    I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for work done on their bike his prices are very reasonable does good work and honest

    I brought a glitchy RadCity Bike to Edgewares in hopes of getting it fixed. I had just had a bad…read moreexperience at another bike shop where I was told it would be worked on quickly, then 2 hours later they "still hadn't heard from their e-bike mechanic" who was running late I work or something. So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

    Great experience here…read more Found part (Nissan Murano Tail Light) on Car-Part.com and was able to verify the part on Saw Mill's website. I called them and they were quickly able to verify the part in stock and confirmed the online quoted price. Price was very comptetitive, cheaper than many other competitors. I arrived there about 30 minutes later and was able to pickup the tail light in a few minutes. Condition was as described. Pickup and payment process was seamless. It was good seeing all of the employees working with customers and on the phone taking and answering questions. I was back home in no time swapping out the broken tail light. Definitely recommend based on my experience...hoping to use them for future needs.

    Nasty rude workers please don't come here especially if you are a woman. Came here to buy a piece…read morethey made me wait over 2 hours for it. After it was ready they tell me to enter a restricted area and go pick it up myself. I go and the piece is at-least over 50 pounds.. then when I try to ask my dad for help..I have another worker yell at us saying you cannot be back here. And I processed to tell the workers that they sent me back here that I should be fine because I have a receipt... I go back into the waiting room thinking someone is going to help me because it is over 50 pounds and I just got yelled to not be back there but Another 20 mins go by...I'm just waiting and I'm speaking with my father complaining about the service and the manager overheard and processed to tell me to wait outside... Mind you it's under 30 degrees and raining! No one owned up to apologize or hear me out. I had one of the service workers try to apologize but it didn't help when all the other workers were in the back laughing. Please avoid as a woman it's hard enough to find a good mechanic and it sucks that in an auto part store they lack common courtesy and professionalism.
