Swung by the service dept to have a light bulb changed for $187. While on site, I looked into what it would take to update the old whip. Needed to leave, but my key and registration were held hostage while this was sheet prepared. Fees, fees, fees - despite having no interest in any additional warranty or other add ons.

They lost a repeat customer for life!! I went in to buy a 2023 Jeep Renegade on July 3,2024. I was there five to Six hours and started the financing process. I had to take grandkids to swimming lessons we agreed that I would bring the trade in vechicle on july4th. I got a call from Bill the salesman that same evening on July 3rd. The first thing that came out of his mouth is we have a white jeep I.can sell you. I was like Wait? What? they sold the black jeep that I was in the process of buying? he said yes. I was pissed after calming down and talking to my wife she was still interested in the white jeep so he said ok and would start working on it. Then two days later never heard back. Called to talk to the GM they said they didnt have one but Amanda is floor manger acting GM. I asked them to have her call me. Amanda and I finally connected I asked her if she knew the situation and she said she was told by Bill that I had to go home and talk to my wife more about the jeep. I said thats a lie we already started the process on that jeep by trying to get financing and that I was suppose to bring the trade in on july 4th. She explained to me that Bill didnt hold on to the jeep keys that he put them back and someone else came in looked at the jeep and the keys were in the lock box which ment it was available and they sold it. She told me that when someone is securing financing that they are suppose to keep the keys so it was his fault it was sold from underneath me but she wanted those jeeps gone so she asked me how she could turn this situation around? I said by making us a better deal on this one and she said she would she was gonna go get stock number and grab keys.. So the more I thought about this whole situation the more I got mad.I was so pissed from this whole situation that I was trying to look for a ex manger who sold me my jeep at Dick Hannah. I found him at TIME Chrysler,Jeep,Ram in Portland. Guess what we went there and we were treated like royalty the saleswoman Roxanne was Awesome and Dave Erriccsen (manager) Awesome. No pressure, wasn't there for endless hours and we went home with a beautiful willy's wrangler with $11,000 miles. Time Got new members of there jeep family. They will get my repeat business and service. I highly recommend TIME dealership they believe in there customers. Oh by the way!! Dick Hanaah NEVER got back to me they could have at least called me and let me know they didn't forget about us. But nope GHOSTED again.. They need to change there slogan "Belive in Nice." Tjey don't care about customers or repeat customers it's all about the "SALE." I will NEVER buy anything from that dealership and I Will steer anyone away from them that I know that is looking. I belong to a lot of jeep groups here in Vancouver/Portland as well as online and the only place I will refer to.is TIME Chrysler, Jeep, Ram. Ask for saleswoman Roxanne and Manager Dave. They want your business and will treat you right. Here is a pic below of the jeep we got from TIME We had the best experience!!

Do not go to Dick Hanna Jeep in Vancouver, Wash. Terrible company. Liars. We were going to buy a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They made a mistake on their end on pricing and Brett (their sales person) promised that they would honor the price and then the following day we went and got our credit pulled to get a loan. Then they back track and won't honor what they said the next day. This message was what they sent on 11/19 and then 11/20 they called and wont honor the pricing! In the middle of the conversation, "John" hung up on me. Won't make it right. We literally, spend two hours getting our loan situated, got our car cleaned and took time off. Do not go through this company!

    Thank you!

KARIM WAS AMAZING! Cannot thank him enough! Outstanding service and amazing attitude! We have been on the hunt for a car for myself as a celebration gift. And I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and Karim. Thank you so much everybody!!!! And the lovely woman in finance was a gem. Highly recommend everyone here!

Day I took the car home 8/27/2021 zoom in on the front rotors

I Bought a used challenger from them at the end of august 2021 43k mi. The Brakes started squeaking once in a while a couple months later. I took it in to les Schwab they said the pads were fine but the rotors need looked at. I had to get stuff done already so was going to bring it up then. They already had to fix prior dents and a sunglass holder which I was told it would be done in a week. They kept pushing it back and finally 6 months later it got fixed. I been in contact with sales rep since then. February 2022 I took the car in because it is getting worse (brakes noise) and the dodge service center told me that my rotors are worn and grooved and that I need to replace both the front rotors and pads $3k. They told me that Dick Hannah should've replaced them before they sold the car. They also said there is no way I did that to the rotors in the months I had it. I have proof of pictures and sent it to them of the rotors the day we bought the car and you can clearly see the worn rotors that "passed" their inspection. I will post a picture of the rotors (front rotors) and what they should look like (rear rotors) management told me that I did that to the rotors and when I drove off the lot they were above their standard.... The sale manager I used has been awesome. It's the management that made this experience horrible as saying it's my fault for signing papers and not checking (like I know what rotors are suppose to look like) and "believe in nice" is a terrible slogan for this dealership. I was suppose to get a 12Mo 12k mile peace of mind guarantee on maintenance items. All of a sudden that doesn't apply ? Shady dealership won't make it right when it was their wrong in the 1st place especially since I have photos of the day I bought it in front of their place showing worn rotors. last.... The manger came in and said they added a warranty for us ($4,000) that I had to pay. Comes to find out it's not warranty it's a service contract that only covers electrical and minor stuff... feel ripped off not explaining that clearly just showed up all excited saying they got that for us STAY AWAY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALSO

I searched online and found the used car I wanted, and it seemed to be at a reasonable price point here at Alan Webb, so I made an appt. and drove up. This was probably one of the easiest sales transactions ever. I worked with Ryan, who was great, very friendly and personable, as was Justin, the finance guy. They didn't haggle, I didn't haggle, it all took a reasonable amount of time, and all in all I'm pretty pleased. No one here fit the stereotype of the "used car salesman," so I'd say if you find the car here that you want, go for it.

This would completely block disabled folks in wheelchairs from exiting their car. What a shame. Second, and to make matters worse, we actually weren't able to leave the dealership after completing the vehicle drop off because somebody had locked the gates behind us, barring us from driving away from the dealership property. I can't find any information on their website that says vehicles must be dropped off by a certain time. Luckily, I got ahold of a janitor who was able to unlock the gates for me. Before I wrote this review, I called Alan Webb Mazda and spoke to a woman in the service department about the locked gate issue. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask for her name, but she replied by saying "I tell my customers verbally about dropping cars off before 7pm, is there anything else I can help you with?" Not even a quick apology for the mix-up. My verbal request to add that information to the website was also ignored. At the time of writing this review, Alan Webb Mazda is averaging 2.9 stars on Yelp. No wonder! Horrible customer service.

It's impossible to get an accurate answer about the status of your vehicle. The general mood of the employees seems as if they wish you would rather leave them alone. To call this dealership CROOKS would be a nice way of saying it. Sales- To keep my story of our experience short, the salesman, who actually was a nice reasonable guy, has to cow-tow to their sales manager who tried to sit there and convince me that I owed sales tax on a car that they were giving us $10,000 more than the car we were buying! They tried to get me to pay some made up tax that I kept arguing about and finally the salesman manger had to admit that we didn't have to pay that and realized that we weren't stupid enough to fall for it. We should have ended the process right there but completed the sale, which still took them three hours to finish. Now we are back 7 months later for service on the 2026 Rogue, and for them to check our windshield fluid sprayers that don't work and the rear wiper that now has a screeching sound when we turn it on. All things that worked fine when we bought it. The service guy, Fadi, had the nerve to tell us "that's how they are". He argued that the wiper fluid sprayers are "supposed to bubble up" at the bottom instead of spray onto the windshield. Ummm, no! These are sprayers. There is no such thing as a bubbler at the base instead of spraying the fluid...especially a Rock Creek edition. Let's not forget that we have had this car for 7 months and they sprayed just fine until recently. He also proceeded to tell us that the loud screeching sound is "normal" for the Nissan Rogue to do when we turn on our rear window wiper!! What?? Are you f&@$ing serious?? Again, treated us like we were dumb and we have no idea what we are talking about. He said he could replace the motor and it would sound the same. Really?? Because it didn't sound like that for five straight months during the wet season. So he tried to make it sound like a super loud screech when using the rear wiper is normal?? Wow!! Unbelievable, that this passes for customer service. To do business like this and try and make the buyer seem like they don't know what's going on? Wow!! We will never use or refer anyone to Alan Webb Nissan ever again!

God it was so transparent, it was hilarious. For me it was this unbelievable, space age diamond ceramic coating,l. Like it can only be gotten if you know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone producing it in that secret lab that makes it so expensive. What a crock. $2000 extra they never told you about will get you this incredible coating. Been using ceramics since they were first pioneered. It is a game changing product, but it is not rocket science that requires some wizard. If you don't require much paint correction, get a Diamond Protech kit, or Adams Graphene kit, and follow each step. It will shock you how it is easier than wax to apply. And does lie down an incredible layer of protection that will last for years...for under, or a little more than $100. And not that much work. After application, you can often simply rinse your car off, or dust it, then wipe it down with the refresh and you will never need to do anything again. $2,000, then they messaged me back, they're going to be so nice that they won't charge me for it AND sell it to me for the price they advertise...now that I called BS on them. That lost them even more credibility.

I had reached out online to see if the car was available, and got no response (should have been red flag #1). Dodge/Stellantis is having to heavily discount this model, and Hannah has a few of the 2024 R/T higher end models just collecting dust. Seems like a good time to make a deal. The young sales guy came out and was very personable, but the positives stop there. The car clearly had not been driven or serviced recently (think spiderwebs on the mirrors and fully dead battery). My wife loved the car, but the vibe was weird and got worse once inside to chat about total price. They brought out a quote that started with a nearly $6k warranty added. Red flag #2. Ok, they want to make money but it's a $38k car (down from the 52k MSRP which is a joke) and my Audi didn't have that high of an added warranty. We asked them to price match Tacoma which was a few thousand less. They did not and wouldn't give us a counter offer (red flag #3). We did hear they're losing too much on the car already, but that's not my problem. It's almost as if they'd rather not sell the car, which was probably for the best. We sent a text to Tacoma Dodge (115 miles away). They had the paperwork ready to go within hours and we drove to Tacoma. We now have a brand new Hornet for a great deal, and got basically the same extra warranty for less than half of what this place quoted without us asking. What a waste of time. I won't go back to a Dick Hannah, not even for service. I'd rather literally drive further never to go here again. I added a star as the horrible experience led us to a much better deal, even with the 5 hour round trip.
