One of my favorite sides is the Cashew Kale Caesar Salad (tuscan and green kale, spicy cashews, shaved cauliflower, cashew Caesar dressing) The mixture of cashews and a spicy dressing makes the kale more appealing. The chili crisp brussel sprouts are also a lip smacker. For the proteins, i tried the Charred Chicken Thigh chunks with lemon, spicy marinade, and also the Herb Roasted Chicken slices. Both were moist and yummy. Of course, the charred chicken had a bigger  flavor punch. All items that i have tried can be eaten as is, but they also provide a variety of side sauces with each meal.
