    Dang! The project team know their stuff. We're more than pleased with our new entertainment system, which looks like a huge, fancy art piece. We will definitely recommend them to our friends, families, and select frenemies.

    So the "top of the line" HDMI cable that you ran through my walls no longer works. Now what am I supposed to do? I am left with another cable running on the outside of my wall. Unsatisfactory! 2 years later and you tell me the cable has a lifetime warranty. What a joke. This review has been up for two years now. The cable broke when I unplugged it from the tv box to connect it to a gaming system. Don't offend your customers like that. 11-24. It's easy to lie and not take credit for your employees shoddy work that left me with an expensive HDMI cable that is broken and still inside my wall. Not every install can be perfect and you should know that. I learned my lesson about letting people get away with ripping me off. It should've been handled when this review was first put up. All of the sudden you want to defend your crappy install by going after your customer. This install cost me $700. Should've been done right and the cable should have lasted longer. You didn't care back then, why all of the sudden do you care now?

    I Purchased a Monster Power conditioner from Rusty and he was the worst.. Bad at basic email communication.. Slow / no email communication. Bad at basic packing an item to be shipped to me me (Item came broken and he wanted me to deal with FedEx). Bad at making the transition right with the customer. There are many many AV dealers out there.. Pick one that is a professional that cares about customer service..

    This review will not come as a surprise to Digital Installers as it's been 10 months in the making. I'll skip the part about the intoxicated Technician that did the original installation of my network (that I brought to the attention of Tara) and get to the root of problem. After the initial installation was complete, the exterior Wifi coverage area continued to under perform with through put speeds only reaching 90/90Mbps (we have Frontier 500/500Mbps service). Unable to resolve the issue after having their Tech's back to troubleshoot the issue a half dozen times, the decision was made to terminate Digital Installers Management of our network. I promptly contacted a local IT Provider that was able to locate issue in 90 minutes; their technician skipped installing a new ($50) ethernet cable (opting to use the preexisting cable pictured) to the $599 Araknis Outdoor Access Point limiting it's though put to 100Mbps! Some how this simple, obvious issue was missed by their most experienced Technician. Look elsewhere for your IT needs.

    Good job on mounting the tv to the wall that's it. He showed up over 45 min late. He left his trash…read moreand didn't take it with him, like he should leave the job site cleaner when he got there. Also messed up the paint on my baseboards! He did not clean up after him self (pictures are posted) if you truly want 5 star reviews #1 show up on time #2 clean up after yourself when the job is finished #3 leave the job site in better condition than when you arrived. This guy failed on all the above. Was 45 Min late when he lives done the street and was not coming from a previous job. He must pay for all these high star reviews! Watch out for this fast talkerp

I connected with him in the morning to confirm he would still be available for the work. He replied yes. At 11:15, he said he might not be able to make it and may be pressed for time. But that he could still probably install that day. I called and texted back. No answer from him. I took work off for this installation so I could be home for this to happen and I have had zero response from him." Vince texted me back after a few hours. We decided to reschedule after I gave him two more available times. He agreed to do it if I took the original post off and he even offered a discounted price. I was pretty excited to get the TV up. 5 minutes before the scheduled time, he texted and told me his eta would be about 45-an hour late and if it was ok. I told him we would wait for him to arrive. He took this personal as and with sarcasm and told me how wonderful of me to wait for him. And told me that he would rather not do the install due to the negative work environment/vibe. This is fine. Wished I could have had the TV mounted but customer service is a must. And this is a review on customer service as I was unable to experience the service he could have provided. I was referred to him by a friend who had warned me about this. He had cancelled twice on her as well. She said he did a great job the third time they scheduled and had a great price, but to not expect him to follow through with his scheduled installs. So I suppose if you are in no hurry and have a very flexible work schedule to be available, he may be your guy. Hopefully this review will help others decide or help him schedule install times accurately. It's ok to say you're busy and have installs already scheduled.
