We've loved Diana's for years! Great friendly service, amazing breakfast and lunch, and always filling! Super fun date place too!

Savory Benedict along with the brown butter bacon French toast were absolutely amazing!

We were looking for something a little more trendy than a chain restaurant or diner for breakfast on our road trip. I found Diana's Cafe on Yelp with some really good reviews but not that recent. So I wanted to post because this place is a gem. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive! My husband had the Farmer's Eggs Benedict which he raved about and I had something more on the healthy side ....the specialty avocado toast with some add ons. I recently had to go gluten free and this restaurant had some gluten free options which was great!! Both of us couldn't be happier with our meals. Restaurant has a diner feel with their booths in one of the rooms but had a very pretty mural covering the whole wall which gave the place some charm. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast/brunch!! read more

A small cafe with attentive staff. I had an omelet that was a special of the morning. Every part of the breakfast was especially tasty! I recommend the multigrain wheat toast as well. The coffee was also very good. I will return should I return to the area. read more

I'm amazed to see that people give the service at Diana's a good review. The food is good once it's finally delivered, but the servers are horribly slow and rude. I've been sitting at my table for 25 minutes with an empty glass of iced tea and nobody has come to ask if I'd like a refill. I tried to get my waitress's attention and she completely ignored me. And the food took over 35 minutes to arrive. If you plan to come, make sure you give yourself 2 hours for lunch. read more

Cute little place with great food and a great work staff. The portion size is larger than usual and they make their own coffee. I got the Greek Omelette with the marbled rye. It was really tasty and the potatoes had a nice flavor to them. In the area I would say this is the best restaurant in the Coopersburg/Quakertown area. read more

My husband and I went there this morning for the first time. We were in the area overnight for a wedding and I looked up what was near there for breakfast. The pictures of the food looked good so we decided to stop. SO glad we did! Everything there is homemade and made in house. It was so difficult to decide because it all sounded amazing. I got the french toast which was terrific. It was two inches thick and made from fresh sourdough bread and they have real maple syrup. I also got their eggs florentine which was to die for! Seriously, IT WAS AMAZING! Their home fries are also fresh cut. My husband got (we don't remember the name) eggs with peppers, onion and pepper jack cheese with the home fries mixed in and a pancake which was homemade and nice and fluffy. He enjoyed his meal very much so as well. Ashley was our waitress and she was super nice! Very sweet and she checked on us a few times. We are from Easton so not super far, but far enough just to go somewhere for breakfast and come home. But we both said it is absolutely worth going there just for that! read more

For a great atmosphere and wonderful menu options it is worth the slight inconvenience of 309 traffic to get in and out of their parking lot. I had breakfast and it was just perfect. Breakfast menu items go from simple to elaborate and all delicious. The coffee is a medium roast and very good. Not your typical diner coffee. The toast is all fresh breads, including raisin and sour dough and all very good. Service is local, friendly, and fast. Your food is served with a smile and you are not forgotten the whole time you're there. Prices here are a bit higher than your average breakfast, but it is entirely worth it. This is gourmet food without the tiny portions, high prices, and all the pretentiousness. This is a great place where the owners have a passion for food that showed in every part of my experience there. This is a place you will certainly enjoy. read more

Our second visit here. Great food,great coffee, great service! I had the avocado bacon eggs Benedict special and it was phenomenal. My wife had the chicken cheesesteak special and she loved it. I had some of the fries and they were great too!! They're only open for breakfast - lunch and closed on Sundays. We'll be back! read more

I agree with the other reviewer. Food is very good, a notch or 2 above diner food. Prices are also a bit more than typical diner prices, but still reasonable. If you order pancakes or french toast you'll be treated to real maple syrup. I can think of no other places that do this. I love real maple syrup and can't understand why people serve or eat the other stuff which is corn syrup with "maple flavor" yuck. The coffee is decent and they keep it coming. It can take a while to get your food, but no one will mind if it a bunch of girlfriends out for brunch who want to sit and chit-chat anyway. My #1 complaint? Why are they not open Sunday! That's always the day I want a relaxed and yummy brunch.. read more

I must have driven past this charming cafe hundreds of times, but never took the time to stop in, until today. Diana's serves breakfast & lunch. Saturdays you can order breakfast all day! They also have a thriving catering business. Closed Sunday. My husband was thrilled to see the pork roll on the specials menu. Served with 3 slices of pork roll & 2 eggs on a tasty roll, it was quite a handful! Breakfast potatoes were served on the side. Although not enthused about my choice of dining establishments at first, by the time we left my husband was smitten! He soon had the hours memorized & was planning our return! I had a veggie wrap with field greens, and carrots & tomatoes dressed with a light, tasty creamy sauce. This wrap is usually served with avocado, which I declined. The side serving of potato salad was far too small, as it was delicious & I wanted more! Tasty chips were served as well. We will be putting Diana's Cafe in Coopersburg, PA on our list of favorite dining places. read more

Pleasantly surprised by this little Place. The outside looks unimpressive but the inside is very cute. The staff is courteous and the food was pretty good. My husband did say his grits were to watery but I don't eat grits so I can't say. The prices were very good. read more

Diana's is a tiny little cafe hidden in plain sight along route 309 north. However, it's being small does not mean you don't get quality, fresh food with a smile and a steaming hot cup of coffee. Diana's pancakes are out of this world good, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. My whole family loves going to Diana's, with my son loving the French toast and my husband ordering the Train wreck every time. We have been going to Dianas for years and have always left happy and full. read more

It's a shame the service cannot match the food at Diana's. We have been a few times and live and work in the area. Although the food is usually good for a quick bite the service and 'attitude' we received from Diana herself this most recent visit was appalling. As soon as we stepped foot into Diana's she was at the counter and looked at us with a distasteful look and looked right at our baby. As if baby's are not welcome? She reluctantly found us a table and got a high chair. I have brought our baby to Diana's before and have encountered so many friendly people saying hi to our daughter- but from the owner herself just a look of like 'oh great you have a child'. The waitress we had we have had before and she is very short and rude but gets her job done, so whatever. Doesn't make you want to give her an extra tip but doesn't not do her job. This time she was very non attentive and disappeared for huge chunks of time when our waters needed to be filled, extra napkins needed etc. I've been a waitress, so it's alarming to me when your wait staff is nowhere to be found in a room full of people dining. Upon checking out again we encountered Diana who didn't acknowledge us and looked as if we were annoying her. Customer service here is appalling. We will not be going back and go to our other favorite area restaurants instead. read more

I suppose I'm what some would call a regular. I eat at Diana's at least once or twice a week. The place is very clean. Every meal is "made to order". The management and staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about every menu item. They are always open to suggestions for changes to the items on the menu as far as sides or other accoutrements. The menu is reasonably priced. If there are any other superlatives, I'm pretty sure Diana's meets, or exceeds, them. The only thing that concerns me, as a regular, is that reviews like this will cause an excess influx of hungry people which will result in delays in service. read more

I brought my son here for gluten free pancakes. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes and pork roll on the side. The GF pancakes were good and my son enjoyed them. My pumpkin pancakes were heavy and very gummy, like they weren't cooked all the way through. Pork roll was tough and dry. For a breakfast place, how can they undercook pancakes for goodness sake! Seriously the most amazing breakfast place in the area! We try and go once a month, wish we could go more. The place has a beautiful charm, though if you go on the weekends there will most likely be a wait (it is very small). But I promise the wait is well worth it! My husband and I normally always get the country scramble bc it's heaven! I've had their pancakes before (amazing also)! The waffles aren't bad at all though just a hint too sugary for my liking. Our company usually has this company cater special events and we can normally pick at the leftovers. Today we had a company party catered by Diana's and everything was so good. We had chicken fingers, pierogies, meatballs, quiche, salad, bruschetta, hummus, brownies, lemon bars. Everything tasted great. It was really nice. Glad they choose to order from. Diana's is an unexpected pleasure. The outside is unimpressive, but the inside is charming- especially the front room, with its booths and mural. The service has always been solid and capable (although sometimes smiles don't seem to come easily). There are breakfast and lunch offerings from the ordinary to unusual surprises, including 5 or 6 monthly specials. The food is homemade and (in my 15-or-so visits over the past year) always delicious. This is not a place suited to a 15-min. quick meal, but if you've got 45 minutes to really savor your food...prepare to enjoy! read more

Went here for lunch with my sister and the staff was friendly and fast; and the food was delicious. I'm definitely coming back.

I've never had anything here that was short of excellent - breakfast or lunch! My son says they have the best pancakes he has ever had.

Finally, a place for breakfast that has more than the standard diner fare! Six of us here for breakfast enjoyed offerings such as eggs florentine, home made corned beef hash, baked eggs with asparagus, fresh fruit parfait, and blueberry pancakes served with real maple syrup. All of the items were prepared with what appeared to be fresh, not frozen, ingredients. Even the more mundane items like the wheat toast seemed to be home made. The food quality and the presentation makes the slightly higher prices well worth our visit. read more

So here's the thing... the first time i went this place blew me away. Food was beyond great and plentiful. Above your average diner to be sure. Second time I had to take the better half. Well, the food was still good, though the portions were much smaller. Ordered differently so may be the issue. I will certainly try again but was a tiny bit let down. Went for breakfast. Ordered eggs, turkey sausage and milk. The milk was warm, the eggs cold and the turkey sausage was tasteless.
