Nick was awesome!!! Needed to replace a lost F-150 key and he gave us multiple options. It's not inexpensive (slightly lower than the dealership), but VERY convenient and fast. The customer service was great i even spoke with the owner himself. They are very quick! When i originally called for a quote they could be out to rekey my house as soon as an hour but i instead set up an appointment. The service tech called 40 mins prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. I'm knocking one star off as i wasn't aware there is labor costs on top of the quote i was given which only included the parts and the fee to have the service technician come out, i wish i would have been made aware of the full cost upfront. read more

I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to rekey my condo due to a renter being evicted. I was quoted $30 to come out and $17/lock. When the tech called back to give me the amount, it was double per lock $25. I am out of state and didn't want my evicted tenants to have access to the unit, so I was kind of in a no-win situation. Instead of the $150 I'd planned to spend it cost me over $300. I just hope I'm never put in this kind of situation again. read more

Jacob was awesome! Quoted me an 8 minute ETA and was at my home as quoted. I couldn't believe they had such a quick response time. He was fast and efficient at getting me back into my home after our garage door failed and I didn't have my keys.
