He's an absolute top-notch guy -- super friendly, professional, and knows his stuff inside and out. His pricing on materials and labor was super fair, and he got the parts quickly so he could knock out the install fast. What really stood out was his dedication: he drove two hours each way (four hours round trip!) to come to me in Prescott on a Saturday. It started raining as soon as he began heading this way, and he never once complained. He just focused on taking care of me as a customer. The entire installation was quick, and looks very clean and professional with all wires neatly hidden. It turned out exactly how I wanted. Ryan was quite patient with me as he allowed me to test out the 3 different infotainment systems. After trying them all out, I choose one and was quoted at $923.74 and had to wait a week to get it installed since this is a popular place. The other place I consulted didn't even let me choose what infotainment system I wanted and quoted me at $100 higher than this place. They were able to install it in about 2 hours. The only real issue I've seen with it is that it has more glares than the original system that was in there.

The technician created a basic workaround to get my DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver working via…read moreaux, but the setup was incomplete and poorly wired. After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

I dropped the car off at 9am for my appointment, and they kept it until 2pm the next day. I was informed the backup camera was not installed. The head unit was crooked. One front speaker was not working. Dropped the car off at 9am for another appointment. Didn't get the car back until 5:45pm the next day. Head unit is still crooked. I provided a box of sound deadening sheets which they were supposed to install in the doors. They gave me back an empty box, but they didn't install any of the materials. I checked myself and I'm providing a picture of the inside of the door where you can see nothing was installed. Overall an awful experience. I was charged $1200 and I won't be back.

I do not recommend this shop for vehicle electronics installations…read more I contacted them beforehand with very specific details about my fleet vehicle and the hardwired GPS tracker I supplied. I explained the features I needed, and they assured me they could complete the installation correctly. I even offered access to the tracker app so they could test their work, but they declined. After paying a premium price for the installation, I discovered the lock/unlock functions were reversed. I called and was told to bring it back, despite the shop being over an hour away. Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed an EPC warning light and check engine light related to the installation. Their only solution was to bring it in on their schedule, which caused me to lose a scheduled reservation and more time. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership because I no longer trusted the shop to work on it. The dealership had to repair the issues, and I was left covering the cost. What should have been a $250 job ended up costing me around $1,000. The mistakes are frustrating, but the lack of urgency and accountability afterward was the biggest problem. I would not recommend this shop for important vehicle electronics work.
