Our tenant skipped out on rent and left a house full of junk. We called Diaz Hauling and Manuel came out to give us an estimate and assured us this wouldn't be a problem. They worked from 9:30-5:30 and remarkably, got everything out of the house in an efficient manner. Although we ended up having one extra truckload than anticipated, they gave us a very fair price based on the time and labor they put into the job. We had a very difficult demo and hauling job and Jose and his crew did an amazing job. Our shoddy contractors (Alex Lopez and Ilia Stefin, DO NOT USE) totally messed up our brand new island, so we need to rip out the countertop but preserve the cabinets underneath.
