    Vegan veggie pizza

Amazing late night bite to fix the pizza cravings! I could not tell the vegan slice was vegan whatsoever. They heat up the slices per order so they were also very hot and crispy.

Dimo's Pizza is one of my favorites -- the Elote pizza is unique, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The service is friendly, and the laid-back ambiance makes it a fun spot to enjoy a slice. Definitely worth a visit -- 4/5.

Order by the slice. Huge pieces. 2 is more than enough for an adult. Lots of pizzas to choose from. Extra greasy extra delicious. Served up right from the oven.

Great pizza by the slice location. Really enjoy all the specialty slices. Just seeing the display of all the fun and interesting pizzas had me excited to try as many slices as i could. Also the layout of the place itself fit well with the concept. Chicken parm Light on flavor was expecting more of a "punch" or wow factor since visually the slice looked promising. Pepperoni Little hit of sweetness from the honey is nice. I feel like the hot honey is the hip new thing on pizza and because it's good. Chicago dog Interesting idea, was hesitant on getting this one but glad i did. Tastes great and great mixture of flavors and ended up being my favorite slice. BBQ Chicken Plenty of chicken, love that! What youd want from a bbq chicken pizza.

Went with a friend cuz they had her daughter's AMAZING artwork on exhibit. Cool little pizza spot with tasty pizza and a great atmosphere. The service is too tier. Street Parking. IYKYK

Dimos has a little bit of everything. They have simple slices, complex slices and crazy slices. Some of you purists from certain states or countries may scoff at some of the eccentric flavors at dimos, but to assuage all fears they have their basics absolutely down. The crust has that perfect, new york city crunch and chew, they've got a great sauce and quality cheese. I suggest that you try some of the more creative flavors such as the banh mi or the al pastor because while they are certainly things that are not normally on pizza, they are definitely delicious and worth your while. - written by my friend from NYC

I can only speak to the slices, we haven't ordered takeout here but we enjoyed the ones we got! I tried the chicken and waffles, pepperoni and sausage, brisket bbq, and buffalo chicken. My fav was the traditional pepp but we enjoyed them all. I would probably give a 4 but the woman working was pretty standoffish, hardly heated our pizza and there were some flies flying around and landing on the pizzas.. so gonna have to round down on this one.

Among the best places in Chicago to grab a quick slice of thin-crust NY style pizza-- Huge slices with unique and creative flavors/toppings and reasonable prices ($5.50/slice)! It also has excellent vegan options, delicious for both vegans and non-vegans. Their signature pizzas are seasonal (hoping that they bring the banh mi pizza back soon), but their normal pizzas are consistently available. I got 2 seasonal pizzas-- the Speck de Luna & Vegan Elote Pizzas, both of which were excellent, especially the Vegan Elote. I normally don't love vegan cheese, but this one tasted great--creamy and intensely flavorful. Overall, service was quick and friendly. It's a pretty casual counter-service spot with cool decorations-- a great place to sit with friends and chill. -- Price (relative to peers): 4.5/5 Food: 4.5/5 Ambience: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Overall Value: 4.5/5

Pizza isnt hard to find in Chicago, but good pizza can be. Get the Florentine, or anything else really. Great place and even better staff.

Ask the Community - Dimo's Pizza

Are you guys ever going to start serving gluten free pizza by the slice? I love that you have vegan options but I'm surprised you don't have gluten free pizza by the slice especially being located in Wicker Park.

Do you have Gluten Free slices or is this only for pre-ordered full size pizzas?

Unfortunately not right now :( not yet at least. For now, we do offer salads for gluten free options!

Is there anyway you could deliver south of Grand Avenue? I'd pay a premium for that delivery.

Hi Tom! We leave it up to our delivery riders to determine when to take out of zone deliveries. If you're only a couple blocks out of zone and it's not too busy, you might be… Read more

Of course I got distracted and browsed the store. There was souvenirs in this store as well, which I was not expecting. I wound up picking up winter gloves because I forgot mine at home. I then discovered a clearance cart that had a variety of boozes in there. I was super excited to find Malort! I found a unique cocktail recipe years ago that had Malort in it but was never able to find it in FL. Little did I know, it is very well known in Chicago! Obviously I purchased a little 6 pack. I browsed the aisles somewhat but did not find anything that caught my eye. I also did not want to purchase a bunch of bottles to walk with a couple of blocks. As I was waiting for the person in front of me to finish, the employee asked the customer to please step ahead so I could put my items down. He was already done and taking his time doing something else so I felt that was thoughtful of him to do for me. They were very polite and quick. The process seemed reasonable for the most part but the souvenirs were overpriced. The store was clean and tidy as well.

It was by happenstance, through an email from Whiskey Magazine about their favorite spots in Chicago, that I found out about Warehouse Liquors. For the uninitiated, the Warehouse Liquors web site is the best place to start, as it features a comprehensive schedule of in-store tastings. Weekly tastings are from 5pm-7pm Thursdays (whiskey and beer) and 5pm-7pm Fridays (wine). The storefront is deceptively small, as it features a vast selection of spirits and wines, including a cooler at the back of the store and a curated assortment of food (snacks). I came here for a wine tasting on Friday in early spring (better late than never with this review) and now feel remiss that I have not been back here more often. It was a perfect date night activity and kickoff to the weekend. Now that cooler temperatures are here, I look forward to returning to sample some of the whiskeys and scotches and making some considered purchases. The personalization and the fact that this is a locally owned business sets Warehouse Liquors apart from the rest.
