Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. When I have brought my car in for a lease turn in Dave Matthews (son of original owner) always does a quick touch-up as BMW will kill you for the slightest paint chip. The story here goes that a long time ago Matthew's Senior owned a body shop and his son, Dave slowly took over the the point that he is the primary point person on all estimates and repairs. Don't be confused, Dave has one employee and his name is also Dave. They are very good with quotes and have done a great job of fighting with insurance companies to get supplements for unseen damage before tearing off a fender, etc. He also has a state of the art paint booth and as mentioned above, he is amazing at matching highly complicated metallic paint colors and applying an even finish.
