Destiny was a huge help. I walked in limping because my heel was in pain and the pain was radiating up to my knee. She asked how I was feeling. I told her she immediately went in the back and grabbed a pair of shoes went onto my account and saw that those were the types of shoes that I have purchased in the past and brought me some new insoles. Once she put the shoes on and had me roll my foot it helped to relieve my pain almost immediately. Destiny then told me that my shoes were over a year old and that I needed to probably purchase a new pair and once she put them on me I was sold. I've purchased two pairs of shoes and two brand new insoles, and my husband also tried on a pair and ended up walking out with a new pair as well. Highly recommend this store. I have all possible foot issues and when I find a pair, I get another one for later just in case I don't get i againt. I'm usually 7.5 size- wide front w narrow heel (more like a 7.75 if there was a size like that) so I got an 8 for it to be roomy but it turned out too loose..when I called the store Logan picked up and said in one breath "looks like you are a 7.5 you had gotten an 8 before as well and had switched to 7.5 later, why don't you come by and we will switch it out again for you".... I went rightaway and grabbed it and a week later I called and Logan picked up I said it's working really well do you have another pair exact same size/brand, and he did. I got my 2nd pair I'm all set for next couple years. Im so thankful for Logan guiding me through this. He's very thorough. Appreciate it.
