What I really love is their mission: local fishermen who practice sustainability so our waters continue to yield such a beautiful bounty. So, there you have it: fresh-caught, local seafood that is incredibly delicious and mindfully procured. You can order from them online, find them at farmers' markets or you can create a special agreement with them akin to a CSA (they call it a CFA). This is what I plan to do once the farmers' markets shut down for the season so I can get the goods all year 'round.
