I remember when I first visited dice at their original location when they opened many many years ago. I'm glad to say that even with their growth and expansion, the food quality has remained strong. I was a little sad that they don't have forbidden rice anymore, but I understand the cost. I took a couple of my employees in for a quick late lunch. We were attended to very quickly were able to create our own bowls and of course I got the three sauces because it's a mess when you come here. If you're looking for a good healthy, quick lunch, this is definitely a great location to stop in. read more

Came in here and I opted for a build your own salad with a base of mixed greens, smashed avocado, pico, black beans, carrots, corn and cucumbers. Topped it with their delicious sauces. Garlic cilantro, spicy guava and tomato basil. All these flavors combined exploded in my mouth making me wanting for more. The service was excellent! The guy who helped me out, was super friendly and helpful. I love coming to places that staff greet you with a smile to make you feel welcome. The ambiance at this Diced was appealing. I came in skeptical of the flavors, but after trying their OG bowl for the first time, it blew me away. Fantastic place, and the employee that assisted me was kind and eager to help. Diced has been a Kendall staple for years now but this location has to be one of the best! The staff is very friendly and never forget to ask for your phone number for the points. The food is always fresh & is delivered quick! I also love that they are always playing Tame Impala when I come or maybe that's just coincidence but it really makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The restaurant is always clean & while other locations have been noisy this one is pretty quiet. 10/10 read more

Tried them out first time today! Very warm greeting by the staff when I came in. While I was in line they even told me sorry for the wait. Young lady at front was super nice and explained how things work and the points program. When I was choosing my options I asked how is the chili chicken and she ran and got me a sample!! Can't really judge this place because it just opened.... But you can definitely improve on little Things. The ingredients are placed by hand with the same glove that the person has been using to touch EVERYTHING, for who knows how long. Why not use spoons? The two ladies taking care of the orders and cashier were very professional. The guys making the food need to wear a belt. No reason for us to see pants sagging and dirty underwear showing. This place is horrible! On two occasions, they messed up my order, promised a refund, and never provided the refund. When I try to contact someone regarding the issue, no one seems to know what is happening. Incorrect orders or half-eaten orders. Not to mention forgotten items. Diced just opened in country walk and I've been so excited to try it! Tonight was the night and I'm less than impressed with the food. My bowl had so many carrots it was almost inedible. I spent 10 minutes picking out what I could. The rice... oh my. Talk about under cooked. Every single bite had CRUNCHY rice. These two things combined with a $25 bill for 2 small bowls made for a pretty disappointing first impression. One plus was the customer service. The girl I dealt with was very helpful when it came to navigating the menu with all of the choices and she did it with a smile.
