My child was recording me with the camera while I made the cash payment, and the employee grabbed my child's arm because he was recording. I found it completely inappropriate for an employee to physically grab my child simply because he was recording me making the payment. I also put a picture of the menu where she told me I supposed to find the information about the extra charges. It's not legible. I was extremely disappointed by the customer service, the way my child was treated, and the lack of transparency regarding the additional charges.
