You'll be in pain!" profit grab. I'm sorry that I had to reschedule day of, but giving me attitude because I'm sick and can't make an appointment kind of destroys the whole "how can we make you smile" when your reply is "well, we have a three day cancellation policy." Cool! I'll take my teeth elsewhere. And the entire vibe starts to feel off when they start pushing constantly for dental surgeries. I guess, as with all things, always get a second opinion. I'm not convinced they have my health or well-being at the forefront of their mind - or else, I guess, I can show up and vomit on them so then they can complain about "why didn't you cancel if you knew you were sick?"

I went the next day and explained them what happened and showed them photos of my teeth also to cancel all my appointments scheduled and get a refund and when front desk cancelled my appointment she said you're all set, like cancelling the appointment fixed the problem, she saw the picture of my chipped teeth and said ok, didn't even cared or try to talk to someone to rectify the situation, I told that needed to speak to someone to fix my problem and she wanted me to come back after a month until my husband told her it was their fault and they needed to get it fixed and then she said have a seat and went to speak to a doctor. I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.

I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! Dr. Khan works quickly, but not at the expense of treating his patients like real people. He ensures that Polaris Dental Care is a comfortable and warm environment where patients feel like family. Christy, who manages the financial/logistical aspect of the office, is also great! She is so friendly and makes sure all of your questions get answered. Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it. Pumped to say I'll be doing it here. The experience was five stars from start to finish.
