I waited almost a year to write this review. Among other reasons, because Dr. Clark told me that the results of the PDO threads would become visible over time. After spending a significant amount of money and investing a lot of time, I can confirm that the results were visible for one day--the day of the treatment. But of course, when they tell you that the threads stimulate collagen and the skin gradually tightens, it's natural to wait... until you realize it simply hasn't worked.
What's most concerning is that the doctor recommended fillers under my eyes. At first, I didn't even feel I had a problem. I didn't even wear makeup. But I thought, well, it could always look better, and since I had an important event coming up, I considered following his advice. The doctor injected the fillers the day before Thanksgiving. That day I had to say I had an allergy because my eyes were so swollen I could barely open them. I will share photos later.
He had to dissolve them in a follow-up appointment, but even now, so many months later, my under-eyes are destroyed compared to how they were before--which was fine, normal for my age (47). As I said, this was something I did as a one-off to look good for an important event. Of course, I had to wear sunglasses at the event. The worst part is that the fillers are still there, but not under my eyes--they've shifted much lower.
That PDO threads don't work is something most people already know. But be careful with under-eye fillers at this clinic. In my case, it's been a disaster that's cost me a great deal of money, time, and certainly trust. The Botox is fine--but that you can get in many places these days, and for a better price.
