she placed it immediately on my legs and left it there to attend to the next chair but the towel she puts on me was very very hot so I pushed it right off before it burned my skin. She then came back and said was it hot? It was her task to make sure that the towel temp is somewhat warm and not placed it right on the customers legs without checking. That was disappointing even later she said oh sorry. As soon as she applied the nail polish, she asked me to move right to a separate chair so they can service two newcomers. Overall I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. It was supposed to be a relaxing pampering time for myself and that wasn't fully achieved. Guess I'll be looking someplace else. read more

I received a pedicure today and service was very relaxing and my toes came out exactly how I wanted them.i didn't notice at the time but I accidentally left my wallet at the salon. Later in the evening, I got a knock on my door and the manager brought me my wallet to my home! It was so kind and save me so much hassle and worry. I can't thank them enough for doing that. read more

I will never come back here. I absolutely hate my nails and I'm so tired I don't even have time to sit here and get them done over. They literally charged me 75$ for these ugly ass nails talking about she will fix them tomorrow. Don't waste your time this shit looks like my baby sister did them never tf again. read more

I went with my mom the day after Christmas as a gift. The lady who did my pedicure was awful. She didn't put callus remover on (which was included in what I paid for) and cut the side of my toenail which in less than 24 hours has lead to an infection! Now on my vacation I have to visit urgent care for treatment. I would not recommended this place for health concerns and technique with nail care. read more

This is my go-to nail salon! I first came here in July after moving to Las Vegas and was looking for a place to make my regular spot. I'm so glad I found Glamour Nails on Yelp, and it's a bonus that it's so close to my house! The service is always amazing, and Jason, my nail tech, is seriously the best. I love our little chats and catching up while he takes his time to make sure my nails are perfect every time. The pricing is fair, and I've never left disappointed. I have NEVER had a bad pedicure in my life until a few days ago. The nail tech was sooooo aggressive, I told her over and over to stop being so aggressive and pls take your time. 2 days later both my big toes are infected. I can't imagine anyone not complaining about this woman! read more

I haven't had a pedi in *whispers* years. I slough off my dead skin on my own but with the pandemic I've been laaazzyyy. I don't even have the energy to put lotion on my feet. My right heel started hurting though and I knew one of the cracks in my feet busted open with all the jogging I do. I spontaneously skipped out on a gym session to take care of this issue. I informed Han of the problem and he made sure to treat my right foot with extra care. He wasn't just wild and rough as he removed the callouses. He made sure to ask me often if I was ok. I wanted to highlight that because this was a spontaneous idea, I called the salon as I was in my car and they said someone could take me in 10 min. That worked perfectly for me bc I only live across the street. Currently, there is another nail salon closer to me that take appointments only due to Covid. So it's nice to know this salon still allows walk ins. read more

10 Star! Called to see if I can make an apt and was able to come in within 30 mins. Great customer service! Lisa my nail tech did a great job. I showed her a picture of exactly how I want my nails to look and she was able to deliver with no issues. She was very professional and friendly. This is my second time ever getting my nails done and the first time at a different location was not the best experience. I will definitely be back to see Lisa. I highly recommend this location. read more

I came in to get ombre dip done on my nails. The first technician did not even ask me if I wanted to add any length or anything special to my nails and I ended up very unhappy with my first set. When I told the manager about the appointment I had, he invited me to come in right away to fix my nails and included the upgrades for me without any extra charge to make up for the initial set. Out of all the nail salon places I've been to in Las Vegas (and I've been to a lot) I can hands down say that glamour nails has the best customer service and they will do everything and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end result! read more

I've been seeing Van for an about a year and a half now, and I promise he does not disappoint! Finding a nail artist out here in Vegas has been so difficult and I'm so grateful I finally came to Glamour! My nails aren't easy and I'm very picky, Van always listens and is very patient, he is well educated on trends and is always investing in his craft to learn new techniques! Been coming here for a a couple years now and have never been disappointed! Only Van or Jaden do my fills and full sets because I like my nails super long and shaped perfectly. They always take good care of me and deliver high-quality work every time. Plus, they're respectful, patient and super accommodating. They often stay open late just to finish my nails. A1 service. As long as I live on this side of town I'll only come here. Even when I move I just might make the trip lol. Pics are of some of my most recent sets. read more

My manicure had similar issues, with uneven nails and less attention to detail than I would expect from a professional salon. The massage portion of the pedicure was enjoyable and well done, but the nail care itself was not up to the level I was hoping for, which was the main reason for my visit. With so many excellent nail salons to choose from in Las Vegas, I do not think I will be returning. Spending over $70 plus a tip for this level of service did not feel worthwhile. I hope they place more emphasis on consistency and quality in their nail services going forward.

I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.
