This time, I got my nails done by Tiana, and she was absolutely amazing -- super friendly, gentle, and incredibly professional. I went yesterday to get my nails and toes done and I wasn't satisfied at all. I came back today and told them to take all the acrylic off from my nails and give me a regular gel manicure. They didn't take the acrylic off and at the end they tried to charge me $40 after already paying $115 for toes and nails the day before. I complained and they lowered it to $20. My tech kept digging into the side of my toe , after I had already said it hurt , to get to an ingrown nail. Since I had just had a pedicure three weeks earlier, I found it hard to believe it was anywhere near that bad because I wasn't complaining about it. However, she ended up causing it to bleed. Three days later I noticed my left foot was itching to the point that I had to make a podiatrist appointment to find out. I have a massive case of athletes foot between my toes around the arch and the bottom of my foot. . I have a spray, a prescriptive cream and two sets of drops to apply twice a day on a clean washed foot that has been soaked in water and vinegar. If that can't be enough for you to not use this salon I don't know what else to tell you. And believe me the one star is one too many! read more

My nails looked just ok when they're done. I mean it's not bad but could be better. Thi did my nails, she was polite ,but she was very aggressive doing nails. It's probably her working style but it just hurts and two of my nails were bleeding. From that she should do better on cleanliness too. Also I already cut my nails short and she cut them even shorter when I told her it's already short but she did it anyway. When it was done she put cuticle oil over my hand and lotion on top of it and massage me with that. Don't like it. But I let her do her things this whole time. Just sharing my experienced. read more

Got my nails done here maybe 2 weeks ago because it was next to mathnasium and i was waiting for my kids. The nail tech was nice but I don't know if she's new. She did my left hand nails twice, removing the gel over again after she had already painted and cured it. She filed it so hard it hurt and now i went to a different nail salon to get this mess fixed and when the polish was removed, there was a crack and my nail started bleeding. My nails got too thin it damaged it. She also cut my cuticles hard that they were bleeding. Even if she did my left hand twice it still didn't turn out nice. The polish was uneven, some nails are thicker than the other and my fingers hurt for 3 days after than. I didn't say anything and i tipped her well because she was clearly trying hard to make it better. But I am not going back to this salon. Ever. read more

I am so glad that I found this nail salon. Their hours are wonderful, they are open until 10pm, which is perfect for everyone when you have a last minute nail emergency. They have many people employed to help assist in making sure everyone is well taken care of. I have successfully walked in and been able to get my nails done and I have also made appointments and they follow through with them. About a year ago, my mom and I got our nails done here for my brother's wedding (kind of an important good looking nail event) and they did a WONDERFUL job. We had white ombre acrylic nails and they looked beautiful. Then they did a gel pedicure that would also look ideal. Following that, I continued getting acrylics and gel pedicures, and they matched whatever unique Pinterest picture I came in with. I just recently switched to having them do the dip manicure and I LOVE IT. They really took care of my nails to ensure they would not be hurt or damaged in the process and I am grateful for the attention they give to their guests. Went back there a couple days ago. They try and upsell you when they see Calais on your heel. mind you that's their job to get rid of it. I declined the upsell ... then I pick up the pricing sheet. I asked what's a scrub .. they acted like they didn't understand. I stated isn't that part of my service? Asked twice BTW. He said ... oh ya. Went in for 2 pedis just got regular polish. Everything was fine until the lady who did my toes was almost done and needed to let the paint dry so she can put the top coat . I usually check to see if they miss a spot or if there's still paint on my toes bc I've previously had a bad experience with nail techs doing a bad job ,SO I double checked and my pinky toes needed one more layer of paint since they looked a little patchy and when I asked her homegirl acted like I insulted her and made a big deal like girl it's not that deep . I've passed this salon numerous times while driving to work. I decided to give it a try because I lives the fact that they are opened late. Pros the tech was friendly and listened to me when I said what shape and how thick to make my full set of acrylics. Was impressed on how much time she took shaping them. Cons as I was walking back to the chair I watched the nail tech pour the remaining regular polish into the gel polish bottle , That explains why a ton of reviews talk about the gel polish not lasting. Ummm hello they mix it with the regular polish. The gel application was so thick that it looks terrible. I asked for a simple design a heart on one nail the tech tried and tried and kept using acetone to remove and re try I finally just said let's not do it. read more

Not my first time here and I absolutely love the service! I once did a walk in on a busy Tuesday afternoon and only waited for 5 minutes or so which wasn't too bad. Today, Nathan did my gel manicure and my nails looked amazing! He wasn't rushing it yet he was done in less than an hour which I appreciate most. Apparently, they do offer great massages as well. I have yet to try it. Also, Bella did a pretty awesome job doing my eyebrow waxing. I look forward to my future visits here as I found out today that my favorite nail technician just started working here over a month ago.
