We have moved to this area and was new in this side of town so I'm looking for a place that could be my potential go to nail salon. I called and booked for a pedicure and was given a time to arrive. As I arrived, I was greeted And I was taken to my spa pedicure chair to get my service done. My nail tech seem to be in a hurry to finish up my service. She did not massage my feet. She clearly clean the nails, but did not cut the sides and everything seem to be in a rush. When she went to get the hot towel, she placed it immediately on my legs and left it there to attend to the next chair but the towel she puts on me was very very hot so I pushed it right off before it burned my skin. She then came back and said was it hot? It was her task to make sure that the towel temp is somewhat warm and not placed it right on the customers legs without checking. That was disappointing even later she said oh sorry. As soon as she applied the nail polish, she asked me to move right to a separate chair so they can service two newcomers. Overall I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. It was supposed to be a relaxing pampering time for myself and that wasn't fully achieved. Guess I'll be looking someplace else. read more

I received a pedicure today and service was very relaxing and my toes came out exactly how I wanted them.i didn't notice at the time but I accidentally left my wallet at the salon. Later in the evening, I got a knock on my door and the manager brought me my wallet to my home! It was so kind and save me so much hassle and worry. I can't thank them enough for doing that. read more

I've been here so many times and after this I can no longer return. I stopped in with my mom on 9/4/24 for a pedicure and the woman that helped me was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, she had a tool along with the cuticle cutters and was going really far under my nails, way more than I'm used to. Got a sharp pain for a millisecond and then it was fine (so I thought). The service is finished, we pay, and leave. I notice when I get home the area is a little tender but I figure it's nothing. Fast forward to today and my whole cuticle is swollen, so incredibly painful, and full of pus. I cleaned the wound as best as I can but I'm definitely going to the doctor tomorrow to ensure there's no infection. The same thing happened to my sister with her pedicure when I took her here a few months ago and I should have listened to her. I thought nothing like this would ever happen to me. It was an easy mistake on the nail techs part but there is nothing that could bring me back to this salon after this experience. read more

I will never come back here. I absolutely hate my nails and I'm so tired I don't even have time to sit here and get them done over. They literally charged me 75$ for these ugly ass nails talking about she will fix them tomorrow. Don't waste your time this shit looks like my baby sister did them never tf again. read more

This is my go-to nail salon! I first came here in July after moving to Las Vegas and was looking for a place to make my regular spot. I'm so glad I found Glamour Nails on Yelp, and it's a bonus that it's so close to my house! The service is always amazing, and Jason, my nail tech, is seriously the best. I love our little chats and catching up while he takes his time to make sure my nails are perfect every time. The pricing is fair, and I've never left disappointed. I went with my mom the day after Christmas as a gift. The lady who did my pedicure was awful. She didn't put callus remover on (which was included in what I paid for) and cut the side of my toenail which in less than 24 hours has lead to an infection! Now on my vacation I have to visit urgent care for treatment. I would not recommended this place for health concerns and technique with nail care. read more

Pleasantly suprised! I made an early morning appt. for the Sunday before Labor day, no problem getting an appt., booked on Saturday. Its pretty close to home so there's another plus. Only a few other customers in at that early hour besides myself. Helen was my nail tech and she was great, I would ask for her again. She did exactly like I wanted and she was very thorough with getting the polish on clean and smooth. It is now 16 days later and they still look fantastic (and I'm rough with my nails). Price is pretty on par with most salons. It was clean and friendly. I definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back. read more

Since moving back to Las Vegas, finding a QUALITY Nail Salon that would be able to accommodate Walk-In clients and deliver beautiful results close to my house was a must with the lack of humidity here. I have NEVER had a bad pedicure in my life until a few days ago. The nail tech was sooooo aggressive, I told her over and over to stop being so aggressive and pls take your time. 2 days later both my big toes are infected. I can't imagine anyone not complaining about this woman! read more

Scheduling: I called for a walk-in to check the wait time on a Sunday afternoon and was able to quickly get helped within 5 minutes of calling. Shape: Quin was a perfectionist and ensured that both nails were shaped accurately and similarly. I appreciated that she consistently checked the overall nail shape and curvature throughout the entire process. Color: She helped find the exact color I wanted from a photo reference! I haven't had a pedi in *whispers* years. I slough off my dead skin on my own but with the pandemic I've been laaazzyyy. I don't even have the energy to put lotion on my feet. My right heel started hurting though and I knew one of the cracks in my feet busted open with all the jogging I do. I spontaneously skipped out on a gym session to take care of this issue. I informed Han of the problem and he made sure to treat my right foot with extra care. He wasn't just wild and rough as he removed the callouses. He made sure to ask me often if I was ok. I wanted to highlight that because this was a spontaneous idea, I called the salon as I was in my car and they said someone could take me in 10 min. That worked perfectly for me bc I only live across the street. Currently, there is another nail salon closer to me that take appointments only due to Covid. So it's nice to know this salon still allows walk ins. read more

10 Star! Called to see if I can make an apt and was able to come in within 30 mins. Great customer service! Lisa my nail tech did a great job. I showed her a picture of exactly how I want my nails to look and she was able to deliver with no issues. She was very professional and friendly. This is my second time ever getting my nails done and the first time at a different location was not the best experience. I will definitely be back to see Lisa. I came in to get ombre dip done on my nails. The first technician did not even ask me if I wanted to add any length or anything special to my nails and I ended up very unhappy with my first set. When I told the manager about the appointment I had, he invited me to come in right away to fix my nails and included the upgrades for me without any extra charge to make up for the initial set. Out of all the nail salon places I've been to in Las Vegas (and I've been to a lot) I can hands down say that glamour nails has the best customer service and they will do everything and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end result! read more

Finding a nail artist out here in Vegas has been so difficult and I'm so grateful I finally came to Glamour! Been coming here for a a couple years now and have never been disappointed! Only Van or Jaden do my fills and full sets because I like my nails super long and shaped perfectly. They always take good care of me and deliver high-quality work every time. Plus, they're respectful, patient and super accommodating. They often stay open late just to finish my nails. A1 service. As I'm walking out from the restaurant next door, the owner comes out and tells me he can attach two nails in 10 to 15 minutes. He matched my existing color so well that the two new nails blend in completely with the rest of my set. The salon is super spacious and modern too, and I thought the lamp setup was so smart. Two UV lamps built under the desk for curing polish, plus a mini one above for the glue. Little things like that tell you a lot about how much someone cares about their craft. He ended up not charging me at all. I literally had two more days of the festival left and was about to just peel them off, so this completely turned my day around. 10/10, will be back, and I'll actually book an appointment next time!

Inside there are multiple people working and everything was very organized and clean. Even the bathroom! They also have a good playlist while you're doing your nails. It is on the pricier side, but nowadays it's mission impossible to get your nails done for under $60 anywhere in general. This spot was actually worth it though because the service was really good! Also, it's in a good location. There's a lot of food places nearby in case you get hungry, more importantly, the area is safe! If I'm ever in Vegas again, I would definitely come here again!

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and less than 24 hours later the gel on several of my toenails was already chipping and lifting. I called, and to their credit, they apologized and asked me to come back in for a correction. During the correction, I showed the technician which toes needed fixing. She only repaired the visibly chipped ones and left four other toes where the gel was already lifting. I also mentioned that the manicure and pedicure color was supposed to be a clear pink, but my toenails ended up a nude shade instead. That part was partially on me for not noticing until I got home. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, which I appreciated. However, having to return a second time and still not have the issue fully corrected on a $90 pedicure didn't sit right with me. I'm sure if I had pushed harder or demanded a full redo, it probably would have happened -- but I don't think customers should have to feel like a "Karen" just to have things made right. The manicure itself turned out great, but based on my experience, I'd personally avoid getting a pedicure here.

I was charged $165 for gel x nails and a half job pedicure. I paid for deluxe pedicure and did not receive that. Paint job on toes looked fine but my nails look terrible.

Her attention to detail and amazing massages had me since day 1. Yesterday, 5/15/26, was my first non-satisfactory visit. I saw someone new for my manicure and unfortunately didn't love my nails. Nothing against the nail tech, I just wasn't satisfied with her technique. I was still super grateful for her time and attention. Today, 5/16/26, I came in to see if I could get a different design and have my nails reshaped to my liking. This was very nerve-racking for me as I'm not one to typically complain and just suck it up and try again next time. I was pleasantly greeted and kindly asked to next time speak up the during the day of service to make it easier on everyone. I was still accommodated and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Q and Helena especially for taking care of me and not making me feel like I was wrong for speaking up. Their customer service reminded me why I pick Sapphire nails to be my "home" salon.

Ive been going here since we moved nearby, i dont often go to the nail salon unless its a special occasion or event that i will be attending. So i dont often come every two weeks or whatever time frame it is. I always do French Tip Gel on Short Nails; that goes with my toes too, and occasionally i do acrylic nails for traveling. That being said this might sound a complaint BUT ive been going here and ofcourse always different person you get, and every person does it differently i get it BUT where the issue comes from is the Outcome of each and everyones work.... I really want to give 5 stars because the staff can do a great job, but the consistency and quality of the French tip service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it turns out well, while other times it feels rushed, with uneven white tips. Most of the time, the unevenness is blamed on my short nails, but I've always preferred short nails, and that shouldn't affect the quality of service. While I understand short nails may require more precision, it's still the style I consistently request. The lack of consistency in how the French tips are done is the main reason I can't confidently give a full 5-star rating. But todays visit Jaymee Jaime 2 table from the right she did my nails today and it was perfect she took her time doing layers of coat and precision on how she did my tips it was perfect the sides were not missed it was even she nade my nails look like acrylic! I feel everyone should the same time precision and detailed on making the french tip right. Short or long Overall this location has very good pricing amongst the nail salon ive been nearby, the vibe is good the area is clean not hard to find has enough parking even its busy and so far everyone is nice. And my other issue was the rewards program i have brought 6 people last year thinking i will get a better discount or point but every time i check in for more than 1 the system does not count the rest in the same receipt i did not got any good any discount from the 6 people with 1 check that was $600+ so im not sure if that eveb counts towards anything

My rating is about my experience she was very nice welcoming. Her spot is easy to get to very cute with her decor. My overall experience was ok. I was there for almost three hours which a bit long for me in my opinion however we did have issues with coming up with a design. Annika gave her option on how I should just keep my regular nail and not do a extension since I don't up keep my nails much. I was told the design I showed her was still something that could be done on my regular but at the end we figured out the nail extensions would have been a better choice. She attempted multiple times to get a nice design in but we settled for something easy. I'm a bit disappointed with the overall finish but after hours of being there I was ready to go. The nail itself was decent the experience was ok. I would book with her in the future for a simple gel one color but nothing more based off my experience. I do feel like I paid a bit much for what I received but I value people's time and effort and she did try to work with my nail but I think overall doing the longer nail to begin with would of saved us a lot of time and been the best option. My pedicure was ok as well I noticed none of the tools were in an autoclaved bag which is a red flag for me and why I don't usually get pedicures. Overall the experience was ok. **Edit to my review , Annika did reach out to explain further more about state regulations and her sanitation protocols which is reassuring and appreciated. She also refunded me the $15 for the design without me asking which shows her professionalism. I did like how approachable and easy to work with she has been. ***
