Listen to the reviews... this place is fraud!! They advertised free diagnostics so I have my car towed to get a diagnostics done. They didn't tell me that the diagnostics couldn't be done and that my transmission needs to be taken apart to see what is wrong with it. I was supposed to call back to give them an answer, but instead they went on ahead and did the work without my authorization and now want to charge me $1000 to get my car back and that doesn't include them putting back the transmission. When I spoke to the man, he said you either bring me the title or you pay me $1000 and hung up in my face so now I have to get the laws involved! I took my BMW to this shop DIESLE TRANSMISSION & MORE on 3000 FM 2920 Spring, Tx 77388 (The guy I was dealing with name was Blaine) back in the December 2023 was told it would take a few months to get done. I was okay with it because the car was already sitting a year. I put a $400 deposit down and we agreed I would pay payments once we diagnose the car and figure out what's wrong with the transmission. Got a phone call about two weeks later saying the car was ready. I didn't have the money told him give me a some time to get the money since I wasn't aware it would be done that fast. Received another call about a week later says his box is gripping that my car was taking up space and I must make full payment an pick it up asap or they would start charging me storage fees. January 22, 2024 I paid the balance we agreed on in full. Blaine started with I will have your car in 24 hours, then 48 hours, to give me a week, two weeks .I would drive by, call text because I was under the impression you told me my car was ready in December. By now I'm frustrated and told them i want a refund to take the transmission out I will tow my car home. Blain boss Ralph said we dont do refunds but we can take the transmission out if you dont want us to finish working on it. I called the police February 6th because I was tired of the excuses of why my car wasn't ready. Shocked the Police gave my more insight of how many people have called on this same shop. That only option I had was to take to civil court. Ralph told the officer give us some time we will have his ca done asap we needed to get one part we are having a hard time getting. A few more weeks go by I was told my car was ready but NOW I owe them $500 more dollars. He said because i rushed him and he had to get the part over seas and it was more expensive to get it there. That's not my fault I paid you in full. So he told me I could not get my car until i paid it. i told hm your retaliating because I called the cops on you. So he decided you can get your car but you will not have a warranty since you owe us money. I didn't care I just wanted to get my car from them. I didn't get my car until March 20th 202 Took my car home and it was driving horrible, wouldn't stay crack wouldn't pick up speed. March 26th I took it to oriely's to get a code reading, it gave me two codes for transmission. I called Blaine an told him what it was doing. I had not even drive the car 10 miles because i still needed registration and etc done. I told him what the codes said he said bring it back. Once i had a day off i took it back on May 8th, Against my better judgement I took it back I was desperate tired of ubering and hitching rides, thinking it would be better considering they had new management he was talking better than when Ralph(the other manager) was there. This manager name was Mark he assured me they was see what happened considering I had just took the car from their shop. JUNE 20 almost 2 months later I finally get a call saying we found the problem it will be $800 to fix since you had no warranty and didn't pay us in full. I told him I'm not paying yall any more money because obviously yall didn't fix my car the first time, and I paid you in full with the receipt to show. I told him dont worry about it I will pick my car up , now your wasting my time. I told him give me a few days I will come get my car. Get to the shop an another new guy is there, i fill him in. He says i dont see your car let me call and see where its at. He said oh they took it to the storage lot. Why would they move it knowing I'm coming to get it. This guy said call me in the morning I will get it here. I call and text him for a week no answer. three weeks later with no answer. I called the police again to report it stolen. 1 month ago I decided to take my car to the place called diesel transmission and more 3000 Farm to Market 2920, Spring, TX 77388 and we agreed they would fix the Tcm and the transmission and they told me I have to pay everything first because that's how it works with them, car that is already paid they fix it first, so I paid 1950 and I did it because I really needed my car to be fix and I thought fixing it will be cheaper than buying me another car And weeks went by and they keep putting excuses for When my car will be ready, a week ago they said the car is done but the Tcm(car computer )need to be program and than Wednesday my husband decided to go to the shop because they never answer our call or text back and my husband called the police and made a report the officer told my husband this shop already has 20 police report and when my husband went to the shop he noticed that the shop is shutting down and they never told us nothing they moved and left my car in the parking of the shop and I called the manager Rafa diaz because we are tired of this and stress out we need our car ready so we can go to work and well he answer me the day and he said I don't have nobody to program the Tcm right now but if you find somebody I give you the money of what you paid, and today I been calling him cus I found somebody and he never answer my call and I decided to bring the guy who was going to program the Tcm and my car didn't work the guy said he thinks they didn't fix anything And I don't know what else to do I'm so mad and stress I don't know what else to do they don't answer me and I already paid read more

I have a 2005 tahoe z71 4l60e the first go around the transmission felt great, but went out within a month it was paid to be upgraded some so I can can pull trailers easier, the second go around it took 8 months, to get it back upon leaving they lost my keys for starters. And my truck barely gets up to speed limit, not to mention the gross amount of oil and transmission fluid all over my vehicle. Paid up front for the job. But got horrid results. I've never been to a worst mechanic shop in my life. I called to ask for a price to rebuild transmission Rafael Diaz told me the price would be $1,300. Seemed too good to be true so I asked him multiple times if it was a complete rebuild he said yes. I towed my truck over to his shop calls me back the day after with a a huge price change. He was asking $3500 or to pay him $1500 to put everything back on the truck without fixing anything. So we ended up agreeing to $3000 I paid him the money upfront and when he calls me to pick up the truck I see a big ass puddle of Transmission fluid on the floor. I ask what's wrong he said 2 lines are busted and I have to pay $700 for him to fix it and I can't take the truck or that would void my warranty so I took them the replacement for the broken transmission lines about 2 weeks ago and they still haven't called me back. These people are thieves! Do not leave your car with them!! I paid them $1K to fix what they told me was a bad torque converter. They took out the transmission and said that they couldn't get the part for two weeks. When I called O'Reilly's auto parts, they could get it. They pushed the car out the shop and onto the yard where it stayed for three months! I continually came by the shop, but kept getting the same story by each new manager (3). It started with an Edwin, then Robert, then Sabastion, aka Blaine. Then I happen to come by the shop, and the place was locked up by the owner. He said he was having all the cars around there towed away! I was lucky to get mine out. But it had no transmission in it! I found another garage that charged me $5K to get a new transmission! They have no regard for your problems or what harm they've caused. Ive filed a police report. But the only relief I seem to can get is to take them to small claims court. this business doesnt even deserve one star. they have been a total nightmare for me. i took my truck to them thinking they were going to rebuild my transmission. they rebuilt it ok....with used rusty parts that were not installed correctly. after a few days of driving the truck it was not shifting correctly and began making a loud noise. i took it back and they refused to honor the 2 yr 24,000 mile warranty. after several weeks of trying to communicate with them to fix it, i paid more money to get it repaired again. weeks have gone by again, and i have tried 100's of times to call them and they will not answer or return my calls. i then just decided to go pick it up and haul it to another shop. they refused to give me my truck because it would void the new warranty!!! lol . i will take my $8000 loss and move on. after sitting there for a few hours i was able to get my truck and leave with it unrepaired. i took it straight to another shop for repair. what this new shop found was unbelievable. rusty used parts from a junk yard, the transmission fluid was filthy and they had not replaced the parts they charged me for. it cost me extra money to repair what they messed up. they are a total dishonest business. i just hope no one has to experience this!!! read more
