First Sylvia asked me what I wanted! Then she washed my hair, put conditioner, brushed out my very long hair, and gave a very tidy cut. I think I look professional for work and cute. True confession: I had chopped off my own bangs - but Sylvia fixed it and my hair looks great. They also do eyebrow threading and waxing, and I don't know what else. I have been a client of hers for over 20 years. I have seen other colorists at other salons through the years and have had to have Colette fix their mistakes lol.
