I like Dillards-I know that I'm probably the last person to say that on earth. They have really great sales and they have alot of nice items there. They do not have the overall aesthetic beauty of Nordstroms but they do what they can. They've been around for quite awhile and I've always had very friendly service at Dillards. read more

Bought a couple of shirts that were reduced 65% off. The return policy is for 3 days for clearance merchandise. Of course, this was not stated to me at the time of purchase by the sales rep nor is it written on their standard 30 day return policy at the cash register. It was pointed out to me on the receipt. Clever, most customers only see the total at checkout. I was given a gift card for the return. That will be the last $50 Dillard's gets from me! Good thing Ralph Lauren has a website. read more

CLAUDIA is by far the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. I give this place ZERO stars due to the fact that they would keep someone like her, imagine my disbelief when I saw her at the same restaurant at the mall! The way she even treats other people makes me realize I'm not the only one. There is a lady that works at Dillards in The Woodlands Mall her name is Velvet. She is fantastic! She helped my daughter and I pick out a Christmas present for my wife and looked all over the store for matching blouses and accessories. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days and is much appreciated. She even offered to meet with my wife after Christmas to help her re-style her wardrobe. read more

I went in last night and I went to the juniors dept. there were 3 young female employees by the dressing room talking about life and what their plans were for the weekend, no greeting no nothing as I went in/out of the dressing room. I then go over to the bathing suit section and 2 female employees are discussing an employee they do not like and that she will be leaving at the end of the month, she makes too much money. These are middle age women. I then ask one of them to check me out, she told me 5 times my credit card did not go through. I get a notification from my bank that they suspect fraud because it was charged 5x by Dillards! This use to be a quality store, but this is ridiculous and I will be hard pressed to go back. I can go to Macy's and get the same stuff and better service! read more

Typical department store, but their sale on Sperry Top Siders, could not be beat!

Do not shop in the home department. Worst experience ever, no help ,and no one approached us ever. They called security on us because we were in the mattress topper area for 30mins talking, waiting on a employee, and looking around. We then noticed security watching us from a register and standing by the exit path. It was unbelievable. We walked out and I asked a employee did she work here. She replied "yes" I asked did they have any clearance toppers in the back. She replied "No" She was very short with words and seemed very uninterested in helping us. read more

I have always trusted Dillard's when it comes to men's dress clothes. I have purchased countless suits there over the years, and you won't find a better sales person than Mark. He has been fitting men's suits for over 20 years and consistently fits me well. No high pressure, he shows you what they have in stock, and knows his way around a piece of soap stone (those who have had suits fitted and tailored will understand). I highly recommend Mark and have never been disappointed in the quality and selection of Dillard's men's dress clothes. In fact, I always call to make sure he is working before heading that way! read more

This location is terrible. Management is extremely rude as well as sales associates. I'll stick to willowbrook mall location.

Just went in today to return a robe to get smaller size and had to search for someone to help me. When I found a lady in back room "Linda" she was very rude. Asked if she could see if another store had since I could not find. She wanted to push me aside to help the next lady that just walked up. She could tell that upset me. What am I not a customer? And there first. So she called while on phone almost hung up on them. I told her I would just order and have delivered. So refund that one and apply to same item just different size. Also asked if could look up to see if she had and was told that could not do that. Well she rang up item and said swipe your card. I told her no to refund then apply. She said could not do that since I paid cash. So have me receipt and said go down to customer service and then come back up to order. The lady she helped while pushing me aside had same a return but Linda put hers on gift card then rang up. She had the nastiest attitude I have ever been apart of. I had to go downstairs to take care of then go back to order. I will never do business with Dillard's again thanks to Linda and the run around with nasty attitude. read more
