Don't come here!!!!!!!!! They don't follow CDC protocol at all. 500+ people in the club on a Thursday night. The employees take their masks off every second to talk to a bartender over the bar. The sloppy half assed cleaning when others get up to leave is ridiculous. The service here is spotty. They have signs all over the place saying to distance themselves and to not gather at bar yet there are groups of 10/ 15 coming to the bar to just gather. All they want is our money they don't care about getting others sick. For a place who is trying to reassure customers that this is a safe place to go, the do a real crappy job at setting standards. I've never had to write a Yelp review before but this location has the absolute rudest employees I have ever come into contact with. I walked in with my brother and fiancé and paused to look around for my other brother who had a table for his birthday, and got screamed at and when we asked "what" because we couldn't hear, we were told to "get out of the fucking way" (and there was AT LEAST 4 feet to walk past us) so we held a thumbs up and then were greeted by another security guard who told us to move when we were asked to - we explained that we were not asked to. We get over to the table to join and as we walked up the bottle service girls come over and there is no where to move except slightly to the side (which we did) and then one girl yelled at me as soon as she got down from someone's shoulders to get out of her way. I wanted to grab a drink at this bar but quickly made my way out after being aggressively screamed at for absolutely no reason multiple times. As if I can move anywhere when I am crammed between people at all angles. We each had a single drink before walking into this location so we were far from being drunk assholes. Really enjoyed our dinner experience. Savannah our server was excellent and was at our table every five minutes to make sure we had everything we needed. I had the Mac &Cheese with chicken and it was very good, although I wish the chicken Would have been crispier. My friend had the brisket sandwich and he said it was the best ever! I took my mother and mother-in-law here yesterday for brunch and to be honest I was slightly dreading it! I really wanted to go for the atmosphere and they were offering a champagne special that we did not want to pass up! So with that being said, we showed up around 9:20am, assuming we'd be waiting in a nice long line, since the last time I went to Whiskey Row there was an hour and 45 minute wait but this time there was no line. (Which I was grateful for) I attempted to open the door to see if maybe they had it open to start a list but the door was locked (which was perfectly fine, it didn't open until 10 so I honestly didn't expect it to be open) Just a moment after I tried to open the door, a gentleman opened the door. (I assume this gentleman was the manager) I explained to him I was just hoping to get put on the list if he had one, but no big deal if not. He then told us to come in. He said we could not only come in but said we could go ahead a choose a table! I was SHOCKED! (PLEASANTLY). The service was FANTASTIC! I was surprised because I assumed with it being Mother's Day it would be a little crazy but our waitress Gabrielle was fantastic and so was our food. This place is so fun and it's huge! Their menu has plenty of choices to pick from, but I got the beer can chicken with smashed potatoes. The chicken was moist and the potatoes were amazing. Loved the music and fun atmosphere. I met some girlfriends on a Saturday afternoon, they had been open a few weeks or so. There was a live cover band, which was really good. But it was really loud and hard to have a conversation. I was there around 1pm and they still offered Brunch along with their lunch menu. I ended up ordering the Turkey Pretzel Melt and an Iced Tea. The sandwhich was soooo good! And the fries were great too! The service however wasnt great... the waitress didnt come by that often and had to ask random other waitresses to fill my glass a few times.. Came for a family lunch and was pleasantly surprised there was live music at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Presley, our waitress was attentive and brought waters without having to request them. Our drinks were promptly delivered. We had the artichoke dip as an appetizer and then ordered our lunch. Our party of 6 all had our orders delivered simultaneously and correctly. First time in here and I will be coming back. Our Waitress Jessica came to get our drink order very quickly after we sat down, within 1-2 minutes. Jessica informed us of specials that were going on and took our drink order. Within a very short amount of time she was back with the drinks. She took our order with a smile. Within a reasonable amount of time the food was back and Jessica was getting us another drink. The food was fixed perfectly, had a Mushroom burger med rare and I could not have fixed it any better, thank you chef. Jessica would come around with time asking how the food was and if there was anything she could do for us. She kept my glass full and always had a smile, even when away from a table. Right before quarantine I had gone out with a group of friends on a Friday night. We left about 12:30am and I was corralling my friends out of DB and forgot to go close my tab at the back bar, by the restrooms. I called the next day right when they opened and asked if they had my debit card. A girl (and I say girl because she was sounded about 12) answered the phone, asked for my name and said she would go check. Not even a minute goes by and she gets back on the phone and says "no we don't have your card". I insisted and said they did because I didn't close my tab therefore I never got my card back. She asked my name once more and wrote it down tis time and she said she would call me back if they found it. Instead of waiting I went back to DB and walked up to the host stand to ask if I could speak to a manager or see if I could get my card. The girl remembered me and opened up a massive 3 ring binder with tons of cards in it...and low and behold THERE WAS MY CARD! It was the ONLY pastel green, pink & blue flower card in there which I explained to her the first time it would stand out. Needless to say she gave me my card back and giggled apologized because she "forgot about the card book". That was not the first time experiencing mediocre service at this place along with "meh" food. I will try to veto this place with my friends in the future. read more

Great atmosphere, love the backyard vibe. We had some out of towners meet here for happy hour the Friday before our wedding, expecting 15-20 people just to hang out at the bar or play games, but word got around and almost 100 people ended up showing up. With no reservations, we totally overwhelmed the place, but we were so impressed with how they handled it. Service was still great, and the bar kept up well. This was my first time here. I was here last night (July 6th) I ordered 2 vodka cranberry's ( well vodka) . The bartender made my drinks, I had a twenty in my hand, she took my twenty, I feel like she just put the twenty in the computer, didn't ring ANYTHING up, just put my twenty in there turned around and told me I'm good. I feel down right ripped off. An airplane is even cheaper, special events (ball game, concert) are just about that price . I feel completely ripped off, as well of I feel like she stole from me. I have never thought I need to ask for a receipt for 2 drinks I order at the bar (who asks for a receipt) but if I ever decide to go here again, perhaps I need to.
