The owner reached out & refunded $25 for the gel polish as if that was the only problem. The entire set was terrible. As you can see from the photos, the shape is 4 different shapes, the nail is so thick and uneven. The application of nail tips is crooked. & they refunded me for just the polish... i had to pay to get my nails soaked off and completely redone... but hey didn't even offer to fix it or have someone who knows what they are doing do it. Since covid, I have had mediocre experiences at various nail salons (my regular spot closed down due to covid) so I was left to many terrible nail salons in the southwest part of town. After my last experience over a year ago, I just quit the nail game all together. Nails are expensive and a necessary evil for most women but I promise you, I lived without it for well over a year due to poor service. Today the weather was GORGEOUS so I wanted to get a pedicure. I had been thinking about it for a couple of weeks but I had apprehension about it because I'd had so many bad experiences at various places within my 3 mile radius. Haven't been to a nail salon in a couple years and I'll never go again after going to this place! I came to get a French tip and they tried 3 times and could not get the French tip right so I asked if they could change the color from the pink base I had on to blue since I wanted a French tip before but now that we're doing a solid color ( since she couldn't do the French tip) I wanted my nails to be all blue. She told me it would be $20 to change the color from the pink base I had on that was for the French tip to the blue. I looked online and It's only a $15 color change on there website so they were lying and didn't want to change my color and tried to charge me more for what I wanted. On top of that my friend got some cute nails, but they charged her $103 and tried to say she had "long nails" when they were the shortest nails I've ever seen in my life. Be careful of this place. Deluxe includes the basic pedicure and then they add on hot stones, hot towels with a minty mask, exfoliation. It's a nice pedicure. Definitely recommend it for your first visit if you've never had one before. If you add on French tips, it's just $5 more. All of the ladies I've ever had have been more than friendly. I've never left a yelp review before. But, I need to for my experience here today. Went with my daughter and BFF who is Vietnamese and they didn't know that my BFF also speaks Vietnamese and heard them talking about not only us but other customers in the salon. They said things about toes and hands being ugly, criticized about color choices, and many other comments. Super unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful! So, if you like to be talked about in front of your face (and not know it because they are speaking in a different language), this is definitely the place to go! I'm so disappointed that this was our first experience back at a nail salon since everything was shut down. We were looking forward to girl time and a relaxing day. Obviously, they weren't taught customer service skills or even just common courtesy of kindness to others. You really should treat others like you want to be treated. Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back to this salon. And, I HIGHLY recommend you re-consider coming to an establishment where they lack trust, integrity, and morals. Great place!! I've been here a couple times and always had a pleasant experience. The employees are nice and do a great job and everything seems to be organized. I booked an appointment and when I came in they approached me and was ready for me right away the couple times I came in. And one of the times was during the busy hours on Sunday. Prices are average and definitely not overpriced. $30 for a basic pedicure. They are social distancing and they keep the doors open during busy hours to allow fresh air to flow through. We've all had those times when they've put hot stones, towels or water on us during our pedicures and they were very observant and aware of whether it was too hot for our feet and lower legs. Yes, I am a dude getting a pedi... this is my third time being here and I will say that it is worth it. I got the peppermint one $55 and it really feels great. As a nurse, being on your feet all day can be brutal, so treating myself once in awhile is something I dread and love at the same time. Dread it cause I dont like the nail clipping part, it freaks me out, but the stone and massage is the best. I gave this place five stars because you get your moneys worth. The workers must be exhausted by the end of the day. Here is what I got. This location is usually pretty busy but they take appointments. Being in the area I figured I'd just stop in. They weren't to busy and I was able to get in right away but only for a gel polish manicure not acrylics. Being in a hurry as usual I didn't have time to wait for a opening for acrylics so I opted for just gel on my natural nails. The nail tech help me pick out my colors (gel & glitter). She was friendly and fast. Things have definitely changed at this nail spa. Hot towels are used to moisten cuticles and no paraffin was hand dip was offered. Also, glitter on 2 nails is free but every 2 nails after that is $5 extra. Customer loyalty program no longer exist but the receptionist told me that they may bring it back. read more

Now the owner wants to argue with me that I got the wrong nail salon? Hahaha. My nails were too thin and I broke 3 nails in less than 1 week. All I wanted was more acrylic to thicken them and nail repair. I didn't ask for my money back or make a stink. Your receptionist who was very rude turned me away and only could help if I paid $48? I went for my first time last week for a gel fill, the next day my nail broke and I didn't even feel it. I went back and got it fixed and wasn't charged then two days later my other nail broke and the day after another one broke. I had two different nail technicians look at my acrylics and they both said that it was way too thin and that's why my nails keep breaking very easily. I went in on my lunch hour today 12/12/19 at 12pm. I was thinking they could just repair two nails and put more acrylic on top to make it a little bit thicker since they're not even a week old yet but when I went in the girl upfront not sure her name, told me that it was going to be $45 for two nail repairs and to add a little bit more acrylic on top! 45?? I just paid $40 last week for a fill! She said that it would count as a fill and they would have to charge me for the nail repair. I do not want a fill I want them to fix the mistakes that were made and just make my acrylic a little bit thicker and fix the 2 nails that are broken. The girl then argued with me that my acrylic was not too thin which is also a lie and to argue with your customer? I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and I've never had my nails break like this. She said there was nothing she could do about it because she's not a manager and they make the rules. Went in this morning after making an appointment for 12 o'clock for my best friend and I. When we arrived we were greeted in a welcoming manner by the receptionist, attended right away and had a very broad selection of colors to choose from!! The salon was nice, busy but did not feel crowded nor did I once feel rushed. My nail tech listened to what I needed / wanted and exceeded my expectations. They provided some complimentary water bottles which was also nice. Now for my pedicure, I decided to try their deluxe pedicure.. best decision of my life the hot stones that they used really helped me relax, the massage chair was on point, and the scrub that they used on my legs / feet smelled and felt amazing. I went in on a Saturday and got super lucky...I had my son with me and they were nice enough to accommodate that his presence was acceptable, regardless of their sign of "no children" smacked right in front of their cash wrap. It was my first time there and got a gel mani and standard pedi. Jasmine did my mani and she was amazing. I loved the way she did my nails and would definitely go back to choose her to do them again and again. She just did such an awesome job on everything; the shape, cuticle removal, and just the consistent going back to make sure everything looked perfect. As for my pedi, not sure what her name is but being that I was her last customer, I've had better pedis. Since they start off with the pedi, you'd think the tech would start a conversation to make you wanna come back because that's just what nail techs do. So minus a star for not being the usual or being personable. I love that a nail tech wants to get to know you, so you'd come back and tell her more. I thought wrong with this one. Besides that, my skin gets super dry in this Vegas heat and she missed a few spots here and there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first but knew she wasn't as great as Jasmine. Came here for the first time on a Sunday with my friend who has been coming here for the past few years. We had a small brunch and decided to come for a pedicure. This was my first pedicure experience so bare with me. Lol Located in the same plaza as Doh KBBQ, Serenade, Smiths, it sits in the same row of stores as Smith's, just north of it before the UPS store. Like a typical nail salon, they are lined with lots of manicure desks on the right, and a line of massage chairs with feet soak tub to the left. After a short wait of a minute or two, looking at the wall of nail polish colors, they had two chairs prepared with a warm feet bath ready for us. These chairs are really high tech ! imagine the cost of a normal massage chair then add it being elevated higher than normal, and a tub for soaking feet that is plumbed for drainage and hot/cold water to fill. FANCY ! Lol ! Ssshh its my first time... this probably exists in every salon huh? They have a few different pedicure packages but I'm only going to name the two we had done. -------------- "Classic Express Pedicure" - $25 Includes reshaping of nails, cleaning cuticles, gentle exfoliation of feet and legs w/ sugar rub w/ optional choice of solid polish "Deluxe Essential Pedicure" - $35 Includes "Classic Express Pedicure" w/ callus treatment, minty mask process, hot towel wrap, and hot basalt stone relief massage. Optional choice of solid polish. Additional $5 to either "package" for French tip nails, otherwise, regularly $17 for French tip without pedicure. ------------- I had chosen the classic, as it was my first time, and I wasn't sure how it was going to be like. My friend had picked the deluxe, as this was her typical package she gets regularly. Classic takes about 30 minutes whereas the Deluxe probably takes 45 minutes. After a quick soak in the warm feet soak, they start working on each of your feet. I was actually mildly embarrassed because I had not trimmed my nails in a while and some were mildly outgrown. Apparently that's a normal thing to do if you are expecting to get a pedicure since they will trim and reshape the nails. The tools they use were super sharp and I feel like they had no difficulty in trimming, compared to doing it myself. Pain and worry free ! Besides the exfoliating part which was a bit ticklish (...hehe...), the entire procedure was actually pretty relaxing. I don't have much calluses on the bottom of my feet but I've always had an issue with dryness to the heel of my feet because I wear flip-flops so often. Also, I have some weird thicker/harder parts to the top on my toes, over the joints. These were all taken care of and removed. All in all, during this entire procedure, it was pretty relaxing as I was watching the Vegas Knights cream the Winnipeg Jets on the small TV on the back far wall. I've always enjoyed having my feet nice and smooth but that's always because of a few days on a beach, getting a natural exfoliation and scrub... Haha! The final foot scrub was a sugar-based scrub apparently that had a really nice fragrance Feet is nice and smooth. Trimmed and made probably the nicest its ever been in my entire life... LOL Classic is not a bad package to try out, if you are a bit skeptical about having a pedicure done. Though, I would probably recommend getting the Deluxe, as much more is included for a little more in cost. I opt'ed out of the solid nail polish, which was included, but my friend opt'ed to get French tips on hers, for an additional $5. Small tip to the person who works on you and everyone is happy after you pay for everything. My lady didn't speak English that well but still communicated often. The younger girl who worked on my friend was super friendly and answered any question she or I had. Apparently its not a common thing to have a fluent English speaker. As I was waiting for my friend to finish, I saw the cleaning lady scrub down each tub and wipe down each chair after use. The tools used for the pedicure seems to be sterilized and stored in these packets where you have to open up prior to usage, similar to what you see at the dentist office or what I'm familiar with in the ER. I'd say they are pretty clean and have no worries in terms of cleanliness of this place. Highly recommended place for anyone who is looking for a place to get a mani/pedi for the first time or just a new place to go to. read more
