I visited this nail salon on Sunday, July 12, 2026, around 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. When I first arrived, everyone seemed very friendly, including the owner, her husband, their two children, another employee, and the young woman named Sabrina who performed my pedicure. During my pedicure, Sabrina accidentally cut my skin and removed a piece of it, causing it to bleed. She also cut my left big toenail much shorter than my right, and it continued to bleed after I left. Since my appointment, the area has become infected. As someone with diabetes, this is especially concerning and has caused me a lot of worry. I was also told that Sabrina is 18 years old and about to start her senior year of high school and is not licensed to perform nail services. If that is true, it raises serious concerns about customer safety. The owner did my eyebrow waxing, and I was very disappointed with the results. My eyebrows are uneven and do not match. She didn't trim them with scissors or clean them up afterward, leaving them looking unfinished. I don't even know how to fix them now. I spent a lot of money expecting professional services, but instead I left with an injury, an infection, and eyebrows that need to be corrected elsewhere. Friendly staff! Loud and RUDE manager/owner. Signs posted of QR code throughout the business for $5 discount for reviews. I initially rated them a "3" because of the staff, but the owner yelled at me and her staff. She refused to give me the discount because I didn't rate them a "5" which would not be a true rating. As far as cleanliness, the corroded metal around the faucet with the disgusting build up needs attention. Epitome of a regular nail salon. There were no frills or thrills. The main goal here is to get you in and out churn and burn. The nail color selection is limited but doable. The salon was clean but not spotless. If you are in need of a quick mani/ pedi this is an option. However if you are looking for an oasis of relaxation then this is not the spot for you. There's too much hustle and bustle at least there was on Sunday. The establishment closed at 4pm but people were waking in at 5pm and got accepted for services (money hungry). I like the place but unless I get my guy to do my nails they come out horrible or just wrong. Most of the staff doesn't speak English which makes it very hard to ask for what you want done. I suspected he was using the wrong bottle at the time and also charged me for a normal manicure however I didn't say anything because the last time I tried to notify them of a problem the owner's sister was extremely disrespectful and glared at me for weeks after that first initial incident. So I walk in again gearing for the worst and one of the old timers that's been there forever asks me what's wrong. I explain to him, he dismisses all my facts and says "Yeah, that happens" and I'm like "No, I'm sorry...not in 2 days." Cuts me off and says "pick your color, we'll fix it for you" so I do, next another older man that has also been there awhile is about to do my nails and starts questioning me! First he starts asking me who did them so I told him then he starts declaring loudly that it is gel. I respond "Just please fix it, it chipped in 2 days, it's not gel." He starts fighting me and causing a scene, grabs a cotton swab soaked in acetone and starts vigorously rubbing my finger. Then keeps saying "You see, it's not coming off, it's gel!" Once again I say "I'm sorry but it's not. I've been wearing gel for years and not once has it chipped on me at least until 14 days have passed" Keeps rubbing my finger and saying "Look, look, do you understand what I'm saying?!" Finally I pulled my hand away and grabbed my purse. He was chucking as I told him "I'm sorry I didn't want to bother and if you aren't going to fix it I'm just gonna leave. I'm never coming back." They said nothing and treated me like I was just some lowlife that wanted a free manicure, not a loyal, returning customer that has usually NEVER bothered. I'm so disgusted they treated me this way, it was humiliating and I felt so attacked. I was scared to even bring it up because of last time and I should never feel like that, especially for something I PAID FOR. It's not often that I'm so disappointed with a pedicure. I don't expect to be thrilled when I go to a nail salon for a pedicure but I expect at least for my toes to have a nice polish and get a little relaxation. 1) the place is not so clean. It looks like they reuse the wax. I'm not sure if that's common practice but it was kinda gross to sit right next to a melting mound of reused wax. 2) the massage was very short, the wax was only on for 30 seconds and then he couldn't peel it off, just kinda brushed it off. He hot stone massaged one calf. 3) he kept snipping my cuticles. I was bleeding in two places. Then he sprayed alcohol. Ouch. :( 4) the paint job was awful. He said my nails were too short. The best it was crowded and yes there was a wait but something's are worth the wait this is one I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure deluxe and manicure so nice and kept letting me know I was not forgotten. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED AT THIS SALON. I watched the technician (with the drawn on eyebrows) double dip the stick she used to wax my eyebrows back into the hot wax. Which is unsanitary and nasty! I asked the nail tech not to double dip the stick back into the wax and she told me, "The wax is hot enough to kill the bacteria." Lies! Well when I disagreed with her the technician got really rude and proceeded to tell me how she's been doing this unsanitary measure for 20 years & mumbled something else in a different language (of course). I will never give this dirty establishment my business ever again. Disgusting! Mind you I still paid for the nail tech to only complete half of the job at full price. One of my kids bought me a gift certificate last Christmas and when I tried to use it I was told that gift certificates "expire" after 6 months. However there is NOTHING written on the gift certificate about an expiration date or this 6 month rule. Very disappointed that my young son spent his own hard earned $ on this gift and the salon won't honor their own gift certificate. Avoid this place!! The guy they placed me with spoke little to no English. He did a good job on my polish change on my toes. On my manicure, he was chopping up my cuticles to the point one was bleeding. Then some of my cuticles were stinging. Then when I complained the owner came over and said to just put iodine on my nail bleeding. Then I said no I want him to stop because this is hurting me. Then the owner said do you want someone else? I said no it's ok. I apologized to guy doing my nails because he said he was sorry but I just couldn't take it anymore. I felt there was no sympathy from the owner knowing she placed me with someone not fully knowledgeable about his job. I have been getting my nails done for well over 20 years. I have long, healthy natural nails and now chopped up cuticles. I said never mind we can just end this and the owner said ok just pay $10 for your toes. They say they don't take appointments but after waiting close to an hour to get service, someone else walked in right off the street and were taken ahead of me and their explanation was "she had an appointment". Really, but supposedly they don't take appointments! Trying to civilly talk to them is another thing as well. While trying to calmly discuss the situation with the female owner she starts yelling and her supposed husband pipes in and starts name calling so I just left and won't be back. I was in the neighborhood and decided to give this place a try. I should've went back to my neighborhood. I had gel polish on my feet which they were kind enough to remove for free since most places usually charge me $5. The guy started my actual pedicure at 10:43am and at 10:58am he was already putting lotion on me. I stopped and asked him how many minutes do their pedicures usually last in which he responds 20-25 minutes....I'm used to pedicures being around 30-35 minutes (not including the addition of nail polish). My response was "well that was fast did you even push my cuticles back (I asked this in sarcasm because I noticed the crappy job he did at the beginning)." His response was "I did but maybe you didn't notice because you were in your phone the whole time but you can double check." (Okay sir I was multitasking. Did you think you could pull a fast one because you thought that I was on my phone the whole time?) eventually I got the manager involved and she was kind enough to allow someone else to finish his crappy work. I have been going to Le Nails since they opened. Usually with no complaints. However over the past 4-5 months, it looks more and more dirty, run down. And I have had issues each time with the quality of work, I usually get gel mani/pedi. But have been disappointed due to carelessness of the tech, the colors are mixed up and the paint job not so good due to them rushing and just not caring. I pay way to much to get a mediocre service and get rushed to pay before the service is even complete. My most recent visit will be my last, unfortunately. read more

I really like coming to Le nails. I used to live really close by and used it bc it was convenient. I live about 25 mins away now and I still come to Le nails often. In my opinion they have some of the BEST pedicures. Their cheapest pedi is $25 but it would be upwards of 50+ if you went elsewhere. They are always busy and i can be tough to get in on a weekend but I do think it's worth it. le is very sweet and wants to make sure you are taken care of.
