I was on the phone with reception the entire time trying to find the entrance, I'm explaining to her what is it that I'm seeing so she knows I am in the location but it's unclear as to where the entrance is and her exact words were "please try to hurry because we do have a 5 minute lateness policy" and it was already 3 minutes into my appointment. I was already rushing stressing out to find this entrance and when I finally found it which was probably two minutes after she said that the receptionist tells me over the phone, "am sorry but we won't be able to take you" as I am coming in I see the owner Nick and I ask him like hey I literally was here this whole time I just couldn't find the way to get in and his exact words were "well we do have a 5 minute late cancelation policy so I wont be able to take you cause it would make me late for my next appointment" I booked the wax and tint so I asked him after he said that if there's anyway you can atleast clean up my eyebrows with out the tint and with out even thinking about it he said "no". I'm sorry but if your customer already paid for the full service you can atleast say as a owner I can't do the full service but I can try to clean it up or try to do what I can with the time remaining. he didn't do any of that he just walked away and instead went outside and was talking to his friends with 25 minutes left to my appointment he definitely had enough time to at-least clean up my eyebrows even if he couldn't tint them. I more than anyone understand people have their policy but as the owner of a company you have to learn to work with people. The attitude he gave you would think I was 25 minutes late for my appointment. I tried reaching out after that to see if he could atleast reschedule and he never answered. That was literally $65 down the drain that for some people is a lot. At this point is not about the money, or him not taking me it's the poor customer service and attitude from the owner himself which was very disappointing. You don't treat people who support your business like that

The eyebrow tint is great but for me they didn't even last a week. The lashes only lasted a few days. Once a few fell out I pulled them all out. She is a bit pricy but other places are around the same or even more in price and they aren't as good. She is always booked weeks in advance so you have to book early!! I will continue to come to her whenever I can book an appt because she does brows so good.

I had to reach out on Instagram to contact her and get an updated phone number. I then started reaching out to her via text for the follow up appointment, she kept telling me she was busy and try back next week. It is now December and I still don't have a follow up appointment. She continues to give me the runaround she could just say she's not going to complete it and let me go to somebody else, but she's been stringing me along for the last four or five months. I would not go to this woman for anything. I paid for her initial fee and tipped her very well and I feel completely disregarded by her. She is not a good business owner, she's not invested in her clients and she did a terrible job on my eyebrows, I have sent her pictures showing her that I needed follow up. I'm so glad she has packed up and left Fishtown. I would not schedule new client appointments with her. She is a negligent business owner and did not do a good job on my brows.
