I have been to Dillons many times. I enjoyed their baby back ribs, burnt ends and their beans. Their onion rings used to be the best. Not anymore. The food was cold and soggy. The asparagus was cold, soggy and flaccid. They charged me for each bbq sauce I used and added a surcharge to the bill called P206. No one could explain what that was. Through this job I grew very close to the staff but kallie specifically made sure I had all the tools I needed to be successful. She challenged me so that I was able to work independently and confidently which has helped me in my current career. She also taught me excellent customer service skills while also teaching me how to stay firm in my decisions when it came to the safety and concern of my patrons. By far the best bbq in the valley. The sides are good, the portions are a nice size. Service was polite, but a bit overwhelmed during our visit, ( someone had overbooked two large parties) but they handled it well and we still had a good time. Not having to listen to a bunch of rich people argue about their HOA would have been better, but I have had to endure meals with way worse conversations from the neighboring tables. Great atmosphere for eating bbq and watching sports. I had the brisket platter and my friend had the turkey platter. The meats were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The sides were very good too. The portions were enough to feed two hungry men to the point where there was no room at all for dessert. Staff was attentive but not over barring or pushy. It wasn't very busy on this particular night so we stayed during the whole football game without feeling like we weee taking up the table longer than we should nor did the staff hint that we needed to leave.
