This review is solely based on the service department. I have not purchased a vehicle here. We come here to service fleet vehicles through Wheels, or our personal vehicles for services my husband doesn't feel like doing himself, like fluid flushes. The service employees have always been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. We make appointments ahead of time, and they're usually pretty accurate on time duration of services. Of course services at a dealership aren't cheap, but when you want something done right and with the correct parts, we prefer going to the dealership. They have a nice waiting room with vending machines and plenty of outlets if you want to work on your laptop or charge your phone. They also have a merchandise area with some cool items to peruse. I've been looking for a Jeep grand Cherokee for several months. I have been narrowing it down, to one of the jeeps at Dicks Vancouver. I talked to a couple salesman probably a month and a half ago. They told me they had a jeep that has been on their lot for several months and it's been highly discounted. After that, I talked to a couple different salesman. After speaking with a salesman this week, and I thought we had basically a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle. Then I look on their website Thursday night and they raise the price of the vehicle. Do not deal with this dealership because they will screw you out of any deal that you ever thought you had. Are they that ignorant there that they think that they discounted a vehicle because it sat on the lot forever, and then they raise the price thinking it's gonna sell more quickly? I just read the dealership response. That is not true what happened. I was told six weeks ago or so that the reason this vehicle was discounted was because it wasn't selling and it's been sitting on the lot forever. No one mentioned any incentives until yesterday. Another response to the dealership response. I just purchased a Jeep today at Wilsonville Jeep. Nothing has changed in the pricing since I first looked at it two months ago. So apparently the Jeep dealership in Vancouver has different incentives than the jeep dealership in Wilsonville does. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. They quoted me one trade-in value, then changed it later. They tried to sell me a 2020 Mojave with obvious bed liner damage -- a large, discolored stain that looks like an acid spill, likely penetrating the bed -- along with a worn interior. The truck had 85k miles, yet they were asking nearly $40k. I showed them multiple local listings for similar Mojaves priced $5k less, but they insisted theirs was already "priced as low as possible," which is false. The current trade-in market is around $28k, so unless they overpaid by a huge margin, they lied. When I declined to do business, they kept bombarding me with text messages until I had to block their salespeople. In contrast, I later found a Mojave with 47k miles for $32k out the door -- no games, no harassment, just respect. I'm disabled and made that clear to them, yet they still refused to give me an out-the-door price despite repeated requests. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stellantis can blame tariffs, and consumers can blame high prices, but the truth is dealerships like this -- who push overpriced vehicles, give misleading information, and harass potential customers -- are a big reason Jeep is struggling. They lost a repeat customer for life!! I went in to buy a 2023 Jeep Renegade on July 3,2024. I was there five to Six hours and started the financing process. I had to take grandkids to swimming lessons we agreed that I would bring the trade in vechicle on july4th. I got a call from Bill the salesman that same evening on July 3rd. The first thing that came out of his mouth is we have a white jeep I.can sell you. I was like Wait? What? they sold the black jeep that I was in the process of buying? he said yes. I was pissed after calming down and talking to my wife she was still interested in the white jeep so he said ok and would start working on it. Then two days later never heard back. Called to talk to the GM they said they didnt have one but Amanda is floor manger acting GM. I asked them to have her call me. Amanda and I finally connected I asked her if she knew the situation and she said she was told by Bill that I had to go home and talk to my wife more about the jeep. I said thats a lie we already started the process on that jeep by trying to get financing and that I was suppose to bring the trade in on july 4th. She explained to me that Bill didnt hold on to the jeep keys that he put them back and someone else came in looked at the jeep and the keys were in the lock box which ment it was available and they sold it. She told me that when someone is securing financing that they are suppose to keep the keys so it was his fault it was sold from underneath me but she wanted those jeeps gone so she asked me how she could turn this situation around? I said by making us a better deal on this one and she said she would she was gonna go get stock number and grab keys.. So the more I thought about this whole situation the more I got mad.I was so pissed from this whole situation that I was trying to look for a ex manger who sold me my jeep at Dick Hannah. They have a new parts and service manager. Her name is Kelsey I believe and she has been wonderful. She has really changed that place. She helped get all the parts that were missing from the service guys losing them during oil changes and service (except two blots are still missing on my hub cap covers) They have been very professional and friendly. I still don't really trust the guys in the shop because they have made so many mistakes the year that I was going there but the office people have been good to work with. I am no longer going there as my warranty is up and the oil change on a diesel jeep is $300 or more. No thanks especially not when parts go missing in the shop. read more

It's rare for me to write this poor of a review, but when you buy a NEW Jeep, 6 months ago, and it's been getting "repaired" for over 30+ days, management nor service department return your phone calls (we do get an occasional text), and I do not know when the car will be repaired, I feel this experience is important to share with others. Quick recap: Car bought November 2021. (New car delivered a little later than expected, but new car was delivered.) Over the next few months, couple of minor repairs that did not last but a few days. In May, ABS light and a number of other panel lights illuminated. Brought the car in and asked for a loaner and they said they did not have any. Okay, we figured we'll play musical cars for a few days, that turns into weeks, that now has turned into over a month. How much longer? Who knows? Needless to say, thank goodness there are lemon laws in Washington to protect consumers. This could be the manufacturer's problem or supply chain problems, but I'll never know, because you would have to communicate that. read more

I've been dealing with vehicle dealerships and buying vehicles for a great many decades. It's not often a dealership or sales person surprises me when it comes to greed, deceit and all the rest of it. You (the customer) are like the guy holding the bat during a baseball game. The pitcher you are facing is most definitely not your friend. And so it goes with how vulnerable you are when you walk into the shark tank known as a car dealership. I see that there are a gazillion one star reviews that are very detailed as to why my fellow Yelpsters were not happy with their experience with this dealership. Then there were a small smattering of glowing five star reviews, often one or two sentences that sometimes looked like they were posted by shills. One 5 star reviewer gushed at how wonderful the service department was at fixing his broken taillight. Ok...... not what I look for in a dealership when I go to buy a $80,000 car but... This company currently has a 2 1/2 star rating which would actually be a 1 1/2 star rating if reviewers weren't required to give a zero star outfit like this one at least one star which helps keep the average up if ANYONE, legit or otherwise posts a 5 star review. It is what it is I guess. So I'm in the market for a Dodge Hellcat and I'm getting quite an education talking to various dealerships about ordering one. But this dealership wins the prize for being the most outrageous. When I ordered my current Challenger last Summer I negotiated a pretty decent deal for myself that was ~ $500 less than the Costco price. Obviously, I paid way less than MSRP and I'm guessing a couple of hundred bucks over true dealer cost. I was pretty happy with the deal and was hoping to accomplish something similar with my plan to upgrade to a model that had a way bigger engine. So I have a conversation with Erin and s/he says sure, they can do a factory order (which is a great deal for the dealership since they don't have to do anything more than place the order and wait for it to come in). The price? Wait for it. Full MSRP plus $10,000. Wow! Such a deal! I'm guessing there's something in the neighborhood of $20,000 pure profit in this deal should they find anyone stupid enough to bite. Great to see these sales people have such a well honed sense of humor. Anyone walking onto the car lot here would have to be daft. There isn't even the pretense that you will get a fair deal. You'll be in heaven if your kink is condescending service people who don't properly explain things, They charged me $500 for an oil change and then when I was incredulous, they told me if I didn't take my vehicle to them my warranty would not be honored. I looked it up--apparently there is a law in WA state against this very thing. I called them on it and they talked around it. Suffice it to say--if I can s avoid them I will. I just called them about a recall the DOL told me about and customer service makes you wait on hold for an age while listening to a recording about how, "Dick Hannah believes in nice." I Bought a used challenger from them at the end of august 2021 43k mi. The Brakes started squeaking once in a while a couple months later. I took it in to les Schwab they said the pads were fine but the rotors need looked at. I had to get stuff done already so was going to bring it up then. They already had to fix prior dents and a sunglass holder which I was told it would be done in a week. They kept pushing it back and finally 6 months later it got fixed. I been in contact with sales rep since then. February 2022 I took the car in because it is getting worse (brakes noise) and the dodge service center told me that my rotors are worn and grooved and that I need to replace both the front rotors and pads $3k. They told me that Dick Hannah should've replaced them before they sold the car. They also said there is no way I did that to the rotors in the months I had it. I have proof of pictures and sent it to them of the rotors the day we bought the car and you can clearly see the worn rotors that "passed" their inspection. I will post a picture of the rotors (front rotors) and what they should look like (rear rotors) management told me that I did that to the rotors and when I drove off the lot they were above their standard.... The sale manager I used has been awesome. It's the management that made this experience horrible as saying it's my fault for signing papers and not checking (like I know what rotors are suppose to look like) and "believe in nice" is a terrible slogan for this dealership. I was suppose to get a 12Mo 12k mile peace of mind guarantee on maintenance items. All of a sudden that doesn't apply ? Shady dealership won't make it right when it was their wrong in the 1st place especially since I have photos of the day I bought it in front of their place showing worn rotors. last.... The manger came in and said they added a warranty for us ($4,000) that I had to pay. A few days later, I stopped at this dealership to get it fixed. The inspection was $145. They diagnosed issue & told me what part I needed but they didn't have it. They looked ahead (on my trip map) & found a part ($109) elsewhere that we bought, though that dealership didn't have time to put in. They said it would get us home. We got home & I had my mechanic look at it. With NO fancy diagnostic equipment, he made different diagnosis & I didn't need the part. Of course the "middle man" didn't want to take the part back (no fault of his). THIS DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO TAKE THE PART & REIMBURSE ME. They did reimburse me for the mis-diagnosis inspection.... Aside from being misled into purchasing unnecessary extra services when buying a car, my overall experience has been okay. Arman, who handled the finance part, has been wonderful post-sale. However, the sales process involved dealing with the classic move everyone hates, individual in the back room, requiring the salesperson to act as a mediator. He told me the bank wouldn't approve my loan unless I got all the extra warranties on the car. Thank goodness the finance guy corrected that for me and I was able to cancel the stuff i didn't need. It goes to the principle of the loan though and my monthly payment is now $140 higher than it needed to be. I have a WARNING for anyone in Portland considering buying a car here. One of the exciting aspects of purchasing your first new car is the warranty and service perks. They promised me loaners and Lyft or Uber rides if needed. It was one of the questions I asked because I work in the industry and know. In reality, they never have loaners available. When asked, they laugh sarcastically, saying they have 20 cars for 200 people. Additionally, you can't use ride-sharing services if you live over the bridge, leaving you to fend for yourself. I understand not transporting someone to Beaverton and having a mileage cap, but there are ways to address this. I live just over the bridge, closer than some of the people you do transport on this side. I work in automotive, and we use ride-sharing services all the time; it was just a lazy, sweeping policy that's not thought through. One of the sales guys walked by when I was waiting and was also surprised by the ride share policy, so it sounds like it might be new. He's been trying to make it right. Super nice guy. They are just people trying to do their best with what they have here. Everyone's friendly but this experience really made me feel like it was a bad move to not buy my car in Portland. read more

Jiffy Lube ran the oil out of my vehicle and I requested that Dick Hannah perform a complete inspection and make any repairs necessary as a result of JL's incompetence. The Diagnosis and repairs were made; however, Jeff Roberts refused to acknowledge "some" of the repairs necessary were due to the negligence of Jiffy Lube running the vehicle out of oil therefore making it impossible to hold them culpable for their part in the failure of my engine. I wasn't asking for anything for free -- I just wanted the vehicle returned to pre-oil change condition and wanted them to be impartial and hold Jiffy Lube accountable for their part. Jeff refused to do this and was just interested in getting payment and sending me on my way. ZERO customer advocacy or care. UPDATE 10/14/21 at 4:30 p.m.- Picked my vehicle up yesterday, paid Hannah $3193.10 and my vehicle is not even one day later not charging and the battery light is on despite being charged for a complete engine rehaul and alternator replacement and installation. They sale cars that have not been inspected for obvious problems tell you they repaired the problem when it was never repaired or even looked at. They try to force you into junk vehicles and when I finally was fed up from the garbage they were trying to sale they left me stranded in the lobby with no way home and told me it was my problem. The whole finance department is a bunch of idiots that act like if you're a female you are not smart or have any knowledge. I just had a very negative experience at the service department. My RKE key fob stopped working to start the car. I had the car towed into the dealership to buy a new key and have it programmed as a first step in remediation. They told me that they could not program a new key and the problem was with the car and the original key worked fine. They proceeded to replace a receiver in the car and I purchased a new key fob. The total cost was ~$1660. I received a call today the the car was fixed. When I showed up I paid the bill while waiting for my car to be brought up. They brought the car up running with both the original and new key in the car. I wanted to make sure both keys worked so I separated the keys and attempted to restart the car with the original key. The car would not start. The car had the same problem that existed when I sent the car in in the first place. I went back to the service desk and told the agent that the car still had the same problem. The agent condescendingly told me that "of course the old key did not work because they put a new receiver in the car". Here's the thing, if I hadn't bought a new key fob wouldn't they have programmed the old key to the cars new receiver as a part of the service? I suspect they knew this was an issue and hoped I wouldn't notice. Anyway, He took the car back to have the original key reprogrammed to the new receiver. He came back less than 10 minutes later with my car and Lo and behold the key wouldn't work and couldn't be reprogrammed. If they even tried... Ultimately, I believe the problem was with the key and not the car but I will never know because they never attempted to program a new key to the old receiver. Here is why I am dissatisfied with my service. I explicitly told the dealership on several occasions before they began working on my car that before any work was done "ALL I WANTED WAS A NEW KEY PURCHASED AND PROGRAMMED TO THE CAR. Only if that didn't work did I want to pursue a deeper repair. But the thing is, they never tried to program a new key. I escalated to a manager Cindy. She couldn't understand why I was upset. I tried to explain that if I would have had the car towed in with no key and asked for a new key, wouldn't they have attempted to program a key from the beginning? She said yes, to which I stated why didn't they do that in this situation? Bottom line, they lied to me. They put profit over the customers desires and satisfaction. We asked for a reduction in the labor bill for the time spend diagnosis the problem that I don't believe existed in the first place. The only remediation Cindy offered me was to put the original parts back into the car. I declined that remedy for several reasons: 1. I no longer trust the service department at Dick Hannah to work on my vehicles. 2. I really needed my car and the new key did work. 3. It made no sense that they would not discount the labor but would be willing to do twice the work to reinstall the old parts. 4. I cannot trust that they would put the original parts back in the car. I didn't trust that they wouldn't put bad parts in to further try to cover up their mistake or fraud. Buyer beware. read more

Be warned before getting your car serviced here. It all started when I took my jeep in to get an oil change. After a two hour wait (with an appointment) I was told that I needed a new air filter. I declined the upcharge and picked up a filter myself at Napa. When I opened the airbox to remove the filter I found a mouse along with a complete nest in the filter. CLEARLY the filter had not been checked at the dealership. How can they determine this without even checking? The real win is after informing management, they were not interested or helpful. Based on my experience and other reviews here, I would look for other service opportunities. read more

First time taking my Isata 28 RV in which is a super C based on a Ram 5500. One of the few dealers that can handle its 31 foot legnth and 12'4 height. A few recall items, oil and fuel filter change. Very responsive, customer service very good. Price about what I expected. Overall very satisfied. read more
