Originally gave Diegos a 1 rating. He lost his phone and apologized for not responding for my service call on a previous Saturdar b4 the new year. He was honest and forthcoming and agreed to give me a 15% discount to clean my front and back car seats on my Suburu Forester car. I had let the stains go for a long time so they could not guarantee that the stains would come out. Nevertheless, the service was pristine and very professional. Diego kept me informed when the service started, was in progress and when it was finished. The seats look 100times cleaner than they were! Diego was fantastic! He was very understanding when our first appointment fell through due to a scheduling mistake on my part. Diego came to my house to pick up my car and spent about 7 hours on a complete detail. My car is 10 years old and has taken a beating with travel. It smelled brand new for weeks! Everything on the inside was immaculate! The water stains on the cloth upholstery were completely gone, every single surface was spotless, and the carpets were very clean. The exterior was buffed to a shine and the engine and tires received some love they probably never have. It was dark when he dropped the car off to me, and he took out a flashlight so I could see how clean everything was. Diego is professional, incredibly courteous, and prompt. I traveled to Columbus earlier this week from Knoxville. Needless to say collected a lot of bugs on the sled. Called several mobile detailers, some answered some did not. Majority of these vendors were booked up. I got a hold of Diego, he was booked up as well, however made time for me after explaining I was only in town until Friday. We set an appt for him to arrive at my office building. Diego was on time, professional and his work vehicle was very organized. WOW!!! Diego and his coworker worked very hard and detailed both the exterior & interior of my daughter's SUV and the interior of my SUV. My daughter has a black upholstered interior and she carries her dog who sheds a lot with white hair in her car. They worked for FIVE hours in the heat cleaning both cars-non-stop! I have a new black car and bird droppings left two topical stain etchings on the hood that I couldn't get out on my own. I messaged Diego on here for a quote and he got back to me within 20 minutes. I didn't want a full package at the time because my car is new and doesn't need it. Love that it's a mobile service. I ordered the Full interior detail package and I was able to get things done at home while my car was getting detailed and it was FILTHY. Lots of pet hair on the seats and floor mats. Crumbs and debris in the cup holders. When my car was finished, it looked amazingly clean like the day I bought it and I requested the Cherry fragrance be used in the car.
