He created a custom menu for us with two entrees and three sides served family style. We opted for the Greenmarket Burrata Salad, Grilled Short Ribs, Sous Vide Arctic Char, Summer Farro Salad and Swiss Chard Ravioli - all mouthwatering delicious! Loved the presentation as well. Planning an event in NYC from California was not easy but dineDK was there to help every step of the way! My event was just a small dinner party for 10 people. I had the pleasure of having David's team prepare a meal for 14 people for a celebration of Passover (we bent the rules a bit). Working with David to set up the menu was effortless and he didn't bat an eye when I realized I had miscounted the number of guests only hours prior to the event. His chef, Matt, (who was fantastic- both skill set and personality) prepared three apps, speciality cocktail and a 5 course tasting menu. The meal was the perfect blend of being inventive and homey and he found ways to weave in some traditional Passover dishes that were both delicious and cool (think asian inspired broth with whole wheat matzoh ball with chicken meatball inside of the matzoh ball!). The meal was well timed and left everyone feeling that perfect amount of full. Matt and his team cleaned up in no time and it was like nobody had touched my kitchen when they left (or really, rather, it was cleaner than it was prior to their arrival!).
