We ordered a couple drinks during happy hour and shared an order of cheese bricks, which are basically oversized rectangular cheese sticks. The burger of the month has made this my church for the beef encounters of the divine bovine kind. Sadly Scotty's is no more and Big League stopped their pb and j waffle burger. But hello father this is a win, Pickle Rick, Mediterranean, November and December need their own cathedral to Caramel Apple, Octoberfest, and chipotle jam burgers. Yes they're that good! Forget most of the menu, it's all burgers, cheese bricks, and surprisingly the ahi app had us tickled pink too. Service is spotty, there's a nice four percent savings on using cash but they forget to mention it. There's also a great rewards program, also often forgotten. Summer patio is a massive win tho it does get awfully noisy with live music. We were already seated, but before we even got to order we saw a woman with two-toned hair who, I assume was the manager, yelling at a young blonde girl on her staff. She did not seem to care that the girl was crying or that costumers and the rest of the staff was uncomfortable. Having young girls ourselves, my husband and I could not sit there and watch this awful woman berate this young girl. At about the time that I convinced my husband not to intervene, she seemed to be done humiliating the poor girl and we left. I also tried the fried pork loin sandwich and it was excellent. Lots of crispy pork. They had some great food and drink specials the night I went. Our group sat on the patio. It had excellent views of the old courthouse across the street. Lastly our service was fantastic. We had a decent sized group and everything came out in a timely manner. Both came out piping hot with great dipping sauce. I loved the berry sauce with the cheese sticks. They were HUGE. Three of us couldn't eat them all. I had the lamb sliders and they were so good! We split an order of cheese bricks (which I highly recommend for any cheese fan -- the rum raspberry sauce really takes it over the top!). Their salads are also available as wraps, and I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap (delicious). We sat on the patio (my first time), and it was so relaxing! We visited this weekend with a group and instantly received rude remarks from the bartender. Both bartenders were not welcoming and honestly just rude to people. They were talking about us loud enough for us to hear them. It's not a great feeling when you are spending money and being treated in that manner. I've been here a few times and I can say this a reliable spot. The food is pretty good for a bar and the service is good. The waitresses are always nice and help with the menu. The food does take a little while to come out but if you're going for the vibes the time will just pass. The outdoor patio is the highlight of the place and I usually sit out there whenever I go. Not a lot of Sun and cool enough with the plants around. You can also control the music with the juke box inside. I also like that they have games you can play with friends. It's the cheese bricks... I dream about these babies. Huge bricks of fried cheese served with a raspberry dipping sauce. It's a mozzarella cheese stick on steroids. Ah-Maz-Ing! I have never had anything from Digby's that I didn't like, but just know: the cheesebricks are a must and they are filling! The steak cut like butter and the salad dressing had a little kick to it. The spinach dip was also a very good appetizer. I was surprised that they were so slow (only a few tables) on a Friday night for dinner, considering the quality of the food. Visited on Friday night around 6 PM. There was a good crowd, however, it was not overly crowded. We found seeding immediately at a tall table and our server was prompt to come over and greet us. We all ordered mixed drinks and they came out quickly. They use high quality rocks-style glasses and the square ice cubes, which is a nice touch. As a group, we had an appetizer of their pretzel sticks with their beer cheese. They are always a good choice. For my meal, I had a cheddar bacon burger and fries. It was cooked just right with a really good bun. The meat was seasoned just right and the presentation was good, as well. We all had bought a Groupon for $30 that we paid $19 for. The server was more than happy to let us use it. I have heard that sometimes they will not let more than one person in a group use it, but we did not have that problem. We tipped more than appropriately because our food, was essentially already paid for. I do not get out to this place very often for dinner, but need to make sure I do it more often. I understand it was a very busy Friday night, and we didn't mind waiting. However, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, the food was a bit of a let down. I had ordered the Lamb Sliders, which had a total of 3 sliders and no sides, sadly. The menu said that each slider had onions, tzatziki sauce, and feta cheese. Mixed feelings about this place. We came on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The first two items I tried to order they were out of so ended up with my third choice which was good. My only real complaint was sitting outside and the yellow jackets were annoying. It made it difficult to enjoy your meal when the bees were constantly landing on your plate. We stopped here on our way to drop our daughter back to Purdue. She wanted a burger, so a burger is what she got. The restaurant is small-ish on the inside, with maybe about a dozen tables for dining, and a separate bar spot for 21+. We scoped out the menu ahead of time, so we knew we wanted to try the cheese bricks. The were huge and perfectly fried-not overly breaded and the cheese was the perfect level of melts/gooey. We ordered a New Yorker (at the bartenders recommendation of it being her favorite sandwich), the Duck BLT, and a 1lb bacon burger. These came with fries or chips, but we upgraded to 2 side salads. Everything was so yummy! We had half a burger and half my New Yorker left over. We are trying to try a different restaurants in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area each time we are at campus (which may be 1-2 times a month), but we will definitely put this on our list of possible repeats. We received our food after 2 hours and no one got more than one drink. The food came out in increments of 15 min and was messed up. Was good food, but would not come here if u have a big party. We waited a total of 3 hours from sitting down to getting the bill. They also couldn't get us silverware because they said "it wasn't clean". Very poor establishment. read more

Menu is small and limited but portions are fair. Service is very friendly and helpful too since it was our first visit. As the night progressed lots of people stopped in for dinner. Some stayed for the single pool table others were there for open mic night to perform. Overall the food needs improvement in quality and selection. The Mac n cheese bowls all came out at Room temperature. Fish and chips had no malt vinegar option, choc cake was solid frozen and their famous cheese bricks could use some seasoning. I am sure come summer this place will be bustling as there is a huge front outdoor patio. I hope in the next six months they improve so my return visit is better! read more
