Very convenient little store on the way through Hemet is pricy but not horrible. They sell some unique Mexican which is tasty.

I also noticed they accepted/buy chickens from other people and put them all together and one of them had scaly leg mites, which is very contagious and will spread to the other chickens. However, my husband was very excited that they sometimes get 13 to 15 week pullets and wanted to buy some the next delivery. I wish I listened to my gut about how unclean and unsanitary this place was. We bought 11 pullets and kept them quarantined for two weeks and then introduced them to our flock. Sure enough they all got mycoplasma. My flock of 60 will now forever be sick with this awful bug. I now have to have a closed off chicken run or cull them all. They also sold us on two baby goats while we were there because they were so cute. I couldn't resist. One ended up coming home with coccidiosis, which gave it to the other. We've been nurturing these baby kid goats back to life in my house and it has been such a mess emotionally and physically. I am so drained and mad at myself for buying from this place. Run! They take sick chickens and combine them with healthy ones and don't care!

Right away…read moreI found jeans for $110 and a purse for $132, hadn't even passed the first isle yet, decided it was a big store and wanted to use the restroom so I went to the register where the lady, with waaay too much attitude, informed me there was only a porta potty, pointing to a door, and said "out back". So I began walking to the open door, then she said "that's not an exit, you have to go back out the front door and around". I could clearly see that was an exit, but left anyway. I did not spend a single cent there, nor did I use the porta potty. I hope that lady was the owner, because had I made my way through that whole store I probably would've spent quite a bit more than what I had already picked out and with that attitude, she doesn't deserve anyone to shop there! Good luck! I'd give this place zer

I stopped by to pick up some duck feed before heading to a local sanctuary. They had five bags of waterfowl maintenance pellets in stock, and I bought four at just under $16 per 25-pound bag. The store is very neat and also offers a great selection of gift items. The duck food was stored in dry units that resemble refrigerators in the back. The store associate explained that while the pellets don't need refrigeration, this storage method helps keep them fresh and prevents critters from breaking into the bags overnight. It's a very thoughtful and smart way to store the food. Overall, a wonderful store!
