    Pepperoni pizza

Walked past this place multiple times and finally decided to check it out, was excited by the promise of two slices and a soda for 5 bucks and was not disappointed in the slightest. I was greeted with two hot slices of pepperoni and cheese, wrapped in tin foil and a cold Sierra Mist. My partner got the same and it came out to a flat 10. We enjoyed one of our slices at the fountain across the street and they were delicious, we couldn't believe the quality at that price. The pizza was still hot after a 45 minute train ride home. Overall I could not recommend this place more. The best bang for your buck I've seen in this city. Go check it out!!!!!

Cafeteria pizza at the best and not even the cafeteria pizza that you secretly liked! Lol. Cool concept- literal definition of hole in the wall. Wouldnt come back again but fun stop for this one time!

The novelty of this place probably exceeds the quality of the pizza as it looks like a hidden knock-on-the-door-speakeasy kind of place, but I don't think they're actually trying to stay a secret. The place is just still working on getting set up inside so they blocked the view of the inside. For $5 you get either two NYC slices or 1 deep dish slice in addition to a canned soda or water. They also throw in a fortune cookie. The nyc slice tastes literally like $1 slices in nyc for better or for worse. I personally like it, but you won't exactly be seeing me recommend this before any other pizza location in the area.

They serve it for you and show you the cheese, the cheese is on the crust as a well like flaked. They have a two story. Pepsi products -not my fave. They have a bar as well on both floors. We had to wait for our server but it was super busy on a Friday night especially in the summer!

I make better salads and dressings! We ordered a large pan pizza which was overly salty with burnt crust edges. The cheese and tomato sauce were really good, but the saltiness killed it for me. The place was packed and very noisy. Not sure if it was quieter on the second floor. When you have lots of customers, it's important to have a system of checking the status of the restrooms very often. They were quite neglected. We often have out-of-town and foreign guests to host and show off our city to. We always include a deep dish pizza meal for their experience, and usually at Lou Malnati's. Always a great experience, especially the branch in downtown Naperville- consistently good. And Lou's really makes the best salad than anywhere! Sometimes for a potluck contribution I just pick up a Lou's salad, guaranteed to make everyone happy. However, our guests enjoyed the pizza and dessert; thus, I can give 3 stars for our experience at Pequod's.

This was my very first Chicago deep-dish pizza experience, and now I understand why everyone talks about it. The buttery crust, layers of cheese, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings made every bite worth the wait. One thing I would definitely recommend is making a reservation if you can. This place is popular for a reason! We waited a little over 35 minutes for a table, but luckily a couple of spots opened up at the bar, and we grabbed them right away. The atmosphere was lively, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was everything I hoped it would be.

Bayou in the sky- super super good. I would get this again. Hint of spice, hint of sweet. Carolina bbq- tasted like straight deli mustard. I would pass. The pizza, even though they advertise Detroit Style pizza, their take is more like Focaccia style pizza. They provide nice crunch, not enough sauce. Pretty airy dough. That's at the tone for what became unforgettable night. Had the space debri salad which is basically a Greek salad with potatoes and I think in Italian vinaigrette Soooooooooooo for it!!! So delicious After getting it, my buddy had to get one too haha One of us had the moonwalk cheese, we go out for a lot of pizza together, and he said it was he thought his favorite of anywhere. Another one of our crew got the pepperoni pile up loved. And I got the sweet and salty space candy pizza With bacon, pineapple, pickled red onion, goat cheese, sambal. Genius, the goat cheese, instead of ricotta was the move for this pizza! All the flavors worked in perfect harmony.Nothing short of amazing. Cozy spot, super cool atmosphere, couple of old school arcade games like ninja Turtles let's goooo We had so much fun. The drinks were absolutely excellent as well. Oh my God cannot forget this drink program. Galactic gift basket and Jedi mind trick sooo fire.
