As with any new person admiring Rokt, Marco complimented me on the beauty of my ride. He ensured me that they would complete the oil change alongside checking all fluids and rotate tires, all while checking if there's any service bulletins or required maintenance applicable. I was then able to get a complimentary shuttle back to my house, since I'm within the pick-up/drop-off radius of the dealership. Marco texted me when my car was finished and requested the shuttle service for me back to facility when I was ready. My car was immediately ready to go after I signed the service request form. Added bonus, there's a Costco right around the corner of this dealership, so I can fill up my car and do any necessary shopping.

I was also already pre-approved through my own bank. After they ran my credit, they suddenly wanted approximately $2,000 more. When I questioned the difference, the manager argued with me and said the previously agreed price was "his mistake." Because I authorized the credit check based on the deal we had already agreed to, I was left with unnecessary hard inquiries on my credit and no vehicle. Their mistake ended up affecting my credit, not theirs. A manager's pricing mistake should not become the customer's $2,000 problem AFTER running their credit. I walked away because I completely lost trust in this dealership. Get EVERYTHING in writing before allowing them to run your credit.

Once recently to upgrade the rear gears, speedo gear and install new diff cover on my '95 Mustang Cobra SVT. Father and son (?) went WAAAAY above expectations getting the speedo gear right, which I can't thank them enough for. Tremendous service and stuck to the quoted price even though they spent tons more time on it than they probably should have! The extra time and effort attributable to their work ethic and excellence. I had all the information on pricing and went in yesterday morning to a very busy service department. I was introduced to Gilbert and handed him an older key fob I had that needed reprogramming. At first Gilbert and his service technician said transmitter was not working but I insisted it was a perfectly good transmitter that I had misplaced years before. I was told I'd need a new one but that it wasn't in stock until the next day. I was worried and disappointed because I needed to work my evening shift last night. Gilbert said he'd do his best to get my transmitter ASAP and he DELIVERED. I was told 3pm-4pm I got it back by 2pm! So impressed with the commitment and the extra effort to get my older transmitter ALSO working and programmed as well! So while it was not fun spending $$$ on a piece of plastic and mini mother board chips, the dealership is CLEAN, OPEN SPACED and very structured as well as somewhat friendly. The service advisors are busy folk so they can be short and they the point but as long as they remain professional and take pride in providing excellent service I'm going to support their business and possibly get my next GM or otherwise car model here... I'm thinking late his year or next year. Having worked in the car dealership industry I am impressed with Paradise Chevrolet's pricing and consummate performance and reliability when I need them. We ended buying some wax products from them and Dan the owner comped us a VFR license plate frame. We learned more from them about the capabilities of our car and they invited us to a VFR racing event for new car owners which sadly we weren't able to make, but we walked away having complete faith in VFR. Constantly catches the sun glare right into the driver's eye. Also, have taken the car in for a screeching noise that the car makes while driving at highway/freeway speeds. Of course, the service department couldn't find the source of the sound, probably because they didn't bother to take it on the freeway. I can't wait until my lease ends to get rid of this car. Would turn it in early if I could, but don't want to pay $$$$$$$ just to get out of it.

It is neither Quick, nor convenient and full of hassle. First off, I've heard both cases that you need an appointment for QuickLane or that you can just show up. I've done it both ways. Once I was even told by the advisor that the appointments were sort of bogus anyway and that it was better to just show up. Twice, I have shown up with a scheduled appointment and been told the wait time was over 2 hours. How can this be when I have an appointment? I've gotten in without an appointment if you're willing to show up early. Once, I had a company send their entire set of fleet vehicles though the quick lane thus causing everyone in quick lane enormous delays. Isn't there a better way to do this? If I would have known about this headache, I would have never purchased the vehicle in the first place. I've seen numerous other people in my quick lane visits voice their frustrations as well. Sure glad I didn't buy the pre-paid oil change / service plan I've seen numerous customers complain about during my quick lane visits. Side note, the regular 'maintenance' group here is completely different than QuickLane. If you need a repair, they seem to do a good job, and YES YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM.

My husband received a NEW company car from Vista Ford…read more Upon picking up the car he never received the second key. I have called twice to try to resolve this with no return call and no action. We are driving around with one key... I hope we don't get in trouble because who knows how long it'll take to we actually get the key? One other thing... When you get a new car the salesman usually gives you a tour or a run through of the car features. The guy did nothing... Zilch... Zero in spending any time with my husband. They also left the back roller cover in the original box. They did not do the courtesy i've taking it out of the box and putting it in for him. They just left a box in our car for us to do it on our own. Even though this car was purchased by his company most likely at a fleet price....There's no reason to discount or be remiss of the customer service because truly... Vista Ford did make money and made a sale. We are happy that our local for it is in Thousand Oaks... We will definitely not be back here for service or to purchase a car out of our own bank account. Which is kind of sad because we are in the market for a new 3500 4 x 4 truck.

My most recent service made the car run like it did when it was new. The engine is humming smoothly again, something I've honestly NEVER experienced after a repair or routine maintenance anywhere else and I've owned this car since 2007. Shady was very professional and straight forward with me about what was absolutely necessary to fix and what could wait. Just this week I took my car to Firestone to get the tires rotated. I was told by Firestone my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced at the tune of $700. I was skeptical and called S&M for a quote. They gave me a rough estimate of $450 and told me to bring in the car the next day, because it was likely I didn't need the repair. Sure enough, when I took it to S&M, they said I could wait to replace the rear brakes. I trust S&M and Shady. I will definitely continue to take my car to them.
