There was a smear of maple jam under the patty that gave it a hint of sweetness that paired well with the salty cheese. The bun soaked up the juices nicely and wasn't too heavy. Other poutine places have ginormous sizes so this was a relief personally. Waitstaff were helpful with translation, younger waitstaff were very polite despite language differences. The menu is fairly abbreviated, yet it covers enough ground to satisfy most, with appetizers, salads, burgers, and entrees. I chose the pork ribs with fries, coleslaw, and a slice of pickle. At $30. CAD (approx. $22 US). The portion was just right, and the ribs were succulent and fell off the bone, easy to eat. The sauce was just right. The fries were good, and the slaw was tasty. I had a Boreal beer, blanche, that came with an orange wedge. It was quite good. Our server was very personable and did an excellent job throughout the meal. I wouldn't consider this place a high-end eating establishment, but it's good competent food at a fair price in a tourist area.

We didn't have to wait long and our meal was on the table in front of us. There are a few TVs around the facility. Tables and chairs are average quality. It's not necessarily the ambiance you are going for. But it was clean.
