Sadly, I walked into this nail salon to get my four year-old granddaughter's nails and toes painted. I was told the cost would be $20, which is fine. We sit down and then the lady I asked her what colors are available and she showed me a book with a small variation of colors. One pink could work, but we're looking for a blue also so then all of a sudden comes up with this other clamp with hundreds of colors. Great, so I pick two colors and then she's telling me that she will only do them if we pay for gel because they have a shimmer in them?! I have taken my granddaughters so many times to get their nails done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have never been to a nail salon that tells us we can only get a shimmer in the nail polish if we pay for gel so unfortunately we had to leave and now my granddaughter is heartbroken[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but I will find another place to get her nails done!! stay away from this type of a nail salon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Contacted by the owner with zero tact or even "sorry to disagree" just a "maybe you should go elsewhere if the prices are too much".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I get my nails done ALL over the country. When you find a good place-money isn't ever an issue. BUT This is not worth the "cheap" price tag they offer. Service was poor and not a job well done.I WILL not return...as per the owners request of course. This place is kind of like the budget airline of the nail world. They lure you in with cheap prices ($30 for a pedicure) but charge for everything that you would assume comes with the pedicure. For example it's $5 up-charge for a callous removal...like why does that not come with the pedicure? Adding gel? Additional $15. Want medium-ish nails? $45 If you want long-ish nails $50. They definitely tell you the price as you're in the chair nails already being serviced. The price of medium vs long acrylics ( which a price difference) is measured by a finger pinch. Which can vary. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The guy who did my moms nails challenged her on her preferred water temperature and when she asked him to clean the acrylic(as it was a messy job)-he asked how long she'd been getting acrylic nails because that was "just how they are".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She's been getting her nails done for 40 years. This place like sooo many other nail places are a dime a dozen and I recommend going elsewhere. This place is very clean and not as busy as other places. I can in without an appt. on a Saturday and was able to walk in and get helped right away. I came in for a pedicure. Lisa did my pedicure and I loved it. She was able to get the ingrown nails from both feet and now my toes don't hurt. The massage was also very nice. I had a great conversation with Lisa as well. I'll definitely be coming back. They offered me a free bottle water with my service and the massage chairs were really nice. I paid $55 including tip for a gel pedicure. Plenty of parking in the plaza if you go further down. They close at 8pm which is much later than other places as well. Check them out if you're in the area! read more

Here is my honest opinion about this place.... First off, they accept walk ins which are great! They accepted my friend and I for a full set mani and pedi. They were very nice and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I had Lisa (I believe that was her name) to do my pedicure and she was amazing. She's sweet and does a great job! I would love to go back to her to continue my pedicures. She does a great job at cleaning and also polishing my toes. While getting my pedi, I was receiving my mani. It did catch me off guard as I've never experienced both at the same time. The massage chair was also on so i was a bit worried since the gentleman was doing acrylic on me and I kept moving due to the motion of the massage. It was okay, but my friends nails were gorgeous! He had another nail tech who did the French tips and she did amazing. As a few days pass, we both noticed lifting near the cuticle which I've never experienced before. We got our nails done on 12.30.22 @ 4 pm & we took a photo on 1.05.23. Not even a week later.... We didn't do anything crazy within that time frame. I'm not sure if it's their product because we both had different nail techs. The nail polish or top coat also chips pretty easily which I also have not experienced before. I wanted to love this place because they are very nice, the location is close to home, and they have talent. Too bad they don't last. I usually do my nails in Hawaii & they last long and are durable. I don't know if I would do manicures here, but I would come back for a pedicure. I spent $110 for both and my friend paid $115. read more

This particular visit was Prompted by going to Disneyland for Halloween and dressing up as the minion family. I never do this. But this is by far the WORST pedicure I've ever had in my life, which is saying something. I couldn't quite see how bad they really were until I left and got in the natural light, otherwise I would not have paid or would have asked to have someone else fix them. I not only said it was my first time there, but said I was going on vacation to Mexico and that's why I needed a pedicure. This is exactly why I don't try new places, but it's up the street from house and I'm on a time limit. They sat me down immediately which I appreciated but then they gave me a young girl who either A. Is still in school or B. Just started doing pedicures. She completely cut up both of my big toes. None of the nails match or are shaped the correct way. She got gel polish on my skin and my big toes look.... Well.... The photos speak for themselves. I am so upset! I wish I would have paid closer attention! The worst $57 ($55 + $2 fee for debit card) I've ever spent on my nails. Now my toes hurt so bad and I'm so embarrassed. She is so detail-oriented; she makes sure that the shape of your nail is exactly how you want it, she will make sure you love the color you chose by showing you on one nail before she continues the rest of them, and she always takes her time to make sure the design you want is perfect. Their prices for all services have increased by $5 (which is okay with me and pretty understandable since they have been closed for the past month or so.) They inform you that prices have increased which is good. This time I got a classic pedi ($30) and a gel mani ($35) from Chi. She is incredibly attentive and really pays attention to detail. Not much conversation, but she was really sweet and made sure I was always comfortable. They still have their stamp card, which I highly recommend getting. This is my third visit with them and they have not yet disappointed, they are great! As of 6/24/2020: Taking appointments only! I didn't think much of the pain because I've never had this happen to me before, as I've also had Nancy do my nails before. When she was finished, she gave me this bottle of cuticle oil. When i brought the infection up to Lisa and her son, she told me I must've gotten into something dirty after I had my nails done and went home. I wasn't looking for anything free, i just wanted to let them know, and i was made to feel like i had did it to myself. I haven't been back since, and ive since found a cleaner salon to go to. My gf and I just had lunch just around the corner and decided she wanted to get her nails done, out of convenience we went here. Upon entering, we were greeted nicely by three women- we were the only ones there as well. The place was clean but super quiet- no tv or any music playing. My gf got a gel manicure with her ring fingers accented with glitter. 1 hour and 20 mins later my gf left pretty unhappy. For the amount of time spent inside, she would've expected a higher quality job done. Typically I don't have a good eye for nice nails but I could clearly see that the job was not that great. The nail technician left her nails bumpy, uneven, mediocre and looking like she will need a fill soon. Maybe would have been a different experience with another nail technician but for now we won't be coming back. read more

This place was such a disappointment, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. During my pedicure, the lady nicked me 3 times and her "massage" was slapping me with her fist along my calf's and feet. It was very uncomfortable. And during the removal of my acrylic nails, the older lady kept trying to pull off my nails with another fake nail after I kept asking to soak them off. Once she did, she was terrible at drilling down the nail. When I left I still had a layer of the acrylic nail on my hands. Their acrylic application is okay but they are bad at pedicures and removing acrylic nails. read more
