First off, I absolutely hate taking my car to get fixed BUT I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nick! Let Me tell you... He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how. Nick also reminded me of how much gas I had in my car. After leaving my car in their car, Burnside sent me text messages of estimates of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was looking at a 5 day turn around. The next day, two days later, I received a phone call stating my car was ready to go! Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned my car and as a courtesy they also fixed my lightbulb! When I picked up my car, Nick was there to greet me.
